Terrible service. Stay away. Never received the order (after 3 months) the parcel is stuck in Netherlands and they reply 7 times with same message that will reimburse me once they receive it back?!? Unbelievable that such terrible organization is able to do the business...
I ordered a fishing reel. It was a 7-day challenge to do so, as all my payment methods the site does not accept, but I managed to make the order and fully pay for the product. On the second day they just cancelled the order (completely paid order) without a reason. I did get my money back, though I have never seen such horrible service in my entire life. They do not respond via email. They do not respond to calls. Unbelievable. Waste of time.
I have been a TradeInn customer for many years. Always good products and prices. But in recent years their stock management has become diabolical. My last three orders, all items showed they were in stock when I ordered and paid, and then after your money is taken you get notified that half the items are out of stock long-lead items, and some they just don't even sell anymore, which was frustrating (although refunded). Now, my latest order, a significant amount of cycling gear that was ordered as Christmas presents went missing, confirmed by the shipping tracker, on 17 Dec 2023. I requested a refund or replacement, and was told that it,was 'on the way, be patient'. I have been chasing them continuously now for SIX MONTHS, and just continue to get the same inane reply. You can only contact them by e-mail, and the response is either automated or operated by morons. Today, seven months after purchase, they merely updated the status to "delivered". No delivery, no refund, no communication. Do not use this company, yes, you may make savings if you get your order, but if you don't receive it, you have lost your money.
Ordered 2 months ago. Did NOT receive the item. Customer service does not exist. So no refunds whatsoever. DO NOT BUY! I don't think they are selling anything. They just charge you and probably never send the item. Tracking number never updated.
I've ordered numerous bike parts from Tradeinn, all have been flawless. Top quality products with unbeatable prices, and excellent customer service if you need it. A couple times delivery has been a little longer, but that's their fault, more the delivery company, they filled the orders fast.
I bought a few products over the times off this site, mainly cycling and climbing equipment.
I come for the price and the products are always as advertised, plus the variety is incredible!
On the down side delivery could be cheaper and delivery times better.
Customer service - they answer within a day or two, but don't expect much from it:)
Bottomline I'll continue buying as long as the deal is good or no one else selling carrying that specific product.
I said I would upgrade my review of Bikeinn if I received the item I ordered in less than one month.
The package arrived today. The on-line tracking function, which had remained static since May 17, had suddenly burst into activity in the last two days.
The item I ordered arrived in perfect condition. My only complaint remains the slow shipping, which is perhaps typical of items shipped from Europe to the United States. I would have been less unhappy about the slow shipping if I had seen some evidence that things were still progressing towards delivery.
I will consider Bikeinn for future purchases when there is no rush to have the parts in hand.

I had just ordered a flashlight from a Tradeinn website and then looked at the reviews here.
I was terrified. I thought "What have I done? I wanted to save a little money and now I've probably lost it all."
Instead, I received immediate emails from the site explaining when my package was going to be sent and when I'd receive it. It actually showed up a day early and was well packed and exactly what i ordered.
Now I didn't realize the website was based in Spain, and I probably would not have ordered if I knew that. It arrived in less than a week.
Anyway, maybe I was just lucky but I just wanted people reading this to know that I did have a very positive experience and saved about 40 per cent off the price of the flashlight on Amazon.
I bought a lot of items in one delivery, when package arrived I refused to sign and take the package because if was opened and damaged, so it was returned to Tradeinn, when they gut package they did not refund me fully, seems there was missing items and they refund me only for items that they gut, any respectful company would not charge customer for delivery he didn't get, they should have file claim against delivery company.
So I say careful do not buy of this thief's.
They offer a lot of products, but not always cheap. Good to see how much things cost over several webshop. A star less for the standard delivery is done by DPD and twice my goods were stolen by the driver of DPD. It was only later I saw one can chose for another dilivery company, like GLS or UPS. Too bad I already had two empty plastic bags in my mailbox.
I made a purchase at Trade inn (order: *******) with an expectation of delivery in 4 days. After more than 20 days, I have not received the package and I have no news of what happened to it. Due to the delay, I canceled the purchase and they refuse to refund me. Even after countless emails. If you don't want to have headaches, DON'T BUY AT TRADE INN!
Ordered boots for 120 EUR, but didn't pick them up, since they were sent back by the post company.
What happened:
1) The website had corrupted my account. Support claims "all good", please write a refund request from your account. They literally asked me 3 times to log into my account, even though I sent a video evidence of it being broken (could log in, but nothing worked inside).
2) They provided a false tracking number and later blamed me for not having extrasensory abilities, and not picking up the package nevertheless. Duh, dumb me.
3) Refund is slow and painful. Support is unfriendly and simply keeps trying to scam you. Thankfully, I paid with Paypal, so would have a backup to force-refund, even if TradeInn refuses.
After a little more than a month I finally got a refund. It also included shipping costs, which is good, as they didn't want to include it first. Overall it was quite an unpleasant experience, but at least it worked out well financially. Bought shoes on the other website, eventually. Luckily, wasn't it a hurry.
Contacted Tradeinn support to clarify that the Jonny watts 27.5 x 2.8 tyre they state as tubeless was an actual tubeless version- they said it was

Don't order from this company, they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Totally unhelpful, slow to come back to me and refusing to accept their mistake. I have been sent the wrong item and they are refusing to pay the postage return and are asking me to cover the £11.00 to return an item I did not even order. Avoid at all costs
Do not buy from any of the sub-companies of this outlet. It is a fraud. They will take your money and never ship anything out. They will also stall every attempt to get your money back. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Their low prices are pointless if you never get the item.

3 weeks after ordering from them, still no delivery.

I read a number of negative reviews online and naively decided to proceed with an order anyway. Prior to placing the order I emailed them to confirm the item was in stock and would be delivered within the advertised timeframe, which I was assured it would.
After one week they cancelled the order and now won't respond to emails.
Please don't make the same mistake I did - avoid at all costs.
I ordered a motorcycle windshield. The GIVI AF260. After days of back and forth I was given the option of a partial refund or return what was shipped. I'm assuming their error put my ethics in question. This is one of the most frustrating interactions regarding a purchase I can recall. I would never order from this company again. I'm sure they are good people trying to do a good job, but they, or customer service, failed to recover my experience. Never ever again will they have that opportunity. If possible 0. It's a scam. Most of the stuff that you see online they don't have. Been trying to reach someone for 2 weeks no one doesn't respond on the phone chat or email.

Placed an order in December, didn't arrived in the US for 30 days then got lost in customs. Have been in touch with their customer support team for 2 months and have never been offered a refund or compensation of any kind. I will never place another order with this company.
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
