Ordered products after 2 weeks of "awaiting dispatch" I sent an inquiry email to see when this might be shipping out! Amazingly I received a tracking number the next business day?!? That was 7 days ago and there is still no tracking info on the package other than the label was created! Now they have stopped responding to any email correspondence!

I reached out and they at first argued with me about the mask being broken before shipping and then finally offered me $6 refund, the mask was 21.99 plus shipping, told them to keep the $6 since they obviously need it more than me. I have dealt with TomTop three times. The first two times were on their ebay store/auctions. That is the best way because of ebays buyer protection which I have had to use many times.
The third time, I had to deal with their customer service after buying an item from their website. After many emails and never getting a result, I fixed the item myself.
Item is supposed to have a warranty, so it broke after a couple months. They asked me to get a quote from a repair shop (item costs $70, repair shop wanted almost $50) so I got back to TomTop and they offered me $10. Several more emails and No $10, no warranty, they just leave you hanging and drag things out as long as they can.
The last item ever bought from them was a Laser engraving machine. The first email, the USB cord would not communicate with it and was not a normal one. Never recieved a replacement cord. Couple months later, the usb port falls off the circuit board.

I would strongly advise to stay well clear of this company. I ordered 10 garden lights. Only part of the order was sent and I was offered similar lights to complete the order - I accepted this and then was told that they couldn't fulfil that either so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
The lights then turned up damaged and rusty and after several fruitless emails with Tomtop asking for a refund and how to return the unwanted items, I involved my bank's dispute department. After many weeks Tomtop eventually agreed to refund if I returned the goods to them - postage to Hong Kong at my own expense!
I did actually receive most of the money back after 3 months, but would highly recommend that customers avoid this company as you get what you pay for and the customer service is extremely poor.

I have made an review on TomTop about a phone that I had bought there. The phone's camera died after 3 months and for almost one month and a half I was trying to get it fixed.
During this back and forward writing TomTop finally gave me two options.
1. Return the phone. This option would cost me 1/4 of the purchase price of the phone.
2. They would refund a partial amount of the repair costs if I would repair the phone myself.
Both bad options, why would I have to pay so much for a faulty phone after 3 months of use. However. Last week they offered me a refund. Since I am done trying to tell them that they should provide more service for there customers, I agreed to accept the refund.
But here it comes. The service representative is not responding anymore to my messages. So hereby I am still sitting with a faulty phone, no refund, no service. In other words, no more TomTop for me. Never ever again. Please consider carefully before you buy there. All they want is your money and that's it.

I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
