I'm shocked of the work of the Tomtop customer service. I found electric scooter Xiaomi M365 Black for 380 euro on there website. I tried to rder it, but on the checkout price was 490euro. I contacted to there customer service and explained the problem. There reply was " Because the German warehouse is out of stock, the Chinese warehouse is more expensive. Because there is freight at the customs."
I answered that acording to there website information is different and there are avelliable 20 items. After that I tried white color and price wwas 380euro. So I bought the device in white. But after that I tried to order a black one again! And the price was 380 euro as well! I asked the same person from chat to change the order or if its impossible just to cancell it. After that I stayed online in chat 1 hour! Waiting for the reply, and getting automatical messages about staing on the line! After 1 hour cjat was ended from there site without any answers and resolutions!
Worst customer support I ever experienced! Don't recommend to dela with them!
If there acting like that with the people who just payed money, I can only immagine what they will do after!
AVOID! DONT DEAL WITH THEM!
