I placed an order that took so long, ( I used PayPal) if you use PayPal call them they will get your money within 12days guarantee, if you paid by check, or debit go to your bank and they will get it back, other wise call your credit card company, I don't know how that works..

I have been waiting for 2 months since they took my payment. I have been trying to contact them and they just give me some silly support tickets. After I checked those tickets, no useful information there. Really REALLY not happy. The only thing I AM happy about is that I didn't spend a ton of money on them so I only ordered one piece of clothing (wanted to buy more though).

What trendsgal is Sayin to its customers are pure rubbish... Ain't no way, shape or form are we to pay for tracking information when we paid such high prices for shipping... I still don't have a reply to the ticket I put up 1 days after I ordered 3 items from Trendsgal. My ticket number is T*******374 for order number G**************. The amount has been paid for this order and even if you don't want to resolve my issue, at least ship my order! No one picks up the phone when I call and I am starting to lose faith in this website. Wow! Good thing I looked up the reviews before making a wholesale purchase! As soon as I realized the website's "live chat" always referred me to a pop-up saying to try during business hours, I had a feeling Trendsgal was a fraud because I had tried every hour everyday of the week.
I also don't understand why shipping is so high when I purchase products from China all the time, and most times it is free or reasonable. Especially after reading these reviews and Trendsgal's reply for untimely shipping is due to being an "unregistered parcel." For that expensive shipping price they should know should be able to track their items and have them mailed a lot sooner than a month!
I have even looked up multiple sites like this one such as Rosegal, Romwe, SammyDress... they all have the EXACT SAME products and all have similar TERRIBLE reviews.

I ordered my items on 08/22/2015 and was told 4-6 weeks on shipping, here it is 10/30/2015 still no package. Keep getting the run around about our postal service being the issue, but the tracking number is fake. I am so aggravated I just want my money refunded now.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think!
