Issue: I'll make this as simple as possible. We ordered 2 UPS in 2 different orders on 04-06-2022 that showed as "In Stock."
We were given a delivery date in April around the 15th. Order did not come. Contacted cs by phone.
New delivery date on 05-29-2022. Order did not come. Contacted cs by phone - given new delivery date - I asked if this date was absolute and ironclad - they assured me it was.
New delivery date on 06-10-2022. Today is the 10th. I called support and asked them if this order is still going to arrive today - our clients who have been waiting for over 2 months. They said no. New date, the 14th. I said give me a manager. They said they'll call you back. I said no, I'll hold... 1 hour and 20 minutes, nothing. Still no call from a manager.
This is the worst customer service and the worst management of a company of this scale I have seen. We will never do business with TD again. I requested a refund for my client. I have no expectation they will actually do it. They have openly lied each step of this process. I have no faith in this company and I hope this dissuades others from ever doing business here again.
Purchased a ASUS ROG Rapture AXE******* router from these people. Had router for a week and decided to return it. WORST RETURN EXPERIENCE EVER! I sent the $526.00 router back to them, packing it in bubble wrap to ensure safe travel back to them so they could not have any excuse to issue my refund. They received the item back at their warehouse on 5/18/22. Today is 6/4/22 and I am still waiting on my refund from these clowns! Have sent numerous emails to these clowns with ZERO response back! Every time I call customer service, I am routed to someone in a foreign country and it is very hard to understand them! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company regarding this matter. They immediately issued me a full credit (thanks Apple Card) while the dispute is in process. As I was writing this review, I had a notification pop up on my phone from my Apple Card saying that Tiger Direct Business had issued me a refund of $418.00? Uhhhhh I originally paid $526.00 so why I am being shorted over a $100? THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! Buyer Beware is all I have to say! You have been warned!
I purchased a WD Wireless Pro from them because they were the only online store showing it in stock. Then I received a notice it was on back order. It finally shipped and I received it mid-April. It was dead out of the box. I let them know and dealt with WD directly and it was confirmed to be defective. I told TigerDirect and said I wanted a refund. They requested the email chain with WD which I provided within 24 hours. Then they stopped responding. I filed a complaint with PayPal where they waited until the last moment to respond and finally agreed to let me return it. Tracking shows they received it yesterday so hopefully next week (6 weeks after receiving a defective product) I should get my refund.

They want 15% restocking fee to return an item I purchased a week ago plus I pay for shipping. I never saw this published anywhere on their site. Although I'm unhappy to pay this I said ok, lets get this going. Customer support keeps saying they have to get this approved that I will hear back in 24 hours, that was five days ago. TigerDirect is a BOBO company, spend a few dollars more and have piece of mind, I got cheap and this is what you get. Stay away... please!
I have been doing business with Tiger Direct, on and off, since 2008. All of my interactions with them have been positive. They offer a lot of computer-related products at reasonable prices. Honestly, not as good of deals like Amazon or Newegg, but still pretty good. They have sales and promotions running all the time, so you might find a nice deal on something you are looking for or maybe even make some impulse buys. The website is modern and laid out very well. Navigation and page loading speeds are both excellent. You can sign up for their newsletter to stay informed on all of their deals and promotions. For the most part, their shipping costs are reasonable and the time it takes to get your items is pretty quick. On the customer service side, I have had a great experiences in the few times or so that I have had to contact them about a problem or inquiry. They helped me out in a very satisfactory manner. Whether you are a casual or hardcore PC builder/enthusiast, Tiger Direct is a good option to satisfy your computing needs.
While the prices are great, I can't comment on the product quality as I haven't received it yet. Lost by the shipper. But when I called to check on this, that's when things went south. The first call ended abruptly when I expressed my displeasure at them not using the carrier I requested (I was firm, not yelling), they hung up on me. Second call ended when I asked to speak to a manager. Third call ended when I asked to speak to someone who spoke English as a native language. 4th call was dropped after they connected me to FedEx. They should have at least stayed on the line to verify that the package was being found. I have to say, I will NEVER but another item from Tiger Direct.
Don't bother ordering anything from them, they will scam you. They also do not allow reviews when u order online. Indian scammers who will rip you off if u let them. I already wrote what happened to me twice by this lousy business. 0 stars if possible.
Ordered a Logitech BRIO 4K Pro camera from TigerDirect, which stopped working after just 9 months. It was never dropped or damaged in any way, it just simply stopped coming on. When I contacted TigerDirect about the issue they just emailed me back saying they only had a 30-day return policy, and I was out of luck.
After reading a number of these reviews, I now suspect I got a refurbished item that wasn't labeled as such. I don't advise anyone to order from this company and will obviously never be doing so either. If I had just bought directly from the manufacturer I would have had a warranty for this.

On 10/9/2021 I ordered a refurbished laptop from tiger direct. I received the item in a box that had no signs of damage whatsoever. The laptop was wrapped in cellophane and the bezel on the monitor half of the laptop was coming apart and there was a giant bubble where the headphone jack was. I e-mailed them on 10/13/2021 and stated the issues. On 10/14/2021 they requested photos which I provided on the same day I took photos of the shipping box and the damaged laptop. After arguing for the price of the restocking fee which they finally waved I agreed to a product exchange that they said would take 5-7 business days for a return label which I thought was excessive but agreed to. It is now 11/1/2021 and still no label (11 business days). I have emailed them to remind them after 6 business days and told them to forget the exchange and just get me a refund with label. Still nothing. I have been more than patient and I don't understand why I am being treated this way.
It was stated an item was in stock. I called to verify. Placed the order for two items. Items weren't shipped. I called to see what was happening. Oh, it's out of stock. It will be back in stock in September even though the site said it was in stock and so did the support person on the phone. Nope, never in stock. They actually called me up to tell me it would be in stock, yet they never shipped. Then, a month later while I wait for this. They cancel my order and send me an update of a cancellation by them without an explanation so it kind of looks like I canceled when they obviously did.

I have ordered refurbished PC from this agency. Computer works good, but was missing Wi-Fi adapter. Emailed customer service, took them 2 days to respond. To make long story short, I never got my Wi-Fi adapter. Would not buy from them again!
Purchased 3 laptops for my business on Thursday, paid for expedited 2-Day Air shipping. Checked the order the following Tuesday and the hadn't even processed my payment. I spoke with Christopher, operator #7102 and he doesn't get customer service... at all. I tried to have them sent next day air and he kept re-explaining my problem without apology or solution. After I requested to speak with a supervisor, he placed on a permanent hold. Likely the first and last time I will be buying from them.
Order a 135KVA UPS. It was shipped with only stirofoam pieces holding the item. The box was too big for the item. No extra packaging to protect it from damage. It split the UPS in half. I emailed back to TigerDirect about additional packaging because the box was ripped apart. As heavy as it is, it should have been package a lot better, just as if it was brand new. No response. I had to provide pictures of the damage. Its day nine of 4-10 days, no reply about the return packaging issue. Returns take way too long. I am paying interest on that money. New Egg and Amazon does pretty good when they shipped my other UPS's.
Ordered a computer and monitor. Monitor arrived and I got an email saying that I left the computer behind and to order again. I did and was sent two and they want me to pay return shipping when it was clearly there mistake. Never again, I don't care what price they offer.
This company is a scam. They never truly have stock of the item ordered. Instead they steal your money while processing the refund. No customer service. I see why amazon and Newegg has destroyed this company
I purchased the HP Microserver from the Hewlett Packard website and somehow TigerDirect became the 3rd party seller. Im 40yrs old and this has become my worst buying experience. I do not recommend H. P. and i recommend avoiding TigerDirect.
I was very happy with the customer service I received ordering my computer. When I placed the order it was on backorder. I when I called to check on the order I noticed that the price had dropped. The representative was able to cancel my previous order and placed a new order at the lower price, and was still able to get the computer in a reasonable time frame. She made the transaction very easy for me, and I was very happy with the service.
