Purchased Engine Oil Level Sensor for my car with shipping and tracking number delivery 4 to 10 days and 10 days went by and didn't get any notifications of shipping or tracking number finally after 20 days the item arrived the level sensor didn't work at all i requested assistance from customer service by sending email one week ago and have yet to hear anything back at all.

I placed an order for 6 led lights to use on my driveway. 2 of the lights were white and the other 4 were blue (I ordered all white). To make it easy for them, I asked for two more blue lights so they all matched. They agreed to send and package never arrived. Next, they agreed to refund for the 2 white lights. This did not happen. I have been fighting them for 4 months and they refuse to send the lights or refund the money. I have so many email messages with their stated promises and no resolution. After reading their reviews, many others have similar issues. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. WARNING. Transaction ID **************. They will respond with a sorry for order issues and it is nothing more than a show. They do nothing to refund or remedy an order. Further, they mirepresented themselves as a US seller on Ebay.
This company is awful. I ordered 2 luggage sets, horrible wality. I canceled one order immediayely, it showed as cancelled, however 2were delived and both showed up on my credit card. The grow light arrived on time so I placed order two. Half arrived on time, the other half, one arrived yesterday, two more items overdue from order two. Order three and four pending. Good stuff.

Emailed them and they said it was a bad batch so it was taking longer, ok, well waited three weeks more and finally got a tracking number. Tracking number was not able to be found on the site I was given and figured I would be out my money anyway. Finally showed up and the box was missing pieces. I emailed them and they kept giving me the run around finally saying (a week and a half later) that they would forward my concern to the right department... but I had to email them back in 48 hours to discuss!? I ordered a product - product was tracked from China until South Africa via DHL - as soon as it got here it disappeared never to be seen again. Spoke to DHL and they had no idea where it went. I requested assistance from Tomtop in tracking it down but they just ignored my mails. Basically my advice is don't use Tomtop if you live in South Africa.
The XK X300F drone took for ever to arrive. 2 props came off first lift off. The camera and monitor never worked, upon further inspection it's not even the xk monitor. The reviews below warn about sending it back they will keep your drone and you"ll never hear back from them. This is common practice from these crooks. BOYCOTT TOPTOM

It's now been more than a year and a half since I ordered an expensive quadcopter that didn't work and entered into a fruitless and frustrating discussion loop with the useless TomTop support. I'm writing this update to say they've done absolutely nothing to correct their error. Although I've purchased many quadcopter parts and batteries since, I've never made another purchase at TomTop.com after the ordeal of this consumer nightmare.
Almost four months after my review TomTop posted a comment, asking me to send my email and order number so they can resolve "the" issue (one of several, I guess). I did so immediately - two weeks ago - and have yet to hear anything back at all. Their comment was clearly intended to make it look like the company at least tries to find solutions for its customers, with no intent to actually resolve anything. Stay as far away as you can!
FYI: TOMTOP is now paying users to post positive ratings on TrustPilot.com, SiteJabber.com, and ResellerRatings.com.
I bought a quadcopter from TOMTOP and waited a month for its arrival only to find it was missing a crucial part - the receiver. Every image in the product listing shows the receiver and the description says "all you need is a transmitter and goggles". I sent the product images from tomtop.com to their support email and stepped into a nightmare.
I've now been in contact with TOMTOP support for two months. They refuse to send the missing part, rotating between excuses like "the receiver is your cell phone" (no... a cell phone is way too big for a quadcopter to carry), "we aren't going to send you a remote controller" (I already have one. It goes with the receiver you neglected to send.), and insults to my intelligence. The email chain shows that it takes a minimum of 4 days after sending a message to get any response at all. They're clearly not going to send the part I've already paid for.
The quadcopter itself is a piece of crap. The camera came pre-scratched (for my convenience, I guess?) and one of the motors had a bad bearing. I bought a far better camera for $25.
I still continue my battle with TOMTOP, but won't be sending any more money to them in exchange for garbage products.
I'm very dissapointed with the service of TomTop. Ordered this charger and after unboxing the charger didn't work. After weeks of emailing and eventually returning the charger TomTop offered me a partly refund of USD 135 because they say the charger already has been used. Also they refuse to pay the shipping fee for returning the broken charger.
This was my first experience with TomTop and it is very dissapointing!

I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
