Sept 1,2015 made order today is 11/12/15 I have made several ticket request... THATS A WASTE TIME. BULL$#*! RESPSONSE... YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER! THEY DONT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER CAUSE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SEND ITEMS

To get your money back

I placed an order that took so long, ( I used PayPal) if you use PayPal call them they will get your money within 12days guarantee, if you paid by check, or debit go to your bank and they will get it back, other wise call your credit card company, I don't know how that works..

I have been waiting for 2 months since they took my payment. I have been trying to contact them and they just give me some silly support tickets. After I checked those tickets, no useful information there. Really REALLY not happy. The only thing I AM happy about is that I didn't spend a ton of money on them so I only ordered one piece of clothing (wanted to buy more though).

Unhappy costumer

I paid for my items but they have not been shipped two weeks later and yes I got standard shipping and I'm fine with waiting but you can't even get it out. Will never order again and I got a lot of stuff. They suck go to wish. SCAM

Rubbish. Do not shop..

What trendsgal is Sayin to its customers are pure rubbish... Ain't no way, shape or form are we to pay for tracking information when we paid such high prices for shipping... I would not encourage anyone to shop at trendsgal again. I will stick to my LovelyWholsale as I always get my stuff on time and never a moment of doubt with them... This is and was my first and last order I will make at trendsgal... Customer service is $#*!ty ND same reply to "be patient". I have been patient for 2mnths now...

I love the products and the customer service is GREAT, they always reply in a timely manner, I am able to track my packages and all, although I do not agree with having to pay $1.99 to track your package, I am grateful that they do have that option. Anyway, GREAT SITE! LOVE IT!

I still don't have a reply to the ticket I put up 1 days after I ordered 3 items from Trendsgal. My ticket number is T*******374 for order number G**************. The amount has been paid for this order and even if you don't want to resolve my issue, at least ship my order! No one picks up the phone when I call and I am starting to lose faith in this website. I might never order from it again!

Delay of shipping

Plz i made an order from this site when i was checking it through the website i found it closed already when i sent email they said that they shipped it out already without even confirming or giving me tracking number & when i asked about it they give me one which is wrong they said that it will be shipped by tnt & it will take maximum 7 days & later they told me that it will take 25 days plz i need asolution for this problem

Waste of time!

Wow! Good thing I looked up the reviews before making a wholesale purchase! As soon as I realized the website's "live chat" always referred me to a pop-up saying to try during business hours, I had a feeling Trendsgal was a fraud because I had tried every hour everyday of the week.

I also don't understand why shipping is so high when I purchase products from China all the time, and most times it is free or reasonable. Especially after reading these reviews and Trendsgal's reply for untimely shipping is due to being an "unregistered parcel." For that expensive shipping price they should know should be able to track their items and have them mailed a lot sooner than a month!

I have even looked up multiple sites like this one such as Rosegal, Romwe, SammyDress... they all have the EXACT SAME products and all have similar TERRIBLE reviews.

Bunch of Crap

I ordered my items on 08/22/2015 and was told 4-6 weeks on shipping, here it is 10/30/2015 still no package. Keep getting the run around about our postal service being the issue, but the tracking number is fake. I am so aggravated I just want my money refunded now.
