I ordered on 4-30, and i paid $10 extra for, what i thought was faster processing and shipping. I've tried calling there customer service number. And all it says is that the magic jack customer is unavailable. I would really just like to get my money back because this is unbusiness like. I need to report this comport to the BBB to see if it is even a legit company.
This is Sandra E. I don't know who Trends gal was talking about when they said they refunded my money on 4-5-16, but It was not me. Like I said in my previous statement Please, Please DON'T GET ANYTHING from them even if you had an alright experience before it is only a matter of time before they Mess You Up or not give you your money back. Like I said in my previous statement it is 5-11-16 and I have NOT RECIEVED ANY OF MY MONEY BACK. Further more I am looking into what I can do to get my money back.

Do not buy from this site. The clothes are not sized right at all unless your a size 0 model with no boobs or butt. I had to send everything back and I'm still trying to get my money back. Probably will have to notify credit card to stop payment on this shipment since they say they will help you but that is so WRONG. Don't try to return because that in it in itself is an absolute disaster. They say you can but they wont get back to you to get the appropriate labels or paperwork. DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS SITE. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

All items i bought were as described on good quality and solid color. I felt like secure for my privacy during my order process.
Also my items arrived on time
I ordered 5 items april 11,2016 n still haven't received anything... i tired to contact customer service support. No answer over the phone and on top of that the number they have just rings i get the same thing no matter when i call... so next i tired to live chat with them... that didn't work. This is some bull$#*!...

I have tried to order and the shipping is expensive for a light weight order, it is cheap but the shipping is where they stick you. I have tried to order after getting a decent total including shipping and the message told me my card was unautorised ( yes that is how they spelled it) so I figure it was a sign not to order?

I was very happy with the items that i received! The items were shipped separately thou but i received all. It took 4 weeks but i was happy when i finally received it.

Trendsgal agreed to refund my money after I posted this review. I did not receive the refund, but instead received my order today.
I did receive all the pieces and they do fit.
I placed my order on March 25 and received the items May 12.
A woman dropped the bag on my porch, rang the doorbell, got back in her car and left. No uniform, no company vehicle, not professional.
I wouldn't say it's worth the wait, but I am glad they kept in contact with me and I did finally receive my order.

I placed a order beginning of March and have only received 1 item from a order of like 16. I submit a ticket on their website but it just say the same thing. Give it 15 to 25 days... it's way passed that and i tried to call the number that is provide and it just ring or say the magic jack number is not available. Total scam and I would never recommend this site to no one... for standard shipping it cost me the amount of my order... order came to $76 and shipping came to $57. Which is ridiculous never had to pay that much for standard shipping before in my life. I will be putting this on facebook, twitter and Instagram. The worst online store I have shopped at firstly my order was 3 months late after enquiring they eventually send my clothing only to find that it's not what it was is the picture and also 3 of the 5 items purchased I never received and then upon arrival NONE of the clothing fits as its too small total rip off I won't recommend anyone shops here as its a scam you don't recieve what you're shown and they're no where to be found when you need assistance

I am really soddisfied, my items arrived in Netherlands in 10 days and all together :)) ...
I bought 18 pieces of different kind of clothes, dresses, shirts, blouses and others. I actually pay for standard shipment and they sent me an email when shipment already starts, that time they called "processing time" and took 2 days. When I see all my new clothes I found that was incredible, the quality actually is far away than I expected, it was excellent, and all seems exactly like looks in the picture. I recommend this website because is cheap, is good quality and the clothes fits perfectly. I bought 18 pieces with 180 USD that is far away cheaper than boutiques in a city. Love it love it love it 5 stars!
I placed an order at the first of the month and it is still not here. I did receive an email that it was shipped on the 8th of this month. Couldn't call anyone because no one answers and not able to send an email. To keep business I would think you would help your customers out more.

Half of my order came the other never did, then when you message them they kept saying your order is packaged but they never send it I been waiting a week and I'm still going back and forth with them about my order. I ordered socks and the shirt and the quality was amazing! The only problem was you have to order a size or 2 up, but that's nothing terrible! Everything looked exactly like the picture and got here in a very timely manner!
My experience was really great. My items shipped out quickly and came nicely packaged. The items I ordered looked exactly as shown in the pictures, and fit exactly as the website said it would, which was perfect. I will definitely be buying from TrendsGal again. Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
