In order for a site to sell vintage items in this case pottery the person describing the item must not leave out important facts... that are important to buyers... then to debate a customer service agent. Is not only unprofessional it results in lost customers. I will stick to ebay where they back up both the buyer and seller. Right now EBTHIS an amateur...
