MISSING ORDER
October 21, 2015

Ordered an item on August 14th and noted an error in my shipping address, I contact customer support within the week and asked if I could make a change to the address or cancel my order. I was told I had to wait until Oct 14 to place a missing order report, which I did, and I still have not heard anything back.
Hopefully this gets resolved as I enjoy your company's products but this makes me not want to use your site anymore.

I ordered my items oct. 1st 2015 and received it today October 20th. Out of the 5 items one was semi decent! Everything else looks like a amateur with cheap material taste sewed the items.

I'm not expecting anything fancy with the pricing... Altho it shows address in U. S, it apparently ships out of China. So the extra I paid to receive the item in 5-8 business days was a waste.
I recieved a tracking number... however no business that I could track the number from. I have emailed the support center twice with No response. But I still get all the new ads for new sales! So obviously not spam.
Luckily I purchased thru Paypal... so if nothing by 25 days I'm submitting a request for refund. That's what I like about Paypal.
And it Trendsgal attempts to put one of their common replies to the reviews that are identical. So obviously sincere...

Dont waist your money!
October 20, 2015

I ordered my stuff August 4 2015. Today is October 20 2015 and i still dont have it. I paid over 35 dollars and got NOTHING! I have been goin back and forth with them and they just keep replying with the same thing. "Check address" "check post office" thats all i can get out of them. I know the prices are cheap but really 9 times put of 10 you dont get your stuff. I will never use this website again nor will i recommend it!

WARNING!
Do not order from here! (Rosegal, Dresslily and Twinkledeals)
They come from China and it takes forever (months)! When your order finally comes in, its nothing but JUNK! It doesn't even look like what the model are wearing! A lot of people do not even get their order! They never message you back and you probably will never get a refund! The worst quality of clothing, 10 times worse than the Dollar Stores! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It's not spreading gossip. I have tried emailing and private messaging you many times and you don't reply. It's out of my hands now, PayPal is reviewing it.

I placed an order on August 23,2015 for an upcoming Halloween party knowing full well that with the inexpensive price that I could not count on a high quality item but afterall it was just for a costume. Are these children's sizes? I ordered two XXL bathing suites. XXL should measure 40-42 inches (101.6-106.68cm) in the waist. The ones I ordered are at least half of that measurement. This is very upsetting. I waited eagerly for nearly a month for these to arrive and now have to return them. Surely the shipping is going to cost more than the cost of the bathing suits.

Still Waiting
October 18, 2015

My package was due 16 days ago. I read the reviews a few days after I ordered my package, and now I'm really nervous. They took about $40 from me, and shipping was super overpriced. I paid $15 for shipping alone, and it wasn't even a heavy package. I wouldn't be surprise if this was a fraudulent website. The service was okay, but I can't say much about a company that stole my money.

FRAUDS
October 17, 2015

I purchased items and never got tracking number or received my items. They stole about 900$ from my account and tried to get away with it before I cancelled those fake transactions, Shame. Take your business elsewhere and RUN

Scammers, beware!

Never got our item. Never got a response from their customer service. Never got a refund. The order number and tracking number they gave us did not work on their own website's customer service link. We had to dispute the charges with our credit card company to getthe money back - which is tidious and frustrating.

COMPLETE SCAM
October 16, 2015

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE... I placed my order on Sept. 3rd and received a confirmation email Sept. 4th that it had shipped. I was so excited. Today is October 16th... WAAAYYYY past the 25 business day maximum. These people are nothing more than scam artists and I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from them. For the Trendsgal Company, my order # is GG************** and expect it to be on my doorstep by October 23rd, 2015, which is more than enough time to complete my order. If not, my lawyer has been advised to proceed with the paperwork. Thank you

Its so obvious that the fat bloats in England, the master schemers of trendsgal.com put in shill reviews lauding the excellence of the company. Don't be disswayed by this nonsense propaganda, I'll bet there's one out of three hundred (if even one) who at least got her package and is satisfied with the product.
