I've been buying at Macy's, both in Nashville as well as in New York.

I've had good experiences, great sales, and many choices. The only reason that I haven't been in over a year is that I am 81 and barely able to walk. For those who are still spry, give it a try.

When I compare one cruiseship to another, I saw Carnevail is like K Mart; Royal Caribbean, Holland American and Norwegian are like Macy's and Crystal is like Nordstrom.

That should give you a picture.

More departments which no clerk seems to know how to find... if you can find a clerk.

They have people to show you a shopping cart which you could find anyway,,, ought to teach them how to direct customers.

Prices are pretty good. Service is o. K. but beware of the people they hire to come and install or do whatever you are needing.

Service is good if you can manage their difficult web page.

I have never ordered online but go to the T. J. Maxx store in several places in Nashville and now Mt. Juliet, TN.

I have purchased many things over the years from a cashmere fur trimmed scarf to salt and pepper shakers and have never been disappointed.

I am so glad I read these reviews of this company. I had called twice and was told (online) that my call would be returned but they have never been.

I had filled out my order but couldn't find the coupon number to get my discount and needed to know how to do it.

I just decide they have more business than they can cope with and I am giving up on this.
