I had ordered a product from tomtop but never got delivered and never got refund even after requesting the support team continuously. They asked me to check in the post office which i did and could not find the item due to which i asked for refund and they did not process until now.the item was ordered in january and now its may till not reached india is not acceptable. Even the support people are misusing customers patience. I will not suggest this site for any items. Please donot pay in this sit they will cheat you. Ordered this to be here by Easter. Paid for expedited shipping to make sure it would be here in time. After not receiving a tracking number, I contacted the company and they stated the supplier had not sent enough. I asked for a refund for the difference between standard shipping & expedited shipping. Was offered the equivalent of $2.00. I paid $19.20 for shipping, standard is $7.00. On April 2nd, DHL called me get my name and address. The package was addressed to Florida, Florida and the zip code. Plus they put my phone number on the outside. Finally received it on April 4th. Opened package and it is damaged. They had put no packing around the item and the handle broke. Was thinking of keeping if I could get the full shipping refund. Still would not refund more than $5.00. Filed a claim through Paypal and they then offered more of a refund. By then I was fed up and didnt want the item at all. They offered $20 refund, but as I stated I didnt want it and wanted to return it. Escalated the claim and submitted pictures I had taken upon receipt. PayPal ruled in my favor, but it cost me $53 to return. I did get most of that back through Paypals Return shipping refund policy. Now just waiting for refund from the company. They just received the item back on the 12th. Will see how long it takes to get my money back now that they have their item back. Cant leave reviews on their site once they no longer have the item.

I already send my order number to the customer service agent 2 days ago. Also I would like to dublicate it here * Order No.: AA18E07J0149-8HYJGS, because since that time nobody from Tomtop contacted me! Also I send them few letters on different emails and didn't get any answers as well.

Status of my order is "on hold" and I don't have any updates and I can't convince them to answer me! I'm already happy to get device in a white color! But there is no way to get in touch to Tomtop! They just ignor all my letters sent to them!

AGAIN! Don't deal with them! Realy worst customer support!

I will continue to post updates for the new customers! Hope they would be wise and would't repeat my mistake!

Hello everyone!
I'm shocked of the work of the Tomtop customer service. I found electric scooter Xiaomi M365 Black for 380 euro on there website. I tried to rder it, but on the checkout price was 490euro. I contacted to there customer service and explained the problem. There reply was " Because the German warehouse is out of stock, the Chinese warehouse is more expensive. Because there is freight at the customs."
I answered that acording to there website information is different and there are avelliable 20 items. After that I tried white color and price wwas 380euro. So I bought the device in white. But after that I tried to order a black one again! And the price was 380 euro as well! I asked the same person from chat to change the order or if its impossible just to cancell it. After that I stayed online in chat 1 hour! Waiting for the reply, and getting automatical messages about staing on the line! After 1 hour cjat was ended from there site without any answers and resolutions!

Worst customer support I ever experienced! Don't recommend to dela with them!
If there acting like that with the people who just payed money, I can only immagine what they will do after!

AVOID! DONT DEAL WITH THEM!

Ordered a $300 drone from these guys and it malfunctioned a few weeks later. They told me to ship it to them. They tested it and quoted me $188.15 for the repairs even though well in warranty period. Fine, I saved up all summer for it and had no choice. Paid them the 188 bucks and waited for update to ticket which is pretty detailed as to the status of the item. Last update said payme received. Many unanswered messages and months later here I sit with no drone. Finally got in contact with them months later. After asking for every last number they could think of and me providing them, they tell me that they can't find anything. I got upset so they then tell me they shipped it back. False! I ask them to provide me the shipping number and the address they sent it to and the kid (ezreal) tells me he was talking about email addresses and not my home address in an effort to cover his lie that it was already shipped. They have ignored me ever since. They stole $500 dollars from me. The drone and its repair cost and still ignore me obviously refusing to refund my money or replace the drone. I've got screenshots to back everything up including the lie from ezreal. This is the last company I would recommend. Now I'm left with a transmitter and charger still boxed up to remind me just how bad of an experience I've had along with the countless hours of my time ive wasted trying to get tomtop to work with me.

I have been away from my PC for about 24hrs, came back to find a response from Tomtop, went to my email inbox to check for the response with the "solution" to this ongoing saga, but alas Tomtop failed again, there was and still is no email. When will these companies learn that if you say your going to do something about fixing a customers concerns regarding any issue, then you do it.

On the 30/11/2017 I purchased the above item, I received the item about the 10/01/2018, I installed the item and found that there was no sound coming from the unit. I rechecked all the wiring connections and tested the speakers which all tested OK.
I contacted Tomtop on the 15/01/2018 and told them of the fault with the product. They asked me to supply a video, which I did. A couple of days later I was asked to pay a further $8.00AUD to have another item expedited shipped which I did although it cost $8.16AUD. I waited for about 5 weeks for the item to arrive then contacted Tomtop again to find out where the item was, they supplied a tracking number how ever this number did not register on the Australia Post parcel tracking site. I have been Emailing back and forth for nearly 5 months now and all I get is bluster and run around. I have also had to supply a further video to show the fault with the unit and still they can't / won't resend a working unit or refund my money.
BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS COMPANY
The company representative even stated in an email that I should now have 2 items in my hand, I could not believe that I was being accused of misleading, let alone deceptive conduct.
I have been in contact with Australia Post and customs, the tracking number Tomtop supplied won't work on their respective systems, nor can they find my name or address attached to any pending delivery.
I've even sent a copy of a document from Aus. Post stating so to Tomtop. Still no acknowledgment of my Email.
The case is now in the hands of Paypal, hopefully I get my money back.

Purchased $100 worth of L. O. L. S via their Ebay site that were KNOCK OFFs made of toxic materials. I wouldn't let an animal play with let alone my grand children. I can get my money back from Paypal if I spend $120 to ship the garbage I paid $100 for back to China. What? Tomtop is a sham of a company that has obviously paid people to write positive posts on this and other sites, including Ebay. Ebay has created a platform for criminals to take advantage of consumers who unwittingly put their trust in Ebay to protect them. Match made in heaven.

I ordered a phone from Tomtop on Ebay. The transaction was a trainwreck and was never completed. They lied about the phone having been shipped when it was not. When I asked them for proof of shipment, they could not do it. It was difficult and time-consuming to get a refund, even with Ebay customer support. I needed to get the refund to purchase elsewhere, and they delayed and played unethical games. Tomtop then emailed me to ask me to change my poor review to a positive review. Really? I am not surprised at the warning that they give incentives for positive reviews. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs,

Tomtop sells counterfeit LOL Surprise dolls. I have contacted the Manufacturer of LOL Surprise Dolls and I have sent them pictures of the box and the dolls. They are not LOL Surprise dolls. TomTop responded to my negative feedback about their company. I spent 32 dollars on 4 fake LOL dolls. They refunded me 15 dollars. Personally I feel I got ripped off. 17 dollars for junk, is still 17 dollars wasted. Unfortunately, it would cost me more to send them back then it would be to take the 17 dollar loss. I will never buy anything from them again. If they sell junk fake LOL dolls, how can you trust them to buy anything else from them. Don't loose money and time like I did. Stay away from these bad people.

I purchased two LOL Surprise Dolls on order: AN18C18O1737-G3YJI6 and I order Two on: AN18C18X5002-T5VVRA for a total of 4.

Look at the last picture. The garbage they sent has fallen apart and is going in the garbage where it belongs. Hey TomTop do you really think you did me a favor giving me 45% of my money back? I will get my $17 dollars that they owe me back in reviews telling everyone how they sell counterfeit!

I have been buying from Tomtop for a while now with great success. I did have a problem with a short shipped item but through contacts with "Alisa" we got it straightened out. I do understand why she was so cautious but she was easy to work with. I will continue to buy from Tomtop because of Alisa. Everything I have bought from them is better than expected and priced reasonably.
