Still waiting for my order to arrive. Had I known that my Rider flip flops were coming from SPAIN I never would have ordered. Now they showed up in the Netherlands. WTH? I am about to dispute the charge with AmEx. Beware! Latest shipping update was a week ago.
I foolishly didn't bother reviewing this company's reputation before ordering. They kept the money and never shipped the item I ordered. There is no customer service either. They trust that people don't bother to escalate their complaints, many other customers report similar experiences
I have been waiting for a refund on an order that was delivered after 4 weeks instead of 1 week for more than 1.5 months and they still are not issuing any refund of my order. It's outrageous how this company operates. Don't order from them!
I ordered a Lego set from them and in took weeks to arrive. The box and contents were crushed/damaged looked wet and they will not refund my money. They keep asking for information and I keep sending it with no resolution to this problem. They say I can pay to send it back for a refund but it has to be in original condition, un-damaged and unopened. It didn't arrive that way. Don't buy from them no matter how good the prices appear, not worth the aggravation.
This company is a scam! They keep making excuses, after speaking to the post office they don't use a courier company to save costs. They know the items ordered will never arrive in time or get lost. Quick to take your money but 3 months later, no delivery and no replies. 100% do not fall for their trap. Use another company at all costs. Their customer reviews on their website are clearly fake!
One of the ordered products was never delivered and the packaging was so horrible. Customer support ignored my emails for over a week then finally responded that it's too bad for me that the claim period is over. This is honestly the worst service or response that I have ever received from a seller. I will not use this website again since I'm never seeing my money or the product that I fully paid for (+ import charges + taxes) ever. They knew they could get away with it as they always do.
Scam! Buyer beware! Do not order from this website. You'll received a wrong/damaged or defective item and they won't facilitate a return. I have been speaking with customer service for weeks about 3 defective products that pose child safety issues and customer service refuses to send me a return label! Your responses online are lies as you will do nothing to help me.
They sent me the wrong item, for which I paid import duty to Switzerland. This import charge is very unclear during the buying process.
The returns policy requires export to Spain (duty and return costs at the buyers expense). Again, not as advertised on the site.
Add to this an awful customer service, autogenerated responses and no acceptance of liability, putting the blame back on the consumer. I'm currently taking this up with consumer protection in Germany and Switzerland. I will report back here with updates.
The worst trader ever. Customer service ignores issues and doesn't provide a refund.
Make sure you don't order from them at least you want to donate your money to Tradeinn. You won't be able to resolve any issues with customer service.
They are scammers.
They send the product from another country without any notification, and you find yourself having to pay $$$ customs!
Then you discover that the items are not the ones you ordered.
No customer service at all!
And the best... the "FREE RETURN" turns out to be free for them, but paying (and a lot) for you...

Do not use these SCAMMERS! I returned some items over a month ago and I am still awaiting my refund. I ordered small but they sent medium.
Paypal UK won't help as I have already returned the items.

I had ordered tires from TradeInn and got the wrong size delivered. TradeInn only responded with automated emails that were just a stalling tactic. Fortunately, I was able to activate buyer protection via PayPal and got part of my money back that way. However, I still have to pay for the return shipping and have no tires. Absolutely bad service and not recommended. Hands off TradeInn!
Just had the famous reply of my order has been lost etc etc. Wish I had seen the reviews earlier. They will try and take your money and Not Return it or the goods! Another low-life foreign scam. Will do everything I can to hurt their scamming business!
Ordered a coat. £9 delivery - arrived 3 days later. The sizing guide advised I order a size L. When I tried it on, it was huge. Cost £12 to send back via Tradeinn (post office) - 4 weeks later I get a refund minus £9! So ordering a £139 coat left me £30 down. Disgraceful
3 months I have been waiting for my purchase on the 11th December. Shocking customer service. Non existent. No refund. No money back. Just texting back and forward with 'Bots' so that eventually you will give up hope. Bad company policy. Could be a scam. Cannot be trusted.
I don't think I'm gonna get my purchase. It's almost 3 months later. I will never buy again from Tradeinn and I encourage ppl to be weary or you will loose money as I have now. On contacting Tradeinn on instagram they said I must contact the local post office which I think as a customer and their inability to trace or sort this out show their integrity and how they treat or think of customers.
The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Parcel failed to arrive, I had to contact them. It was Virtually Impossible to speak to someone. It was all bots that never answered my questions. When I did talk to a human I was always told my parcel will arrive shortly. Any idiot would of worked out after a month the parcel weren't coming but again I had to do all the chasing to make them realise my items are lost. They kept telling me the same thing, it's being investigated over and over. There was no timescale of when they were gonna declare the parcel lost or when I would be reimbursed. It's been over a month now and still no one has contacted me to apologise or give me my money back. Most unprofessional useless company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Problem with every order. Late delivery every time. Bad packaging staff broke and their assistance is pathetically useless.
Sadly, I did not look for reviews on this company before buying. They fail to make obvious they are NOT A US company, so returns will cost you at least $50.00. Their customer service is awful! Their site does not make gender obvious when comes to sizes and they completely fail to take any responsibility for missing information.
It's a scam don't fall for it! I bought a shoes last month and in the purchase screen was writing it would take 5 days to delivery. After two weeks of delay I sent them an email and they told me that could take between 15-30 days? Like what? If they haven't lied in the ad I would never had bought but ok, two days ago I received a text saying it was delivered but I didn't receive! I sent them emails again, I contact the store through the website and they don't answer me. They don't have any "I didn't receive the order" button in anywhere and sim starting to accept that was a scam. Be aware, don't buy in this company!

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
