I do not recommend this company or their products. The products are not true to quality, size or color, they are more like dollar store item's, very cheap junk. Shipping is very expensive and long.
Great service. Received all items neatly and in a timely fashion from coming overseas.
I placed an online order with trendsgal for $150 and i was really disappointed when i received it. Very cheap poor material, the colors are faded and looked as if it was used before. More over the sizes are not fitting. Their large size is actually an xsmall. Dont ever trust these people. Their stuff looks really good on line but actually it's very poor cheap quality.

I ordered several times from TrendsGal, and i am quite happy with products i received.
I have a small shop and i order from TrendsGal to my clients, and by now everybody were happy!
Another important thing is that price level is cheaper for clothes than for example in other shops, which offer the same assortment.
Of course there were some products, which were not so good quality as i expected, but the price for them was too low and i do not complain. Overall, i am very satisfied with products and delivery - personally i always order via DHL - delivery and service and products are very very good!
Im not sure how clothes are yet, but theyre wigs are pretty nice looking: 3
Also, the shipping came earlier then i expected, so i cant complain really.
I had over 28 people order from me for a couple of items. About 10 of those people actually received the items. They said they could not track the orders. They upped the days to 60 days to wait. I did finally get 2 refunds from them, but they started pulling back on me then. You had to pay $3.99 a month for membership - my membership ran out on me so that was the end of that. I wasn't about to keep paying a fee to stay there and fight with them. In the meantime, I had to refund my customers all their money back so it was a very losing battle for me. Won't go there again.

I saw the website on face book and started looking at it and was very impressed with the pices. I placed an order on Saturday, which I knew I wouldn't see any movement until the next couple of business days. We'll a couple business days went by then a few and I started getting worried so I started looking at the reviews and thought I had been scamed. I sent a ticket in to ask about the processingredients time as I had never used the website before, not expecting a response. Much to my surprise I did get a response back the next business day explaining how their processing time works, and that my order ad been finalized and the tracking number was included.
The reason I only gave 4 stars was because I would like to see the processing time cut down, I can see a 1-2 business days but personally I think 4-5 is too much.
I will be ordering from this site in the near future and will inform my friends of it as well.
I have a special Christmas event forthcoming and late one evening I was online and ran across trendsgal; the outfit look really nice online and I should have been more cautious. But I've been had; the dress actually look like a night gown. Thin, Cheap, Polyester. Please do not order from this site you will be very disappointed. I have a black dress that I'm willing to give to someone and it smells

For all the people having problems you can set a dispute with paypal and GET YOUR MONEY back if you didn't receive the item or if the items weren't what you expected. That is why I love using Paypal. If you are scammed they will help you and you will WIN and warn your friends from this TrendsGal chain of companies.
The paypal dispute is for transactions that are maybe 45 days or less old unless they changed it, but if you didn't get your things in a month just dispute with paypal as quickly as you can and get your hard earned funds returned to you!

Ordered 4 wigs. Shipped out in 3 days and arrived after 22. Everything was in perfect condition and looked exactly what it did in the picture!
I loved the clothes I got from trendsgal, they looked great and the were very inexpensive. I had a good experience with their customer service and received my package on time with everything I ordered. I will definitely shop there again!
I ordered my product on 10/28 I got an email saying my product was shipped out, but that number obviously doesn't work cause I cannot track my stuff, I'm very disappointed because I ordered my stuff to wear to NY, I live in Atlanta & I purchased a coat off trendsgal.com & it's probably not gonna be here in time for my trip

I paid for expedited shipping so I could wear one of the dresses I bought to a wedding... It is coming up on a month and there is no sign of a package, email, nothing. It is very disappointing! I am try to give the benefit of the doubt because my two orders were pretty large but, I paid for something they clearly cannot hold themselves to. After reading all of these reviews I am very worried I will never see anything I ordered. This is the first time buying clothes online so it sours the whole future of me ever doing it again!

Attention Buyers! Don't order anything from this company, neither Twinkledeals, Zaful, Trendsgal, SammyDresses, DressLilly and a few more. They take your money and never send you the merchandises. The items that I have received are very, very bad quality, ugly, completely different from the pictures. I dumped them all. Hi everyone I just want to give you all an update on my Trendgals order. I place the order on 11-10-15 and after threats and fake shipping numbers and photos of fake packages 17 of my 18 items arrived yesterday 11-20-15. I have never done business with a company that you can't call. Even though I received my package doesn't mean their practices aren't shady and I was so ready to start proceedings of I didn't receive my items by today. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE investigate before you buy!

NEVER buy from them EVER! I had an order or $21 which I ordered 4 months ago that never came! They want to refund me 50% which they say is $5 or make me pay $15 to ship my order again! They are shady and do not stand behind their product. It's everyone else's fault but their own! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered an item on 10/19. It was collected from a "Hasaan". I counted the days, & expected my outfit last week Thursday. I have been trying to contact this company for days... hour after hour... nothing! I am waiting for PayPal to return my money. Do not buy from this site. And, if you look at the responses, it is a generated one.
I want my money back & hope you are arrested for the fraud you commit daily to people. Just not fair!

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
