Well, I ordered on the 22nd of October and I received my clothes on the 28th which is about 7 days as they said it would take. So basically delivery wasn't a problem. Although, 2 out of 5 of the items I ordered didn't look anything like what I've seen on their website so I was a bit disappointed. Overall though, it's pretty cheap and fast delivery depending what type of shipping you choose!
They will take your money, site will post item shipped but items will never come! Anyone that has received emails from them should go back into the email market as spam this will shut them down. BUYERS BEWARE!¡!

Recently I ordered a skirt and a jacket from this website, the emails i received from them are extremely cryptic and unhelpful i filed a complaint with them about shipping time because it said i would receive it in 6-25 days when i payed for priority shipping and it should've come in 6-8 days. Eventually i got it on time for Halloween but the jacket i got looks nothing like the one they show online. The one online is bright pink and thick. The one i received was a dull gray-purple color that was extremely thin and made of cheap material, also it was really small on me when it should have been the opposite because i am a medium and i ordered a large size. Also i tried calling numerous times and i got no answer which makes me feel like an undervalued customer. I would not order from this website again and i'm telling all of my friends not to also. Im trying to send back the jacket and im really hoping they will give me a full refund, but we'll see what happens because iv'e read many bad reviews on this website and would not be surprised if they did not give me a full refund. Overall, this website could do so much better and makes the customer feel very unappreciated.

I had ordered 3 different orders and after waiting 2 months to receive them and after trying to call all the phony phone numbers and trying to write them using their form that never worked no matter how many times and ways and of course the tracking numbers did nothing to help. I rembered I used PayPal to pay with. Thank goodness or would have been out of $65. Contacted them and they got right on the case and did research and got my money back from these crooks. I learned my lesson.

I filed a fraud complaint with Paypal and the Federal Trade Commission. People you can do the same thing.

Order No. G**************, so after numerous emails, including threatening to report them to the BBB; I received a PAYPAL email... not even from TrendsGal, with some random name on it 'Hassan Hassan' and my order number; which was the only way I knew it was from the Trendsgal order. The kicker...?! I paid $12.79 for this crap. My refund is $7.22. So I paid over $5 for this headache. No explanation from them whatsoever as to what gives them the right. AND my refund can take up to 30 days. I am reporting these scammers to everyone I can. Those who received their items and were happy with their purchase seem like a pretty small fraction of their customer base. I see them going away or re-inventing themselves as another website scammer under a different pseudonym. Really, really BAD! I wish I would've know about this site before I spent my hard-earned money for this kind of treatment.

Hello again,
I'm still very annoyed at being ripped off and Conned by Trendsgal and have pursued taking action against them...
I have received some information already;
The first part was that if any of you paid by PayPal like me, you might be able to claim the money back off them... BUT...
My case is being looked into by trading standards.
I spoke to a representative today from the Consumer Services on behalf of Citizen advice bureau and explained what this shonky company are doing and have done to me and all you others.
I would advise anyone who has a problem with Trendsgal (or indeed any other business of course) to speak to them. It is more likely that a company like Trendsgal will be dealt with if we work together in the masses as they are of course over seas.
If any of you want to pursue a case against them like I am; telephone ******* 04 05 06. They have 3 call centres across the UK apparently. So what's to lose? Apart from your money and patience with Trendsgal, no doubt...

31/10/2012: I am happy to say I have received a full refund. The dress I received was nothing like the picture shown on the Trendsgal website... more dishonesty. Initially I was offered refund for price of item only... but I had paid for expedited shipping-so that was double the price of the item... and was no quicker to arrive-hence, I was not happy with that offer. Dealt with "Farah" again, and got all my money back... gratefully, but with disappointment that this had to occur in the first place! Pity these dishonest sites can't be wiped out...

I am so disappointed. I am a student for God's sake. Trying to save money and seeing a website where my purchases are supposed to be cheaper. Now I am so angry I haven't recieved my order. I ordered 5 things and got 4. The other item was sent a week later due to being out of stock! Took 20 days but all the lingerie I got was worth the wait! I'm a size xs-s and everything was one size and fits me perfect! The quality is good it isn't perfect but then I have bought things from Victoria's Secret that fell apart. So time will tell. For what I paid.$2-6 each item I am VERY happy with what I got and will be buying from them again!
They have the cheapest stuff to buy, i bought my stuff it took exactly the same time they said it will arrive to get to me. There customer support was supportive, what I found out is that you have to be patient to understand who is replying your questions or stuff like that.As a matter of fact there products is EQUAL to the price tag even better as the case may be. I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL BUY MORE. No scam, no game, it's real Fellas.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
