Do not go near these guys. There shipping dates are not true and the bill (when ordered) does not come close to the actual bill... customs etc. These people should be red flagged and taken off the web. There will be no responses to any complaints... they just say "check your tracking number".

I was very skeptical about ordering from TradeInn Due to the horrible reviews! Glad I didn't listen to any of them. They have been very reliable on all of my orders (5). Some have taken longer than others but understandable in each case. Customer service has been top notch - always getting back with me immediately on any questions. Would I recommend TradeInn - Hell Yes! Will I continue ordering from them - ABSOLUTELY! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
I ordered a motorcycle helmet, and on the day when it was supposed to be delivered, they informed me that they put the order on hold because it is actually not in stock. Although it still appears on the website that it is.
Be careful what you order from them because they are not serious at all.
I will never buy from them again!
Avoid this website! It's been almost a month since I placed my order and the tracking details show the item as still being 'in the shippers warehouse'. Customer service keep fobbing me off with standard 'you'll have it soon' responses. If you take the risk make sure to use paypal so you have someway of getting your money back!
Absolutely awful service. I have been trying to return a defective product for a month now, it has been returned to me TWICE now. The staff are rude and unhelpful- they also don't seem to care about service and lack general manners. Do not do business with this company, they have no respect for their customers.
I only start ordering from this company as I saw something that I really like. A pair of silver Soccor Boot and I brought other stuff as well. The tracking system is non-existing and it keeps saying to check my local post office with a different tracking number provided from the international one. Backward and forward emails including me calling Spain directly but very hopeless customer services. I also send no good feedback to them and the manager did write back. I now just send a big email to this manager. Totally useless if you ask me. I have never had such a shocking experience and spent so much of my time and I am the one buying only two items. Never again... got burned BAD! Please Buyer Beware!
If an ordered item hasn't been delivered to TradeInn warehouse in 1-2 days after placing the order - just simply forget about it.
You will never get any clarity on delivery dates.
You will never get any support from Service Desk - only formal automated replies.
Another type of issue: they can simply remove an item from your parcel. Yes, they will refund it, but you won't get any notification prior to the shipment.
If you will get so lucky to file a claim (currently they removed claim form from web version and disabled claim processing in mobile app - Forbidden 403), they will send you promo code for discount - in my case it was 5%. Surprise - discount won't be applicable to vast majority of the items.
Summing up: there are a lot of places in the Internet where you can get better prices, but I've never seen such awful service, which drives you mad so deeply.
Steer clear of this company. Their customer service is hostile and quite frankly totallt unhelpful. I returned a swim costume ( the size was far too small to that described) and they now refuse to acknowledge receipt of it. My name and address was written on the envelope, it was Royal Mail tracked but because I can't give them the tracking number they will not look into whether it has actually been delivered. Either they are overwhelmed by returns because the products are problematic or they are quite simply pulling a fast one.
I paid including delivery 21 Nov 2020 and have still not received the parcel as at 7th Feb 2021. Trade-in customer support continue to tell ME to go to my local post office (despite me having already been countless times). Tracking down and delivering the parcel is Tradeinn's responsibility as I purchased including delivery. Shocking service and I now suspect fraud based on them failing to deliver within a reasonable time of notice of expected delivery (7th Dec 2020). I will never purchase from Tradeinn again!
The item was promised to be delivered within 5 - 15 days, but even after 30 days the item has not yet been delivered to me, they provide a tracking option but you cannot track it since it is never updated in the site. After that they said that there are delays due to customs and they now say it takes 5 - 60 days for customs clearance. Not trustworthy, it now seems as if my money is wasted.
I ordered an item that never arrived (it has now been almost 4 months). I contacted TradeInn (TrekInn) and their response was pathetic, no concern for my situation, no care for customer service. I paid using PayPal who stepped in to arbitrate but my enquiry expired. Nothing from TradeInn.
Purchased a blood pressure machine months ago, but never received the product. TRADEINN refuses to refund my money and has stopped answering my messages. Don't waste your money and buy somehwere else with a more reliable provider.

Ordered a product from them. The product never arrived due to the delivery service. When I tried to make a claim, with proof of how the product was not delivered they refused and ignored my emails. They then removed a bad review that I wrote from their site and removed my account.
I ordered a watch that took two months to be delivered. Only to find that my box was empty. It weighed 0.150g when leaving Spain and still does - empty box plus bubble wrap = 0.150g. I sent pictures, emails etc. If they just read the weighbill they would know it was an empty box. I have had no response other then auto generated messages. There is no point in contacting their support system as there is NO support! Shocking. Wish I could give a zero star review as they dont even deserve the 1 star I am forced to give.
Unsafe!, i made a mistake due to my greed. I was taken advantage of because I was seeking fast money. When I tried to withdraw, I was informed that I had violated certain rules. The platform froze my account and demanded $35,850 for taxes. I felt extremely depressed. Fortunately, a colleague introduced me to Alexwalterfxhelp at email dot com, I shared my situation with him and within 4 working days him and his team they successfully retrieved my money. I hope that I am not the only victim of these scammers. This is why I am sharing my story to help others
Placed an order on June 24/23. Told me I'd receive it by June 6/23. It's now July 4/23 and no order and still taking payments from my card. I've sent emails with no returns. No where to call. Told me order was in customs could be 60 days or longer before being released by customs. Last info I got was my order was sent back to consigner and they won't refund payments I've made. Terrible company to deal with and most of their products come from foreign countries. Don't waste your time with this company. They're terrible and no customer service.
Ordered running gear in October. Nothing arrived. They told me it was at customs. Was actually at the post office. No one was told to collect it. So it has been sent back to them. I mailed them about it. They said they would get back to me. No one has reverted to me. I ordered in October and still don't have my parcel. You cannot actually engage with one person to solve your problem. You just get generic emails which don't help at all. Stay away!
I ordered many trekking clothes,they promised for 5th of december to be delivered but since 3rd of december i dont have any movement in my cargo and they say they dont know where is the package.no help from customer service at all
My order was confirmed for 22 -26 Aust delivery to my door, but after following up and tracking it, they informed me that it will now only be received by 03rd October! Shocking delivery performance. Will never order from their site again.
So after reading many reviews I was worried I would not receive my package. Albeit it was 4 weeks late from what the original date was. I realized it was coming from Amsterdam but I got my package and everything is as it is pictured. Love my new shoes. So if you're wanting a bit of a discount for quality products the wait is worth it. Just be prepared to wait!

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
