Ordered a pocket drone, it came in damaged. It was shipped from China in a thin plastic bag which was the first problem. I called after finally finding a phone number and someone called back after a few days and said they were sorry for the problem and would ship another one to me. A few days later I got an email asking for pics of the damage and asked if I could find someone to fix it. I sent pics twice and replied that the drone is plastic and it cant be repaired. I received another email asking for more pics and I replied that I have already sent pics and what happened with the first response that they would send another. I also told them that the ad and the picture on the box showed that the drone had a camera but the one I received that nothing but a flashing light. I got tired of email back and forth so I said that I am a big boy and will just pitch the drone in the garbage and will not buy anything from them. I also told them that I should know better than to buy Chinese junk and I stated MAKE AMERICA GREAT GO PRESIDENT TRUMP

Great price for purchasing an item from the EU warehouses. Order was dispatched right away, and delivery could have been faster but it was DHL delay and not Tomtop's. The app is also very good to track orders and to find cheaper offers. Thank you!

Edit: I'm still very happy with my purchase, but one thing I don't think is right is that there seems to be no after-sales support. In the page the link is broken and I've written a couple of emails to them and after almost a month I still haven't got an answer. Luckily my requests weren't important, but I'd really appreciate some kind of reply at least.

This is an offensive website telling jokes to offend people and lot of people got offended we never take jokes I take things seriously I hate someone who lies that offensive. I will never order anything from TOMTOP again. This is an offensive shopping website by offensive I mean deceiving. To all of my people if you try to order something order from Amazon or eBay at least I know they are good websites. Walmart works too. TOMTOP never offend me or any other people again or I will have you shut down! I am strictly against hate and offensive lies I want the truth there should be a capta checking that you can verify that your not a robot. To TomTop services get my order in 3 weeks or I will email you to get a refund! I will not tolerate waiting because when I wait. You take advantage with me and this is offensive. I have already made couple of purchases on this site, so I have a little bit of experience. I was surprised how fast was product delivered from China. I have ordered Xiaomi 3x M365 scooter and shipping was free of charge, delivered within month. They have taken care of taxes, and I did not have to pay any customs or VAT. I have purchased the same item from another shop, which took more than 3 months to compare to 3 weeks via Tomtop.
Customer service was good, although it took them to reply 1-2 days, they actually responded on topic, trying to do their best answering my questions.
Overall experience very positive.
They even have loyality points that you can use to further lower the price of product of your choice

I ordered an item for Christmas November 4th. It is now December 21st and the tracking information on the website says the item left Chinese processing station in November 13th. I asked for a refund and the customer support tells me to wait. I wait and wait and I write back and they said wait and wait. So 4 days before Christmas and I still have nothing. And the disgusting thing is that these people have the nerve to blame this on the Los Angeles fires which clearly did not effect ANY of my OTHER purchases from other websites shipping from China because I got those within 2 or 3 weeks. They were going to blame it on a local disaster for their inability to deliver the goods. Give me a break. I will NEVER EVER buy from you again.

Je le recommande. A l'achat il peut paraître pas cher Des prix très attractif et un choix important mais des délais de livraison pouvant être très long! J'ai reçu certains articles 3 mois plus tard, c'est pâs pas pratique pour des cadeaux de noël... mais Pour moi il est devenu un incontournable
