I ordered from tjmaxx a week ago why is my stuff still not shipped?

Answer:

In terms of shipping and fulfillment, TJmaxx is the worst store compare to any other stores I shopped from. It usually ships after more than a week. And if you want to return it by mailing back, you will need to wait even more time. It took 28 days or more to get back to my credit card from the time I sent it back. Agree with the other reviewer, they cancel order pretty often without even letting you know.

It's probably in the process of being cancelled. Tjmaxx online sucks

Are the cothes true to size or do they tend to run bigger/smaller? looking at a dress for graduation and i just want to be sure i'm getting the right size

Answer:

It seems they run true to size. I haven't had any difficulty but don't know about others.
