Impossible...You will never get hold of their customer service

Impossible to get hold of anyone. Truly awful service

You can email them but all you get is the runaround

I have had similar experiences with TOM 4 days to answer questions on the product pages and no reply when contacting them directly via e-mail

They responded to all my emails and said nothing all of the time. Buyer beware if the product is non returnable and all sales final their is nothing you can do. They don't care
