Purchased dressing gown after a couple of weeks my wife noticed hole back of dressing gown manufacturer error my wife repaired it looks good now. If I purchase from villa shop again I will check 100% all clothing next time paid good money other items fantastic no problems check before sending or check manufacturers. ( Disappointed)...
The villa shop is always busy so lots of people to navigate round. Due to crowds it's difficult to find what you want, too busy to browse on match days.
Check out system is really efficient, even though there is a que, it's well organised and you get through super quick.

Unable to purchase tickets in family zone as the site didn't think I was eligible. Already been to three games this season, appears there was a glitch in the system. But that doesn't make the family tickets available sadly. Not ideal for a 6 year old.
Despite the faulty lettering on the shirt (definitely not good!), I fully understand the dilemma re exchange (because it was a birthday present for an up-coming birthday, by the time the gift was given and worn, and the fault noted - it was beyond the 90 day return limit). The guy on the phone recognised that there was a fault - clearly seen from the photographs but was apologetic that he couldn't exchange. He went away to see what could be done then phoned back to offer a very good discount on my next order. This was acceptable to me given the delay in reporting the fault. Here's hoping for better quality clothing from my next order!

In the summer hols my son lives in his football kit, and no one judges a kid if he turns up to family functions in a dirty football kit in the same way as if it was a tee shirt and trousers that just looks like neglect. But this summer I witnessed five John Mcginns three Ollie Watkins 2 Douglas Luiz with a Tyrone Mings in goal take on a team consisting of wolves West Brom and blues shirts with one Harry Kane Tottenham shirt and some Walsall players where else on Earth did that happen MAGIC!
