Hello
When I placed the order your site showed an error, which I thought the order didn't submit.
As you can see, this is a duplicate order.
This a double order which I can not afford.
I need to contact someone at the supervisor level.
This was not my fault.
Customer service said there was nothing they can do.Hi Derek,

There is no error for the orders, The first order O*******058 was placed December 01,2024 22:12 for $680.80 and the second O*******651 was placed December 01,2024 22:56 for $698.97

When we have an error its not placing duplicated orders within 44 minutes delay and changing items and costs, the order is final sale and cannot be cancelled as we state in our policy,

We have sent you the receipts and email confiormation for both orders, Enjoy your items

The information for final sale items and not duplicated orders was provided in time and the policy links shared as the items are the same and costs did not change, duplicated orders can be cancelled within a 15 min timeframe in order to confirm there was an error or system bug, Thanks for the contact

Ordered item in July 2023, never came
September 30, 2023

I placed an order in mid-July. Shipping costs were almost 50% of the item price. That was unanticipated but okay. It is now September 30 and nothing has been received. I contacted customer support but only received generic message about not having a tracking number for vendor direct ships. When I asked a follow up of how to resolve I received no response. This is a scam, avoid at all costs.

NoMo to ToMo

Used this site a few times over the past few years. Occasionally, the orders have arrived in a timely fashion and the merchandise has been good. However, most of the time the orders take a super long time to be delivered….if they ever are and he goods are not of the quality you would expect for the money.
Bottom line is they are overpriced, unreliable and not very helpful when there is a problem. Quite honestly I am surprised these clowns are still in business. Buyer beware. You can do much better and be treated better elsewhere.

Never got my order
August 26, 2023

Never got my order. Three months has gone by. Contacted Touch of Modern 4 times asking where my merchandise is and requested refund. They never got back to me. Only got an automated response that they will request a refund from the supplier. Will never do business with them again. In fairness I have placed orders in the past and eventually received them. Now I realize it's just a matter of time before they will stiff you.

Ordered an item in Nov 2023, Touch Modern said it would ship by Dec 30 2023. Now Feb 2024, no item received, no refund. Getting run around from their customer service, "MIguel Duarte" and "Andrew T". This place is a scam now which is unfortunate because i ordered from them in the past with no issues. The state Attorney General really needs to shut this place down

I have been with this company since 2019. As of late their service has been deplorable. I order products that are never delivered or take forever to deliver. Worst of all most of their products have no refund or cancellation clauses which means you lose your money and get no product

Save yourself time, money, and frustration. Do not use their application or order anything from this company. I was hung up on over a dozen times just trying to contact customer service. Was charged and paid for merchandise that was never shipped. Honestly, I can not believe they are still in business.

Let me get to the point: According to my experience with this company, there's no guarantee that all orders will be fulfilled. And just kiss goodbye to your hard earned money for all unfulfilled orders. There's no refund nor any desire to help you by their heartless customer agent. Yes, they kept my $169 for a rug that was never delivered. What a scam.

I have sent five messages asking for instructions on returning a pair of pants. All I get from them is that they will forward my request to someone else, then I don't hear from them. I am going to delete their app, never order anything else from them and dispute the charge with my credit card company. This might be the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

King of scammers.

This has to be the most disrespectful company I have ever done business with. They will not ship my item, no refund, no status update, they simply will not communicate at all. Stay away from this site! I have been robbed of $147.00. I am on a fixed income and need every penny. Abuse of the elderly at its worse!

Have placed several orders with TOMO and those orders are still pending. Getting same responses from customer service and when you asked them again they ignore you. They have their money but I have no merchandise. They are a fraud!

I have worked with the company as a vendor multiple times. After our last couple of campaigns, we submitted invoices for what Touch of Modern owed us for the products we sent in to them for their customers. We've waited almost a year now for payment - we are still waiting. In fact, we are still waiting for someone to just respond to our emails! It's absolutely the worst business I have ever worked with.

I was informed that a $1600 watch had been charged to my credit card. Within 5 minutes if the order, I emailed TOM to advise them not to ship the watch. They have no phone service so email is the only communication. 6 emails and a Facebook message gave yielded only roboreplies, so my credit card must intervene - but they don't even gave a phone #. What legit business Ford t take phone calls?

I ordered a watch on August 4,2023. They said I should have it by August 18,2023. I am still waiting for the items I paid for. My guess is they sold more than they had and now are offering money back. I don't want my money back I want my watch that I bought.

At the time of the sale, we were assured of sufficient inventory. Still, it was only recently that we were notified that the inventory was erroneous and the unit is no longer available. Bought the Storm led picture/ on sale, even on sale at 1/4 of original cost is still to high. Very dissatisfied. No way to hang, deceiving advertising. I could've made at home for $25. First and last item from this site! Buyer beware/ make cheap items look a lot nicer than actual item.

I had the WORSE experience this past Christmas. Just so everyone knows, ToM is simply a third-party shipper who purchases items out of other company's warehouses. Their return policy really isn't. Their customer service isn't either. The product descriptions are deceiving and after waiting for up to two months for your order to be shipped from China (or who knows overseas!)... they give you all of 7 days to return it (that includes shipping it back... which... do the math!) I do NOT recommend this faux store front or the substandard products they "represent" in their advertising!

Inflated shipping costs, materials that never show up, abysmal customer support. I have bought from them many times over the years, but as of the last few months they are no longer operating in a fashion that provides any value to their customers. They are unresponsive, shady, and they attempt to drag transactions out until they are no longer able to be reversed on your credit card. DONT DO IT!

Poor company

I purchased a jacket from TOM which took several weeks to arrive. I requested size XL to have a bit of extra room for layers. With only a tee shirt on, I could not even get the jacket buttoned, probably close to a medium in reality. I requested a return and was told "sorry" returns were not accepted. Quality of the jacket made me realize this was no bargain either. I suggest buyers go through other more trustworthy sources which stand behind their sales. I am closing my account with these guys and spreading the word of how they operate.
