I was excited to try a new company online and now I wish I never did they were very prompt in taking money out my account sept 3 and now it oct 6 and still haven't got my product then when you contact them its a pre set email wait 10 to 14 days then 14 to 25 days whats up with that then they give you a tracking num you cannot track and trust me I have bought stuff from amazon via china and received my stuff in two weeks and was able to track package so whats your excus

HORRIBLE
October 5, 2015

I ordered FOUR items August 8th! It took EIGHT days for them to even PROCESS my order... It is now October 5th and I have yet received my package. I have emailed them numerous amounts of times and they say the SAME $#*! back to me everytime... "Compensation is when it's been 60 days" BULL$#*! I want my package in that I paid $30 bucks for with MY HARD EARNED MONEY! It's been almost 60 days and I am FED UP! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Canceled it.

Sssssssooooooooooo I had my order submitted but stayed processing for a few days. Confused and worried I contacted support. They were very prompt and polite in their response which surprised me. Apparently I didn't finish the process with their PayPal which confused me, usually you enter your card information then submit and it goes through. They sent me two different invoices to confirm payment one was $206 and the other was $216. I only placed one order so I have no idea why there were two different invoices at two different prices. Needless to say since it was still processing I canceled. The reviews on this site really worried me and the fact that I had to go through PayPal and there were two price invoices really scared me. When I work up the courage I'll order a small shipment so if anything happens its small loss not $216 dollar loss. If the canceled process has any issues I'll post about it.

THE SHIPPING IS HORRIBLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do not keep you updated on your shipping. Placed my order Sept. 7th, its Oct. 5th still no clothes yet. This is a shame.

Do not trust them!

Breach of contract by Trendsgal because they advertised the items to be of excellent quality which is why I ordered the items in the first place. They have intentionally deceived me in the hope I will not return your items because of the high cost of return postage and difficulty of receiving a refund. By law I am to receive a full refund including postage paid because the items are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.The seller is refusing issue a full refund. They have offered a partial refund for the items only minus the high postage I paid. I don't think it is fair that I am out of pocket because the seller sent me poorly constructed garments. I ordered these items on good faith and paid with my hard earned money for garments not fit for purpose. I am still awaiting my FULL refund.

Bull$#*! frauders!

I have been waiting a whole month for my order! Really what kind of business are you phony fraud $#*! people?! You took my money off my card and I still haven't received my things! I'm more than pissed now the customer service says their phone line is a magic jack line! I emailed and they sent some bull$#*! back! I want my MONEY OR MY CLOTHES OR IM SUING THE $#*! Where is my order?!

I have purchased some very nice clothing from Trendsgal for Incredibly Great Prices. I do watch the sizing for each individual purchase. An example is each product will say the measurements it will fit. I took my measurements in cm and inches; then I go by the individual product information. If you do this your clothes should fit perfect. If you think I wear a medium in US and just buy a large your going to have clothes that don't fit. I personally would stay away from flat rate shipping it takes to long for my liking. Their customer service is great they have always answered my tickets within 24 to 48 hours. I have only had one order that did not show up and they gave me a full refund. So they are not going to just take your money like so many of these people state. Their jewelry and accessory are really a good bargain so don't overlook them when you make a purchase. They also have a VIP program, which can help you save some dollar too. So if you plan on spending a few hundred dollars worth of clothes it is probably worth it. Happy Shopping Haul!

Missing Items

I order from Trendsgal before had a good experience. Receive my items within a week from $100.00 worth of items and for me not to have all my items when delivery come it was very sadden and disappointing. I also tried to contact them by phone and the phone # does not exist for the US # and says it's a magic jack number and they don't have a message that you could leave. You could not get the online chat support that you needed. I had to submit a ticket just for some one to respond by email. I just got order to day and sign for it but didn't know until I open it that 3 of the items was missing. If I don't get in 24 hour response like there website promise then I will notify my bank and have them credit me for the three items that's missing and a portion of the shipping that suppose to be paid for those three items.

This company has great celebrity sponsors such as EL Chapo, "Pill" Cosby and Subway Jared just to name a few. All the outfits showed major camel's toe and muffin top. I love feeling like a cheap hooker with these outfits. Keep up the good work guys and please send me the El Chapo autographed kilo please!

I have purchased several upon several items that I could not find anywhere else with these given prices.
There are several different ways to make sure you purchase the correct size. There is a measurement converter and the reviews submitted by other satisfied customers help determine whether the item is a good buy for you.
Only one of my many orders did not include one item. Immediately I was contacted by customer service to choose another item to replace what I had not received in my order.
I would recommend anyone as there's something for everyone!

I love trendsgal. It was my first time shopping with them so I was a little worried. My shipment took about 2weeks which is normal for delivery... The items I picked out was very similar to the photo on the site. The fact that there so inexpensive quality of material isn't going to be TOP NOTCH. But the little price you pay is very worth it... I will be continuing shopping with them

I just received my order from trendsgal, I am missing 5 products and a necklace was completely broken. Trendsgal has technically stolen money from me. They took the liberty of not sending me 5 products out of my order and then also sent me a completely broken necklace, after accepting my FULL payment. This is business ethics at its lowest. I am genuinely shocked, I have never had this experience with suppliers in China before and I currently work with two others and have NEVER had this sort of issue. I want my refund for the missing products AND broken necklace.

I love this site!

OK, so I am normally skeptical about buying clothing online, but trendsgal is really awesome. The quality of the clothing I had bought is high. The sizing can be a bit off but still wearable.
They also have great customer service. I ordered two skull wallets and they tried their best, but notified me they could not send them. They allowed me to get either a full refund or store credit; I chose the credit!
