Tradeinn gives the impression of great deals and savings, but any savings are simply buried in the fine print—on the second page of a disclaimer that most people will never see and is completely absent from the checkout page. I was shocked to be charged over 20% of my total purchase for unexpected duties and additional taxes, plus another 20% just for shipping. The shipping process is a nightmare: the company they use is impossible to pay, and there is absolutely no customer service contact information. I've spent hours trying to resolve these issues without success or support. This was a frustrating, misleading, and time-consuming experience. I would not recommend Tradeinn to anyone—beware of hidden costs and wasted effort.
I bought a backpack on Tradelnn for $52.98 on August 10. What I received looked nothing like the photo on their website. After a month of back-and-forth emails, the company told me that I have to pay for the return shipping and then wait up to a month after they receive the item to get my refund - "if applicable." The return costed on FedEx more than $120, making it out of question. This is not how a trustworthy company treats customers. Poor communication, unfair policies, and zero accountability. I would not recommend buying from them.
I bought a Dolphin liberty 300 from Tradeinn which worked for a few months, then completely stopped — no lights, no response from the unit, even though the charger was showing power. I followed all troubleshooting steps with no success. From 10 July, I contacted Tradeinn repeatedly to request a warranty return. It took several weeks just to get the return approved, during which time I was told to send videos and repeat the same checks. When they finally accepted the return, I was told the process would take "2–4 weeks." Now, instead of resolving the issue, they have sent the product to the manufacturer for assessment with no clear timeframe. I was also warned I may be charged transport, service, and repair costs if the manufacturer rejects the claim — something not made clear at purchase. The whole process has been slow, unhelpful, and lacking transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Tradeinn. Their returns and warranty handling is the worst I've dealt with. I ordered an electrical heating device (Beurer brand) from Tradeinn, and the product I received is completely incompatible with electrical systems in North America (110V). There was no warning or mention on the product page that it only supports 220–240V. As a result, I ended up with a device that is totally unusable and potentially unsafe in my country unless I buy a separate voltage converter — which was never mentioned. When I contacted Tradeinn, they admitted that the product was 220–240V but refused to offer a refund or a prepaid return. Instead, they told me to pay international return shipping myself — for a problem that resulted from their lack of transparency. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate omission. I have submitted formal complaints to EU consumer protection authorities. I strongly advise others, especially international customers, to avoid buying from Tradeinn unless you're absolutely sure the product is compatible with your region.
Trade inn or tech inn. Don't waste your money. First they are not transparent. They don't tell you that they are located in Spain, so when you need to return whatever you bought from them, they expect you to pay for the shipping. Imagine how costly that is. They sell defective products so you have a big chance of having to return it. They don't take responsibility for their defective products. Terrible costumer care. They try to avoid dealing with the problem. The coffee machine I bought lasted three months.

Even though it was supposed to come from the Netherlands it ended up being sent from the US, it got stuck at customs for ages and I ended up spending an additional 40% in tariffs!
TradeInn does not provide real prices. They provide the price in Norwegian kroner on the Norwegian page. As a customer, you cannot know what additional taxes will be added. They know that. Other websites that sell the same product know that, and they provide the real price that you will actually pay.
Terrible delivery service. Very slow (they even wrote to me to say it might take 2 months more at one point.!). Package was eventually not even delivered to my address! I had to run around trying to find it in some post office in the city.

I ordered a watch that took 2 months to receive, and when received it would not pair with phone, and downloaded junk all over my phone that showed all of the time. I tried forever to return it, and no use. They are a total LOSS, say away from Tradeinn and Bikeinn (or companies with inn at the end-they have a lot)!
Dog$#*! customer service. Only buy from them if you absolutely have to because if anything is wrong with your order, don't expect them to give you even the slightest bit of courtesy.
Do not use this company! Use another even if more expensive. Bought a padel racket. Delivered to the wrong address. No signature and can see it's not my house. Confirmed by royal mail who sent me a letter confirming wrong address and I should be due a refund (sent over to trade in) along with their DONR form. I haven't heard anything since. Sent over 10 emails. All ignored. They have stolen hundreds of pounds off me! Absolutely horrible service that has affected me badly. Please let me know if I go to police. Trading standards. I don't know what to do!
Waited ages for my shoes, but then got a weird email, that my "order status" had been changed. To find out what that meant, I had to log in (i.e. Create a user at their page), but once I did that, it only stated, that they "might" not even have the shoes, I ordered, and that I could either swtch product or delete product. Obviously, the should know, if they have the shoes, and if not: refund me.
Contacted Tradeinn support to clarify that the Jonny watts 27.5 x 2.8 tyre they state as tubeless was an actual tubeless version- they said it was

Dreadful company I received an order for a fleece jacket, it did not comply to the correct measurements for the size. Tradeinn didn't manufacture it, but they wouldn't do anything about it, they should have contacted the manufacturer - but instead I had to pay for the return postage. So I am out of pocket with nothing to show and Tradeinn did nothing to help. Only after your money - any problems - tough!
Ik heb een nieuwe hengel gekocht van colmic de Carp speed4.0 11,50m. Normaal een tophengel Na mijn 1e vis is de hengel gebroken op mijn 2e deel vooraan op het stuk. Als het breekt door een vis breekt het deel van de hengel in het midden en niet 20cm van het begin. Ook was de hengel niet deftig ingepakt. Enkel in een kartonnen doos en zonder bescherming. Koop NOOIT via tradeinn. Heb je toch problemen met hen is er een juridische dienst in belgie die zo zaken proberen op te lossen voor u. Schandalig dat zo iets nog kan gebeuren!

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
