Airline canceled.
Travelgenio didn't notify.
We found out ourselves.
Called Travelgenio.
They charged us $120.00 to refund. ($60/person)

I've had better experiences being arrested because, at least in that case, it was MY FAULT.

NEVER, EVER will use AGAIN.
