I ordered 7 items. I was happy with 4 of them. One of the dresses was too short & a different color than what i had ordered, but will still look cute with leggings. 1 of the babydolls looked nothing like the picture, but the other one did. & the shirt i ordered looked nothing like the picture and was cheaply made. The shipping cost is a little high as well. The jewelry, 2nd babydoll and the romper i ordered were great though. Fit well and looked same as picture, so not a total loss. Kind of a hit & miss
If i dont. Get my money back with thin. 48 hrs. Imm calling the cops i order. Two months. Ago and still havent got anything. I want my refund!

I ordered from trendsgal and the item I received was not even close to what was pictured. I received a dress completely see through, completely, that was also made for someone very short and wide. I ordered according to their size chart. I figured if anything it may be tight but I was way off. It was so baggy and see through its going to the landfill sin as my husband takes the trash out. They only offer partial refund and you pay shipping which is way more expensive than the original cost of shipping. You lose money by returning anything

Order about 11 items, finally got it about 3 or 4 weeks after i ordered it. Couldn't track it at all, finally got it today and it's missing 2 items, none of the clothes look like the pictures, ordered BLACK makeup brushes and i got surprised with hot pink makeup brushes. Tried calling customer service about 5 times and no one answers.

Ordered my items (3) to be exact and paid for expedited shipping which says 7 days. Been 3 weeks and they still did not ship it. Asked for a full refund. If you offer expedited shipping do just that. People have places to go.

After over 2 months I still have no order and they still don't refund my money. Yes im mad but they would be too its called fraud. To take my money and get nothing. I love shopping at Trendsgal.The clothing I have ordered is very good quality and the prices are great. The customer service is always very nice and helpful. I have told my friends and family about Trendsgal and they love it to. I shop there at least twice a week. Trendsgal is my favorite online shopping spot. Thanks Trendsgal for everything.
My first order came in a timely manner and I was quite pleased with it. The only thing kind of strange was that one of my jean articles smelled like chlorine. Maybe that's normal? Idk. I got my order within a week. I also really liked the jewelry as well. For the price offered, I really can't find any way to complain with this company.
I ordered again and can't wait to get my next shipment.
They sold me two promoter kiosks represented by photos of a new kiosk. Then they shipped me two very old beat up kiosks. They, the kiosks were worthless to me. When i called Trend Times the person (a male with a British accent) started giving me a run-around. I knew then that i was very rudely ripped off. One star, as one other victum wrote, is too good of a rating for this sociopathic dysfunctional so-called business.

I would recommend this site to my friend and family definitely. The items were very cheap and I didn't have an issue receiving them. I was a little worried at first when I fist received my confirmation receipt but everything worked out. I paid for 6-8 days shipping and I received my items in 7 days exactly. I love this website and I will be ordering more items.!
I ordered a dress for engagement pictures at the beginning of August and it is still not here! I have contacted customer service and they just keep telling me the same thing and won't give me my money back. It is past the time that I need my dress and no longer have use for it. This site is a joke and I recommend never shopping from this site. If I could give negative stars I would.

I have been shopping with Trendsgal for about 4-5 months now and honestly they are very quick and very responsive to my orders and messages. There stuff is quite nice and reasonable. I can sit for hours on this website and shop for clothing all day long and mind you sometimes i "really" do. Great site will continue to shop with them. Only one thing is that i wish more of the clothing came in more plus sizes like 3xl and 4xl since not much does fit me.
Rosegal contacted me after I wrote my last review when I experienced their low-quality clothing. They promised to credit my account, but never did.

I bought a few tops, dresses and jewelry from trendsgal and really like what I have got. I went for a flat shipping and received my order after 1.5 months.
Their customer support is prompt.
One of the tops I got wasn't as in the picture but all others were same and the quality of the clothes were good. I sizes mentioned on the site are true and fit me perfectly.

I was doing back to school shopping and found Trendsgal. I thought I was lucky to find such a cheap website. My mom bought me and my sister both an outfit. She got herself a shirt. The total of all our clothes was only 15. So my mom went to get it and the shipping plus clothese costed $37 and some odd cents. My mom got the second to fastest shipping, I looked online and it was to be in within 3 days. I was so excited. So when 3 days came I was dissapointed it wasn't in the mail, a week later still nothing, another week, nothing. Finally the third week of waiting it came in. The clothes were to small for my sister(so I got them)and my pants looked nothing like they did on the website. My moms shirt was fine, fine perfect size and everything. And my shirt was fine. My sisters clothes looked good, but to small for her. We even got a size larger than what she wears. Overall I'm upset with the waiting and the clothes. 2 stars exact.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
