This company is so irresponsible, lazy, and full of lies. I keep asking them about my paper like more than 6 times, because it is already passed due date. They keep on saying to wait and i wait patiently; however, this is ridiculous, since they keep on telling me oh they did not know that when the outline is due when i already put in instruction and i keep on telling them too. I got impatience from keep asking, i told them i need to cancel the order, because they need to learn how to be responsible by turning the paper on time and following the instruction carefully and they replied back that I can. Kindergarteners can follow instructions and be responsible better than them. I just check in with them again, since no one reply my email back, and they told me that i cannot canceled the order, because they already submitted the order. This attitude is so unforgeable, because they just keep on playing lie games to steal money

I don't understand why a company cannot read and follow the instruction. Not only that, they create they own instruction and argue that they did it. Also, they have hard time to turn in work on time. Moreover, they need to fix the essay more than 5 times, in order to get it fix.

This webiste full of bad attitude seller and they have no idea what they are selling. For example, i had experience brought a power bank charger and the seller had no idea how to use it.

This company charge me for 41.12 for no reason. I keep trying to send them email to ask them why charge me and no reply. Please don't buy item from this website. It is a rib off.

I don't really like aliexpress, because aliexpress helpers will not help the customers' need. For example, I didn't receive my panda warmer hand pillow for over 2 months. I told the aliexpress helpers that i didn't receive the package yet and the helper just told me to wait patiently or contact the sellers or else there is nothing they can do about and refund my money. In addition, the helper will not do anything and care about the sellers fraud customer's money. All they say to me is contact the seller. The shipping is really slow. I had experienced that i had not get my package for over two months and no one can tell me a reason why and costed me extra shipping costs for no reason.

Tip for consumers:
If you are not looking for cheap stuff, stay away from this website. be careful about the sellers. the sellers can fraud your money and said they accidentally cost it and aliexpress helpers will not do anything about it.
