Avoid using this company

Avoid using this company. They start by pretending that delivery is quick. You order and then it's 15 days. You chase and then it's 15-30 days. I'm not at 32 days and apparently it could be another 15 days. They take the money when you order though not when delivered, so what do they care.
They just told me that the delivery is very busy and so it can take time... like it's one bloke on a bicycle!

Find another company - don't buy for this lot!

Purchased a battery charger for some lithium ultra fire batteries. It will not work as it doesn't have a US based plug on it. Round prongs, presumably for Chinese electrical outlets. Impossible to get in touch with customer service as they want a photo of whatever you purchased or received. Guess what - not everybody has a digital camera and the time to take photos and upload.
You can't just send them a simple comment.
Learned my lesson, I will not purchase from them again.

Ordered a GPS for holiday at the start of August, 8 weeks later item has not been delivered and Tmart refuse a refund. They claim non delivery because they don't know the local postage system. Rediculous.

I ordered a monitor and the tracking number they sent me was not a legitimate tracking number. Glad I paid with paypal. After 29 days of waiting for the merchandise or an updated shipping record, I have cancelled my order and submitted a fraud report. Very shady. Please note the poor grammar and spelling on the positive reviews. It's laughable. The "buyer" from "South Africa" doesn't know how to spell it. Hmmmm.

Tmart offers a huge range of goods, from electronics and laptop computers to false eyelashes(!) If you're into tattooing there is an amazing range of tools I never knew existed, and don't get me started on nail art! Household and sports items, automotive and toys, even lockpicking tools. If you've never visited Tmart it is worth browsing through its site. If you can't find anything that interests or surprises you I will be astonished.

Ordered an item, a week after the price went down, and they won't refund the difference. Customer service does not care, nor does the company. Shipping was not too bad but you do not know when to hit order, as the price keeps changing, and if you order at a wrong time, then you are out of luck because they would not refund you the difference. Clogs your email too with too many promotional emails.

In order for a site to sell vintage items in this case pottery the person describing the item must not leave out important facts... that are important to buyers... then to debate a customer service agent. Is not only unprofessional it results in lost customers. I will stick to ebay where they back up both the buyer and seller. Right now EBTHIS an amateur...

After being disapointed with the service from another seller, Tmart came to my rescue! They were quick, efficient, honest and the products were exactly as stated on their website. Only downside is when they offer free gifts on larger orders, ensure that they put some value on this gift, or customs will waste days trying to put a price on it to charge duty!

I have not been able to get through to customer service. Online seems like the only way and I sit and wait for 45 minutes... then I get kicked out of the chat. I purchased a black Friday camera special that they ran and paid in full. I never got anything. No email. No tracking number. Since they sometimes read this... tmart... email me... *******@hotmail. Com... I would post phone number... but too many crazy ppl.

October 5 I received the device from a company called Tmart who sells very inexpensive products. BH160 is a wireless Bluetooth headset price only 9.99 $ with no extra shipping charges worldwide. The packaging looks nice and there is no problem in the delivered product.

Ordered and paid 3 weeks ago, they still have not shipped and its just 2 computer mice!
Run, don 't walk away from this site. All their good reviews on their site are likely self generated.
Never seen a site this bad for delay in shipping without a notice if its backordered, no communication on the delay what so ever!

Feel down. Ordered something from http://www.tmart.co.uk/ and it never arrived. Then was told patiently to wait as it can take up to 45 days. Ok waited this long and now they are saying I have to chase things up with the post office and get proof that I didn't receive it. Contacted royal mail and they told me the correct amount of shipping wasn't paid and I will have to pay this to to get the item. Even though the item was advertised as "Free shipping". Dont know how much this is going to be as my Post Office is closed until tomorrow. I will never buy off a country based abroad ever again because when something like this happens your basically f*****

I bought a watch to measure my heart rate at sports. It come to the rate of 25BPM which is not accurate. I contacted the service through their portal for a exchange or refund but no answer. A month later i got an email that the problem is resolved. There is no phone I can reach them, submitted the same request again and there is no any other response afterwards. Don't buy anything on this website. You won't feel happy about product and service.

I ordered an inexpensive item about two months ago. The cost came off of my credit card immediately. After three weeks I notified them I hadn't received it. They told me to wait for 45 days because it was coming from Asia. It is now about 60 days and I con't hear from them when I write them. Big rip-off.

Update: I finally went on their live chat when I didn't get an email reply. It took her about five minutes to find my file but she did come up with it. Since I didn't want to wait another 45 days, I asked for a refund. It was credited to my account within a couple of days. So, in my experience, they are not scammers -- just inefficient at times. Next time I will get a tracking number.

I bought an action camera with 24 hr shipping guarantee on June 3.
I got an email the day after that they had shipped it and a tracking number.

It usually takes about 4 weeks for China orders to be delivered to my country. So I contacted them yesterday July 27 wondering where it was as I could not find anything with the tracking code. The tracking code came up blank, and they admitted they had not shipped it.

They offered two solutions refund or reshipping. They could not give me a faster delivery option for free as a compensation for their mess. That's what you get for waiting. So in this case 24 hr shipping turned out to be 8 weeks.

I asked for a refund and I'll never do business with them again.

Customer service is awful: Sent the wrong product, but didn't allow free return or replacement with the right product. Another item ordered was never sent. Site evidently is run by Chinese, which is fine, but they barely speak or understand English in my communications.

I live in South Africa and I am dissatisfied with the purchase experience at Tmart.com. I was very doubtful at first but decided to give them a try since I knew I would be paying with Payapal. My 1st three orders I placed was in March this year never arrived. I emailed Tmart several times but never got a clear answer about my order. My question here why they charged my account before they ship my order!. I received an email from Tmart.com asking me to wait 45 more days so i will not be able to dispute the charges with paypal. I will be spreading the word about their bad service. Tmart is a scam. I do not recommend

I will continue to hate this sham of a company for as long as i live. Selling lethal prtoducts that can burn your home down and they put on the act that they cannot understand what you are saying to them. There are way better companies out there that sell the same products and they actually care!

Do not be fooled by the weak cut and paste response the posts have received. You will not get help in any way! I lost a lightbulb, a lamp, and a plug socket because of their lethal poor quality products which equates to $60 and they offer a $2 value of points! I hope this company goes out of business really soon
