Biggest SCAM and liers on this website with only faulty products stealing money! DO NOT EVER order from them!

Website seemed legit, ordered 2 products that actually came on time. It was an AUS company who took payment off our Credit card, so we'll report them to police for fraud.
Both items were sent back wit registered trackable post, now they're saying they never received it. LIARS!
Then they say they did, they'll refund in 24 hours... then obviously they do not. Ridiculous.

Live chat is ridiculous, so is their emailing system.

Stay away from them!

TMart is a scam

TMart is a scam. They use deceptive advertising and then their customer service is basically non-existent. Do not order from this company. My order took 5 weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived, the product was nothing like the picture on TMarts website.

STILL WAITING!
July 23, 2016

Ordered a couple things on June 3 for my sons birthday which was June 13. Still waiting and it's now July 23. Wrote Customer Service three times so far, site says you'll get a response in 24 hours but they never responded. Grrrrrrrr!

Takes 1-2 weeks to ship out. Takes additional 2++ months to arrive. Items shipped from China mysteriously lost in mail (last tracking shows in Beijing, but never made it out)... Some packages shipped out third party via Sweden. Customer service unresponsive (i. E don't care, no refunds!). For paypal users, do submit claims within 45 days of non arrival, or Paypal says no refunds, no assistance. Newsletters spams almost daily... Avoid the disappointment and hassle! Shop elsewhere..

Tmart is an online shopping website that caters worldwide. They have wide product offerings from electronics to even novelties. They carry alot of beauty stuff too. From bags, shoes, all kinds of makeup, and nail art tools. Seriously, if you're looking for a product, whatever that maybe, Tmart probably has it. But I was a litter disappointed with their packaging method.

Fake Batteries
October 29, 2016

I gave this review one star only because I could not give it no stars. I ordered 10 ******* lithium ion batteries that were rated at 5300 mAh, not knowing at the time that the technology currently does not support more than 3500 mAh. Thes batteries were about 1/8 the weight of a legitimate ******* cell and tested to less than 250 mAh consistently. After much argument with their customer service (Idiots) they offered me a refund. By this time I had spend so much time with these outlaws I decided a refund was not good enough. I will keep this crap as proof of there treachery and continue to flame them wherever possible. I have even tried to contact 60 minutes to run an excerpt on Chinese bandits. Don casady

Bought one tmart watch as a gift for my wife.My wife thought it was bigger based on the picture displayed. She likes the watch very much as the number are large enough to make the time easy to view.
But The watch works fine and time is accurate.it look nice.We receive it, spent about a week

China Scam!

China Scam! I Ordered 3 items one month ago, they took my money from the credit card immediately and left fake tracking! I kept checking and the account still said the same thing- "processing, review"! I've requested Cancel "ticket" of the three unshipped items & refund, still nothing refunded. They circumvent the fraud-factor by claiming to offering 'full refund', "free shipping" but nothing shipped & no refund still!
Please STAY AWAY! Now I'm making a claim with my Visa!
If you experience a problem, fight it no matter how small the amount of money you have lost! Sadly, yet another reason not to deal with a company in China!

It's of interest to note that, yes, the positive reviews consistently have poor grammar. I even saw two separate reviews, from 'different' names, with exactly the same text (word for word). I ordered a tablet (WM8880) from them in December. At first they said it would be only 4-7 days for delivery. After several emails, I finally received my product in mid-February. The tablet was very slow, and only got slower over time. After 6 weeks, the charging dock barely worked. Now it won't charge at all. It's a paperweight. Terrible customer service. Shipping took 7 weeks. Product didn't last two months. DO NOT buy ANYTHING from them. They totally suck!

About 2 month ago I got a torch with 2 defective batteries and requested to resend me 2 new serviceable ones instead.
The Tmart staff have been leading me by the nose for more than a month, inventing all sorts of strange reasons, up to the obvious lie that they do not send batteries to customers allegedly because of Prohibition of the Airmail Service, while the site promoted them (the same as it does today), and when I proved it, its representatives themselves confirmed it in the online chat, thus admitting their fraud.
This is my first order on this site, which was unsuccessful...
It is obvious that they absolutely do not appreciate their prestige.
I am very disappointed, and I cant recommend Tmart to anyone!

Spending much time on searching a fitable headset for my phone, cause have a bad experience before, quite a quiet sound make me so upset. Then also want to find a better one again. For those interested in repairing your own Iphone:

These folks are a total waste of time, very quick to get your money but the product descriptions are all bad.
IE: digitizer screen combo that sells for 13.00 is only glass screen.

Now trying to return and now have 6 different responses from what appears to be robot, and all tho I reply withe answers they request including photos they requested, all I get is another BS email from another rep wanting the same info.
A huge loop and they frustrate you so bad that you just give up.

Total loosers do not use.

I've received products in great condition and some not so great. For ex, i ordered wireless bluetooth earphones... worked good for one week, (left side went out). Then ordered laptop cord, but they sent the wrong item. Instead of returning cord and waiting 6 months. Lol... i fixed/modified it myself. Overall. 3star

Liam Delayed delivery. Duties not included in price. Shipping is sold as 'free' but you pay duties on delivery which are not mentioned. Customer service is the worst I've experienced - which is saying something. Avoid at all costs! There is no way to track an item. Deliveries from Asia to the United Staes should not take more than six weeks. Read the reviews, folks! Don't deal with this company!

Placed an order. Posted as Processing for more than 10 days. No one would answer what "Processing" meant. On a shelt, in a box, being shipped, being manufactured? Since I paid with PayPal, I filed my complaint thru PayPal. This did get me an immediate refund, but apparently TMart never had one or both of my two items in stock, and never felt the need to communicate.
To many vendors with two or three day turn-around times to put up with a crap company like this.

Ordered on cyber monday and didn't the first part of my order until a couple of days before christmas and the other half still has not arrived. It's being shipped from China. No where was that ever mentioned in my order process. Bougth an inexpensive table and do not like. Contacting customer service is horrible. Live chat is not live. Will never deal with them again

Need a case asap for my doogee phone. Saw it on what seemed to be an American website... but after a week it hasn't even been despatched and its coming by snail mail from Hong Kong! When I complained on the chat page they turned me off!

UPDATE - the case I ordered in blue looked substantial - when it FINALLY arrived it was so thin and cardboard looking. I could not believe it. Save yourself the hassle and make one out of cardboard and blue paint.It will be less laughable!
