I bought an 3 scooters and payed 1379$ because there website says that item is in stock and shipment takes 3-5 business days. Also in order I added a comment that I buy it only if its in stock. After 2 days of waiting they didn't provide me any track number and I contacted there customer service. They said me that its out of stock and offered me two options: to get refund or to wait when it will be avaliable. Last 3 days each day I am sending them letter that I don't want to wait and want to get a refund. And they ignor my desire to get a refund and all the time just replying that they will send it when it will be avaliable.
Now I opened a disput in paypal and have to wait a month to get moneyback.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. They are a scam company and all of their items are fake.
Literally bought my nephew "Pokémon cards" if that's what you can even call them. They were as fake as they could be. Pretty much printed on their own paper from a printer that we would get at a thrift store.
Thin, the box said forbidden light and it was anything but forbidden light, the cards were blurry and the printing was incorrect, the packaging said 10 cards per booster and it was 8 fake cards. All in all just a horrible company and speak the worst broken English. Save yourself the trouble. Luckily it was only a waste of $30

I paid for an item I never received even after 5 months. They wouldn't refund me either. Don't use it ordering from south Africa.
I bought an RC car from them thru their ebay store. They emailed me saying there was a "quality issue" and they wanted me to ask for a refund and would let me know when the issue was fixed and to buy it again. I looked at the listing and saw that they raised the price of it by $9. I called them out on the price change and asked if there was "quality issues" then why is the listing still up? They kept sending me emails in broken english making up excuses as to why I needed to ask for a refund. I said I wanted the car and wouldn't back down. They marked it as shipped with no tracking number. The shipping day came and went and I didn't receive it. They admitted to the original ad being wrong and it was someone else's fault for that. I opened a case with Ebay and they said in the resolution case that it was lost in the mail, however they emailed me again saying they couldn't mail me it due to the "quality issue." So it appears they never mailed it and they definitely lied. Don't buy from these crooks!

Il drone mi arriva con due confezioni originali già aperte, il nastro adesivo originale con la scritta xiaomi è stato tagliato e sopra è stato applicato un nastro adesivo normale, questo sulla scatola marrone esterna, sulla scatola bianca interna il nastro adesivo è stato semplicemente tagliato. Io sono sicuro che ho ricevuto il drone rifiutato da un altro cliente e che al momento dell'ordine non era ancora tornato in magazzino. Evitate di fare acquisti su tomtop perché non solo mi è successo questo ma quando ho protestato per aver ricevuto un articolo che non potevo regalare perché era usato mi hanno semplicemente chiesto delle foto e poi mi hanno risposto che per loro era tutto ok senza nemmeno ipotizzare una sostituzione o un rimborso.

TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
