Expedited shipping is super cheap! I got my stuff in 3 days! And everything looks exactly as it does on the site! Im so happy with the stuff I got! Everything fit! Im so happy with this though, Definitely will order again! You can get super cute and trendy clothes here for an amazing price!

So, i was really jubalus about shopping on here because of reading different reviews but i gave it a shot and spent about £70 off in my first order. So i paid so the lowest delivery and my items come fairly quickly (im in the UK) ok i admit that 2 tops i ordered didn't look that much like the photos HOWEVER they were £3 so you can hardly complain, im sure i could sell them at a car boot sale for the same price! But all the other items i have bought have been good. I ordered another lot of items and i was worried when it wasn't delivered in the time, yes there customer service can be slow if emailing from the UK because remember they are in Singapore & i found Yoyo very good at telling me where my order was & sorting out my query within 2 days, turns out the wrong tracking number was updated. I have since shopped with Trendsgal since and havent had any trouble & i will continue to shop here. :)

Not quite sure

So I received an email on 8/4/2015 that my package was shipped and here I am today 8/25/15 still waiting for my order. I did use standard mail which set the expectation I should receive it within 6-25 business days. Is this a normal wait time? I cannot track my package and cannot even reach anyone in customer service... contact numbers do not work. Anyone have suggestions please?

We received our order today and its horrible! Very cheap material... Doesn't fit women with breast! We're very disappointed... Its a hassle tryna get in contact with these ppl... I'm female and a junior in highschool and my family has been going through financial issues, so I decided to check out 'Trendsgal.' I was stunned when I saw their cute clothing for cheap prices, which made me skeptical. But, my boyfriend went ahead and bought me what I wanted anyway. The package came in with all 13 items in 1 week when i asked for 30 business days, which were shirts. 2 out of the 13 did not fit which didn't surprise me at all. Everything that did fit was SUPER CUTE! I went into tears I was so relieved! They came pre-packaged into one big package. The thing that scared me the most was the negative comments. Everyone was upset about the "cheap" fabric. The fabric on the things I got is extremely soft and looks like anything I'd buy in a high paying clothing store... so I'm a bit confused about that. The clothing did smell bad but not extremely terrible, only 1 shirt was pretty damp when I opened it but it was nothing to worry about. I got better than what I expected and I'm VERY thankful and happy! Purchasing from Trendsgal was well worth it!

I love this website so much. All of their clothes are so cheap but so stylish. I really wish I found it sooner. The shipping isn't even expensive either! I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I can't wait until my new clothes I ordered comes in the mail! G**************

Worst service EVER
August 19, 2015

It took over three weeks for them to send out a processed and packaged order because they made mistake after mistake and kept asking for my address over and over. I had paid extra for the expedited shipping and requested that just the expedited portion of the shipping costs be refunded in some manner being that they happily took full responsibility for for their careless blunders. They repeatedly refused to do so as well as refuse my request to contact a supervisor. Disgusted by their representatives' rude and condescending attitudes.

Go for it!

I'll admit, I read tons of reviews about TrendsGal. Ones claiming that their packages didn't come in and the clothes were too small. So, I was a bit nervous and skeptical about ordering from the site. From reading those reviews though, I ordered one size bigger than I normally get. Granted, I really only ordered shirts, rings, and 1 or 2 pair of jeans. However, everything that came in fit perfectly! My package was here within 5 days. (I chose expedited shipping because it was surprisingly cheaper.) They did send 2 packages, so one of my packages came 2 days later, but they are shipping from Hong Kong, so I believe there are some weight limits and such when shipping from out of country. When I e-mailed them curious about where my second package was, they responded within 24 hours very kindly! So, my experience with TrendsGal has been an excellent one and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!

Site is joke

Ordered my dress for wedding and not seen yet. Ordered on 7/20/15 and now 8/19/15. Tracking don't work and the phone number is a joke... This site needs to be closed down.

Stylish for less

I really enjoy all that I have order from the site. I order 2 bags and my sister some clothing and she love the look and fit and I love the quality of the bag that I have. My only complaints is that the clothing I order ran small. Meaning that I am a average height and the dress I order could only be worn as a shirt. It covers only up to my tummy, even I as a girl that love short skirts and dresses couldn't possibly wear one that short lol.

No Customer Service

I placed and expedited order yesterday, the funds were automatically deducted from my account, yet I have not received an email confirmation and when I go to view my order history online, it says I have no payments made, orders placed or items shipped. How is this possible?! I tried contacting their customer service number, but all I received was a recording saying "theres no one available". And theres an option for a 'live chat', but when you click on it, it doesn't allow you to chat. It simply suggests that you search for your issue in their Q&A list. I'm demanding my money back and will never order from this site again!

Hi,
I have place an order with this business called trendsgal.com.
I have place two orders with this business and had an excellent experience shopping
With them. My first order was a red white and blue flag tote bag. It was package well
And I love the design and it was a large bag. My second order was 2 baseball caps with
A rhinestone flag on top and can be adjustable. It was just beautiful.
I order a pair of ceramic flower earring and a sunflower necklace both items are beautiful.
All these items are highly recommend and you will get a good prices and great customer service. They are very helpful. Thank you Elizabeth Wieder

The quality is first-rate, the wig is well-constructed and after repeated wears, still holds it's shape and luster. I even got many complements on the wig! This company blocked me from leaving honest reviews about their products. I tried to leave several reviews about the poor quality of the clothing and they would not allow them to post. The clothing is absolutely terrible! So are the shoes! Do not waste your item ordering shoes from them. They have excellent jewelry that is good quality and I do really like the jewelry. It's good stuff. But they are very deceptive, never give them a credit card #, always use PayPal and be safe on this site!
