I ordered a Xiaomi Roborock from TomTop. After two days, I was contacted by customer service and asked to pay an additional $40 because their supplier appears to have raised prices. Since I refused, my order was canceled by TomTop. I am now waiting for the repayment and will have to cover my bank's exchange fees myself. Never again.
I have been dealing with TomTop for the last few years. They are slow with delivery but thats to be expected since theyre shipping from China. My problem is that recently they have been using false advertising techniques. I bought a window cleaning sprayer but they DID NOT include the soap powder. No where in their add did they state that the soap powder WAS NOT included. I mean, would you buy a window cleaning product WITHOUT the cleansing powder? And for almost $10?! Also, I purchased a gel cushion with a photograph of a black cover. The cover DID NOT arrive with the gel cushion. A picture of a black cover (with FREE cover displayed on mailing box) was shown in their advertisement. I WILL NOT be dealing with TomTop in the future.
I contacted their Customer Service and they were quick to respond. They were completely unyielding in their response.

On Friday, 8 June 2018,@22:15 Eastern Standard Time (EST), after first creating a Tomtop account, I placed an order on tomtop.com, using PayPal, for a Viltrox EF-M2 Auto Focus Lens Mount. Approximately 8 minutes later, I received a confirmation email from "*******@tomtop.com" stating order had been successfully placed.
By Monday, 11 June 2018, the order had been processed and shipped via DHL from SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC.
DHL delivered the order to my Florida residence on Tuesday, 12 June 2018,@13:30 EST. I inspected the lens mount, which appeared new and unused, and found no evidence of it being counterfeit. Included Viltrox "QC PASS" sticker has a date of 29 May 2018.
I placed the mount on one of my Pansonic Micro Four Thirds cameras, a GH4, attached a Sigma 18-35 F/1.8 DC HSM Art Lens for Canon to the mount, and everything functioned without error. Lens mount firmware version showed 3.0 (released on 22 May 2018), which is the latest version for the Viltrox EF-M2 as of 13 June 2018.
I can't say if my very positive, initial purchase experience with Tomtop.com was simply a fluke. Factoring in the many other, not so happy reviews of Tomtop, I recommend this seller with a bit of reservation, cautioning your mileage may vary.
Fake Yuh-Gi-Oh cards were delivered after paying the same for real ones. When they were contacted they said we had to pay postage BACK TO CHINA to get a refund... When they claim they are an American company. They then pointed to their own warranty which guarantees the 'quality' of their product. NO QUALITY, they are even bad fakes. They offered my son '200 credits' to purchase more of their fake crap, because of his 'bad experience'. So spend the money to post them back and I would say NOT LIKELY TO GET A REFUND. So also out of pocket for postage... when they are the ones sending fake garbage to kids.

After buying an r/c boat from toptop, I paid for the boat fully including shipping which was an additional 20$. I got an email that congratulation for purchasing the boat. A day later they send me an email saying it's an oversize item and that i must pay an additional 20$?... that doesnt make sense... i felt being scammed!

I still would not recommend tomtop. They sold me something that was not in stock, did not indicate that at time of purchase. The good news is they gave me a full refund. After some of my time was wasted.
I ordered WLv950 and it never say out of stock. They took my money and after 4 days my order was on hold. I email them few times, they never told me that the item is out of stock. Until tonight finally got a hold the online so called rep. Stated the item is out of stock, she only said sorry about. I requested for a full refund and now is going to take 3-5 days to process. It is very bad for the business being dishonest to lure the customer. I will never deal with them anymore I'll take my business to somewhere else.

Ordered an electric Scooter with Tomtop (Xiaomi M365). TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
