Ordered a $300 drone from these guys and it malfunctioned a few weeks later. They told me to ship it to them. They tested it and quoted me $188.15 for the repairs even though well in warranty period. Fine, I saved up all summer for it and had no choice. Paid them the 188 bucks and waited for update to ticket which is pretty detailed as to the status of the item. Last update said payme received. Many unanswered messages and months later here I sit with no drone. Finally got in contact with them months later. After asking for every last number they could think of and me providing them, they tell me that they can't find anything. I got upset so they then tell me they shipped it back. False! I ask them to provide me the shipping number and the address they sent it to and the kid (ezreal) tells me he was talking about email addresses and not my home address in an effort to cover his lie that it was already shipped. They have ignored me ever since. They stole $500 dollars from me. The drone and its repair cost and still ignore me obviously refusing to refund my money or replace the drone. I've got screenshots to back everything up including the lie from ezreal. This is the last company I would recommend. Now I'm left with a transmitter and charger still boxed up to remind me just how bad of an experience I've had along with the countless hours of my time ive wasted trying to get tomtop to work with me.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
