I booked my flight through Skyscanner in September and without looking got pulled through Travelgenio. Not even 24 hours after the first booking they said my flight had been changed by the airline. I've been in contact with the airline and they are saying Travelgenio is not making the correct requests as per the original flight. I paid for premium customer service... which I've spent so many hours on the phone to London, being put on hold for 20min at a time after waiting for my called to be answered at least 15min as well. It's a blame blame situation and Travelgenio is not taking any responsibility. It's impossible to get a hold of them via email or any cheaper way! It's now costing me more than my original round trip flight, just to sort out my return flights. They keep on sending emails about updated flight status but they're not doing anything! My original flight is in the first pics and as of today. You can see they completely messed up my return flight dates and not doing anything about it. Also the flexi ticket service is a joke, it will cost me 340€ to change my return flight on any date! Rather book through the airline directly, it's always better. Will never book through skyscanner again because of this.
I payed for flexible ticket only to find out that they wont allow me to change my flight. It is impossible to contact this company over the phone. Wasted 50 euros for the phone being on hold only to get disconnected after several times waiting half an hr on the phone. My booking number is *******

Don't use this website. They are really cheating. They have deducted extra money from my credit card without my approval. I am now suffering sending emails and trying to call them for hours with no answer and raising dispute to my bank. They will show you the cheapest offer and later will deducted extra 100 USD on every ticket.

Please avoid this travel agency, they are useless. I bought a ticket from them, unfortunately no way to contact them by phone. All emails and their web enquiry forms were ignored until my travel date passed. They dont even deserve a star.

I booked air tickets before Covid went crazy... all trips were cancelled. I was informed by email that the flights were cancelled and I would get a refund. So, where is it?

Anyway, we must follow their procedures and this can take some months without, unfortunately, being able from the travel agencies to shorten these deadlines. Once each airline approves the refund, from Travelgenio we will transfer it to the same credit card used during the purchase.
Give the lowest price just to attract you to reserve through them. Then you have been scammed.
Their website is tricky and they manipulate you just to make undesirable choices and pay more money.
No authority to control their behavior so be smart and don't deal with then.

In December 2019 Atlas global flight was cancelled and then Atlas global declared bankruptcy, anyone who directly booked his flight using Atlas global website was able to get his money back using simple bank dispute method, but because I did book through travelgenio I was not able to get my money back till now, they simply reply we are waiting for the refund from Atlas global, however, How come a normal person who book his flight using Atlas global website can easily got his money back but a Travelagency who should be dedicated to such cases can not get the money back?!, this is funny and most probably not true, even other travel agencies has already funded back it's customers, but travelgenio not, you are not worth dealing with you at all, I advice all people to book their tickets directly through the airline website and not via travelgenio agency, this would be better and your money will be safe, moreover I have sent email in september 10 to customer.servicetravelgenio.com asking about the status of the refund and they did not care to answer! I booked a ticket on this agency and they sent me tickets and all seemed normal. However they did ask ti see my passport and credit card. I reluctantly sent it. I received a booking confirmation and ticket. The date of the flight after taking Covid19 test To prepare we found out they cancelled the tickets immediately after booking. We now delay and need new Covid19 tests, This Agency is Horrible, no notifications and no customer service. Stay away.

Flight got cancelled due to COVID-19. Travelgenio did not reacted on any email or phone call. I got my money back by contacting Fly. Deals. Blog. Fly. Deals offering all people the service to claim their money back for all flights cancelled due to COVID-19. The people from www.fly.deals were really helpful and because of them i got my refund within 3 weeks. We have all been affected by COVID you think that we would all work together to help each other during a crisis, however Travelgenio decides to make peoples already difficult circumstances even worse.
Unfortunately like many others I decided to use Travelgenio to book a flight for my mother who is in Ireland to come visit me in Canada back in June, she was very excited as the year prior we had booked a flight for her and she had a mild stroke so was unable to make the trip, devastated by the news that she would not be able to visit me again she stayed optimistic as Travelgenio said they could give her a voucher so she could use it for up to a year she had paid 480 euro for this flight, at a cost she would have to pay an extra 50 euro to do this, which is a lot for her. She did not even ask for a refund even though most airlines and third parties decided to give refunds as it was a worldwide pandemic.
So... we decided to go ahead and pay the extra money to get the voucher that she is promised, fast forward to September. No voucher instead a mass of emails from customer service all saying different things, not one the same telling me that it has nothing to do with them, I have to go through the airline now... The airline says it has nothing to do with them I have to go through Travelgenio. SERIOUSLY why are you making peoples days worse then they already are, yes your company is going through a pandemic so is the entire world, do the right thing, give the people who paid there hard earned cash what they deserve, what you promised.

The worst customer experience I have ever received. Flights were cancelled due to covid and I have tried to communicate through many channels with no results. There phone lines hang up on you and their "customer service" email gets no response. I received one email to say my refund would be paid to me in 7 days (I have already been waiting 6 months), it has now been one month from receiving this email and still no response or refund.
There is no information on their website despite what their responses say and there is no point emailing them because they don't respond.
Will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. It is such a disappointment. Everyone is struggling through this time and they are making it worse with their lack of communication, refunds and scamming ways.

I mistakenly booked through travelgenio as a first time international traveler and not really knowing to just book through actual airlines directly. The prices will get you due to the fact they are very good and they work with many apps. I pulled the trigger and bought the tickets before reading all the reviews and to my horror read all of the terrible experiences BUT This year my entire trip got canceled because of the coronavirus and travel Genio reacted professionally and surprisingly did not take too long for my refund after the trip was canceled through the airlines. I got my refund I. About 60-90 day period and the wait times were never too strenuous. Sorry for everybody who is going through all of the stress of a drawn out process but have hope that you may be one of the lucky ones were things go smoothly!

My April airline trip was canceled due to Covid and they refuse to refund me my money. I been trying to reach them thru emails and phone calls to no avail. I called my credit card company and declared the transaction as THEFT. Do not use this company, you will never see your money again if anything happens that is not under your control.

Terrible experience.
The airline company and Travegenio decided to change my flights pre-covid and offering me an impossible transfer (the second flight leaving 30 min before the arrival of the first flight. Sic!)
I only got 2 solutions from Travelgenio:
1) taking a plane one day after, which wasn't possible in my case.
2) Canceling the booking due to the meaningful change... I picked this solution
And now, they don't want to refund my money... :)
Hence, I wasn't able to go in holidays, and I didn't get my money back.
Terrible Travelgenio. Hope any potential customer will take into account my review before booking with them

In February 2020 I bought 2 round trip tickets on the Bucharest-Munich route. On August 17,2020 I received an email informing me that the departure flight on September 24 at 08.35 was canceled, and the option would be a flight the next day, on September 25 at 18.30, which makes our impossible journey. In the information email I was told to contact the airline (Tarom) or Travelgenio. I went to a Tarom agency and I was told that the steps to return the money or change the tickets should be done only with those from whom I bought - which seems natural to me. On August 20, I sent an email with three options for reconciliation, but I have not received a response to this day.
