I ordered a corset from them they said they shipped it out on August 30/2015. Well guess what its now October 14/2015 and still no corset, no refund, no nothing, I submitted a million tickets to these people and now their saying that the order number that they provided to me was not the correct order number in which I have proof from saving all my e-mails these folks is a joke and someone seriously needs to do something about this website and these lying $#*! chinese people who is scamming us for money and not committing to shipping you your paid products what do we do?
My review is no joke and I am not here to bad mouth the company but rather tell the world about my experience to avoid someone else from spending their hard earn money and getting the run around. This all started sept 26th, however to date the company have only refunded the one of two cancelled orders. The first was done on Oct 14th; I am still waiting for the second order to b refunded "though both orders went in and we're cancelled at the same time". Today is Oct 18th, and a rep from the company just send an email asking if I want to be refunded. This was my request from Sept, however every other day someone different sends an email asking the same question. This is driving me insane! And i know Everyone is in titled to their own opinion; but with some much competition out there companies need to be a bit more flawless and make these processes easier for clients and potential clients.

I placed my order for 2 blazers on AUGUST 15th, then I got an email saying it shipped out on AUGUST 17th, I was pretty excited at how fast that was, but little did I know that I'd be sitting around waiting for 2 months to finally receive my items. They came in on OCTOBER 11th. I opened the package and thought to myself, wow I'm an idiot I must have ordered childrens sizes... but I knew that couldn't be right because even though I placed the order 2 months ago I remember taking my measurements and ordering according to their chart. Their sizes are whack and shipping methods are god awful... I guess I'll find someone with 6 year old little girls to fit into my adult XL blazers... ridiculous..

So I thought I would just put this out there. I sent this Oct 11th, we will see how it goes... I was getting ready to place a large order then I saw the shipping go up for each item /too high! Then I checked reviews and found out it takes way too long to get items and that things often are different than pictured, often missing items, often damaged items. Also, I sent a question about the shopping cart and never got an answer only a ticket number. So, if I were to order from you, would you give me better price on shipping? What assurances can you give me that you will ship immediately and that the items will be quality and undamaged? First indication will be if I get a reply in 24 hours as you state.
This is the first time in my entire life to be writing a review for an online store and it has got to be a bad one. I made an order on 30 September 2015 and chose standard shipping to my country which is supposed to arrive in 7 days. But it is still "processing" until now and it is the 12 October 2015.
As I read through all these reviews, I can't help but to feel sorry for everyone else who has had the same experience as me. Please reflect on your business ethics as the entire service experience wasn't delightful at all.

Hearing these reviews make me afraid to order anything else. I've been waiting for my daughter's homecoming dress since September the 30th I expedite my order for my daughter's dress to be here in 3-7 days well her homecoming came and went. It was this past Saturday and she was beautiful for her 1st homecoming, needless to say I had to hurry and find her a new homecoming dress to wear for her homecoming event. I receive and email stating that her dress will be here late Monday10/12/2015 its too late for the dress so I'm returning the dress and hopefully I don't have a problem receiving my refund.

I ordered some items since around September 12th, but didn't get an email from Trendsgal until 2 weeks after saying that my package was shipped on that day its October 10th and Im yet to receive my package and i can't even track it. I order 3 items on sept4th item was shipped on the the 7th paid for flat right and insurance 10-25 days before I received now it's October 10th and was told that I should receive items by the 7th and also if not by then it will be 45 - 60 days... I didn't pay for 45 to 60 days... Order item in enough time for my birthday seen all the reviews on YouTube but it obvious for the reviews they. Will send out quick... My birthday is the 18th and no items yet... I told them I want a whole refund they keep given be the run around saying my items are ship and they can't found my money... Over a month and a half since I ordered and still no products have arrived. I wish I'd read reviews of this website before I made my impulse purchase and I guess Ive learned my lesson. Im already expecting horrible quality when my products do eventually arrive and Im not even going to attempt to bother with their "customer service" the reviews Ive read deem it pretty much futile. I ordered a dress on September 28,2015. I haven't received the dress yet. I tried using the Tracking number but its says not updated yet and the number doesn't exist. My total was 9.73. I ordered the dress for y birthday hoping it would be here by now since it said the business days is 3 days. Today is October 9th. Its been almost 2-3 weeks. Ordered bathing suit, leggings, and shirt in June. All of the articles were falling apart and were too small even though I followed their recommendations on the site. I'm not a big girl! I sent the items back but still haven't received my refund. Do not purchase from this site. You will probably never get your money back. In addition they make you pay return shipping which usually costs just as much as the product.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think!
