Bought a jacket that had an estimated delivery of between 3-5 days, I was leaving the country on day 7. Of course I get a message saying it will be delivered in 9 days. I email and call them straight away (the package had not left the country of origin). They don't cancel the package and instead email me responses that don't address the situation or my current problem. I even contact the shipping company (DHL) and ask if they can cancel the delivery and return to sender. They needed to contact the company as they would incur the return charge. No response. They even have a return policy which based on this experience I would not trust.
I did still get the correct jacket mind. Sat in the driveway and needed someone to come and pick it up. Awful experience.
I ordered refurbished product, but they sent me the one that was used for YEARS and in a very poor condition. When I tried to contact Customer Service they did not even tried to listen to me.

I bought a sneaker as a gift on 01/13, the sneaker was not delivered. Customer support via WhatsApp does not work. They said my money would be refunded and today is 02/17, more than a month and I have neither the merchandise nor the money back. They should feel ashamed treating a customer this way. It's 105CHF, if they do this with many customers it will be as profitable as for a bank.
I ordered 4 pairs of sandals and accepted to pay $60 of shipping for those 4 pairs. They arrived 5.5 weeks later from Spain and only 1 pair was the correct size. When I asked to return the other 3 pairs, they refused to reimburse me the cost of shipping for those 3 pairs they sent me in the wrong size. They think it's ok that I pay $60 of shipping for one $25 pair of sandals, when they are the ones who made the mistake with the other 3 pairs.
I ordered a pair of gloves from Runnerinn on the 06/06/2023 and till this day 16/10/2023 never received my goods. I have send numerous emails to their support team and they can say is that they are investigating the matter. I have asked for a refund and till this day nothing. These guys are out here taking people's money. Please do not and I mean do not buy or purchase anything from them!
I purchased an item in August 2023. You sent the wrong item and I therefore returned with proof of return. I am 6 months down the line and still not been refunded for an expensive purchase of a wrong item you sent me.
I'm really confused with my recent shopping. Firstly i bought a pack of sis gels that were available and then got a message that they were out of stock. The day after i bought a very expensive thing and what would you think? The day after i got another msg telling me it was out of stock. I already lost money on transaction and i want my order (*******) to be delivered, because when i used vpns of another contries i see the item available.
Update. I see that you have it in stock, but because of new garmin policies this item is not deliverable to my country now. I inform you that I'd bought this item before that rules were written in item description, therefore you have to send me my order as you charged my card and agreed to this bargain. Otherwise i will have to file a lawsuit against your actions, because according to the Consumer Law business must not accept payment for products or services if they do not intend to supply them
I had ordered a package over a month ago And the expected the delivery date to be relatively within what the site predicted. It was getting to the point where it has been weeks and weeks past the expected date and now has been well over a month. I still have not received my package nor has it been delivered. The site keeps saying it's on its way but the tracking info has not been updated in a month and has not even crossed the boarder into my country yet. This was supposed to be a Christmas present… and now that I want a refund they won't respond to me. I don't recommend this site to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money. I have never had a problem like this with any other website in my life. For all I know know it could be a scam or rip off.
We bought a pair of ice skating boots from Tradeinn. They claimed it was refurbished, but when we receive our item, the metal blade on the other shoe was broken. And they refuse to accept our refund request, even though they have a 30-day return policy. This feels like being scammed, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Spread the word.
Chances are that if you are ordering many items, even if available. The order will take months to arrive due to the random availability of items. I've tried at 3 different times to order and none were successful (totally different orders at different times) one arrive 3 months late so I sent it back because I didn't needed it anymore. The 3rd one was available immediately and they kept pushing the delivery date. Once it got to August I just canceled the whole thing because they won't delivery the rest of the order in between... Ordered in March and waited till June to cancel because I had a lot of money "on hold" since they won't deliver.
Don't waste your time, don't order! Read the reviews even if you get your stuff it will arrive destroyed anyway.
I bought a pair of climbing shoes on Tradeinn in August. The website provides an estimated arrival time of a week, however the item took one month to be delivered. It caused significant inconvenience to me as I was moving houses. Secondly, I returned my item to the directed address from tradeinn however the company rejected the delivery and I never got my refund.
I got a defective product from them. It is a coffee machine that doesn't work. Tried to return it but customer service is useless. At the end, they gave me the link to the product's brand and suggested me to contact that brand directly. Don't buy from TradeINN
I ordered lots of bike bits from various suppliers in mid October. Everything arrived promptly except stuff ordered from TradeInn, despite its promised delivery to me (I'm in Canada) by the end of October. It's now the end of November and goods haven't arrived, tracking doesn't tell me where they are and TradeInn's customers service just sends useless messages and won't process a refund.
Refused to accept return of item, despite offering returns. I had to pay £30 to ship to Spain. They then refused to accept the item and Royal Mail had to return it back to me. Customer services completely unhelpful. Really terrible experience. Avoid these folks if you live in the UK.
Well, the worst company, the worst customer service. I am from Italy and ordered Kettle, did not deliver. Tradinn company wants me to call Spain, I can't call Spain from here. The client agent did not help me.

Worst company ever. They're A SCAM! I received a jacket after one month. I sent it back and I had to pay over 25 euros because they don't take in charge. The worst part is they didn't accept my return. Now, I'm without the jacket and lost 100 euros! It's impossible to reach their customer care service so TO AVOID AT ANY COST!
Bought 2 pinlock (identical) for same helmet. One was ok and another is too small. Boxes are the same, I contacted them and send photos of everything even comparisment of both and still in 10 days of generic messeges if you wont respond bla bla nothing is done.
I placed an order on 6 May. By end of June the tracking showed that it was ready for delivery. Then it showed that addressee was being contacted about delivery and delivery was unsuccessful. My phone number changed after the order was placed but even though I changed it on the TradeInn site it was not changed with order and they just went silent when I kept asking for help. Abominable service.
Would give zero stars if so could. Ordered via Amazon. Returned using prepaid Amazon returns label 2nd Feb 2023. TradeInn say I didn't. Parcel lost by evri. TradeInn won't help. Apparently "I" lost the parcel & have to insist Evri find it & return it to me & they cannot help! Still waiting on a £122 refund
Worst Customer experience i've had in a long time.
I've ordered a surfboard for my holidays as tradeinn promised to deliver between 3-5 days. 3 weeks and countless emails later, they refused to reimburse me even though the order didn't reach me. My holidays were obviously over by then.
They finally delivered the surfboard 4 weeks later but 75% of the order was missing (leash, pad, wax, surfbag, etc...). They now refuse to reimburse me the missing part of the delivery!
Obviously they are impossible to reach by phone...
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING with TRADEINN. It's a guaranteed headache if you do.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
