I always find great merchandise with affordable prices. I've always enjoyed shopping here and especially now since they have chosen to boycott Ivanka Trump's line. My hat goes off to TJ Maxx and other stores alike who are willing to get "political" and stand up for basic human rights. Especially when they are still willing to do so with a big possibility of them losing out on money. My entire family and coworkers alike are giving our loyalty and business to the entire TJ Maxx stores and affiliates.
A huge shout out to Doris &Dyanne! They gave excellent customer service at the Beverly Hills location. They took their time and explained the difference in the metals used in various jewelry. Needless to say we bought it all! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!
The store is good, just check all things, sometimes they are broken, ripped, damaged.
Don't use store credit cards, or gift cards. TJ max does not protect consumers. I had 770 dollars on my store credit card, next time I came to the store, it was 0 on the card. I live in NY, somebody in Georgia used up my card, and customer service said they are not going to return my money, because it is not credit card. I used this card only 1 time and only at register it was seen by a sale person. Go and figure who could use my card number.
Bought jewelry in TJ MAXX. It's constantly breaks down. I paid for my chain $179.00, after 1 month it broke and pay $60.00 for repair. After two weeks more it broke again inna different place. I decided to return it but couldn't because of 30 days policy. Never buy jewelry there, it's very poor quality, it's waste of money.
I made a purchase at a TJ Maxx of some candies, but they tasted aweful! I tried to return them and was refused! I phoned the customer service number on their web site and was extremely pleased with the response! I was phoned later in the day by that particular store manager who told me to please come in with my return, apologized profusely for the error made by one of her employees, and would like to not only process the return but give me a free gift as well! Finally, a company that takes customer service seriously! Thank you TJ Maxx!
I love going to T. J. Maxx just to wander around. They are always getting in new and exciting products, especially the designer label clothing. I never fail to leave with an item or two I just couldn't pass up.
Customer is good, returns are accepted with no problems.
Recently, I called our local TJ Maxx to see if they had any spring/summer wreaths in stock. I was lucky to speak with a customer service rep AMARINE. She had excellent customer service skills, as well as a great telephone voice. She was very helpful and in fact, put a wreath on hold for me and this is a customer service rep. They should not lose. She's very well trained. Please share this review with her manager as well as the rep herself.
Completely misleading and dishonest! - All three dresses received are nothing like the ones ordered. Fabric is totally different, cheap rubbish fabric. Front bodice was sewn at the back of the dress! Unbelievable! Sizes were totally incorrect. Ordered a long dress, they sent a short one, ordered a long sleeve, they sent sleeveless. After sending emails and explaining, they only agreed on 50% refund, which we haven't received yet! DO NOT ORDER FROM NINECOLOURS!
I recently ordered several items online. A copper tea kettle arrived scratched. It was poorly packed. A suede file storage arrived with a gash and a wood storage table arrived with the top mangled. When I called they asked to send an email. I sent the email. They reply back with a form email asking me to put the items back in the box and ship to them. I don't appreciate a store asking me to fix their mistakes. I ordered online for my convenience, not theirs. I asked for a discount for two of the items and they said they don't give discounts on damaged items, that I could take them or leave them. I very strongly advise you not to order from TJ Maxx. The quality of the products is poor and the customer service in worse.

Seen them advertisement on Facebook sounded and looked good clicked on pay no email on confirmation I messaged them and the reply was get the transaction and tracking number but were never sent to me after constant messaging and a screenshot of payment and there saying not them

If you don't like something, you can take it back to your local store. What a nightmare I had when I did. The store staff didn't have a clue what they were doing... That's not the website's fault though!
I have been a loyal TJ Max client over 30 years. I have given them thousands of dollars of business. Just the last few years I have noticed the quality of items at TJ Max has gone down significantly. I have returned more in the last year than I have ever had to I stopped shopping there due to very bad product quality, as well they do not appreciate customers returning merchandise. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with customer service has been unsatisfactory as well.
I think its great that you can now shop tj maxx online but they don't give you access to all of their departments. I went on to order my baby some clothing and hopefully some toys but there wasn't a kids section I was pretty disappointed especially since its been a few years since they started the online ordering I figured they Would have that set up by now.
I have attempted to order shoes on two different occasions, and each time I pay, get a confirmation email, and then a couple of days later, a cancellation email. No clear explanation was given on either order. I will not be ordering again. Too confusing and misleading.

I have purchased many things over the years from a cashmere fur trimmed scarf to salt and pepper shakers and have never been disappointed.
They sent me a bogus tracking number on a very expensive piece of gold jewelry and when I called to inquire about my purchase and an updated tracking number they sent me the same tracking number... on two other items I purchased I got a valid tracking number and it shows label created 5 days after I submitted the order and yet it has not left the facility I honestly don't think any of my things are going to come. And like a lot of other people I'm uninterested in my items now.
I shopped TJ Max in Green Bay, WI many times over the years. I never had a negative experience in the store until today when the clerk refused to give me cash back for an item I needed to return. I explained the situation 3 times to 3 clerks. I had purchased the return item using my new temporary TJ Max card. The plastic card has still not arrived by mail. I gave them the receipt I had from when I signed up for the card; they could get the info they needed from it. But they didn't. They refused to give me a cash refund. I will NEVER shop at TJ Max or Home Goods again. What happened to genuine customer service?!
Don't order stuff online here. It was my first time and the shirt didn't fit, and even though it was returned on time with a receipt - they only give back freaking merchandise credit. They box you in to only shopping at tjmax, hate this policy so much! It's so inconvenient and unnecessary in this day, I had my receipt and just like every other store, I should get my money back to my card
15 minutes before closing I called to ask about hiring knowing I only wanted to ask a few questions so my daugther can apply. I was only able to ask two questions before the Manager says "we are in the process of closing" like she did not even care and was interested that someone is interested to apply. I was like wait! I still have another question. The manager cared more about closing than someone trying to apply for a job. A company like this type of management I wonder how they talk to their employees. I would never recommend anyone to work at T. J. Maxx if they can careless. I would actually rate this store a zero but I had to put a star on to submit.
I shop online and also visit the shops. I find that this company is very good. Returns are taken without question. The goods are excellent at a fair price. I must admit that I find that some of the clothing sizing is way out i. E. smaller than stated. Delivery is very good. Also the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Answer: This site takes a lot longer to ship than normal sites. I do not know why they are slow. There's a chance they could also cancel your order because their inventory status is not usually up to date.
