I ordered my spa on/23 with an expected delivery in 12-14 weeks (August). It is now November 11th and we just received the shipment this morning without the cover. Every time I reached out, it's another excuse. They finally had the tub ready and came up to a cover back order which delayed the shipment even more. 6 months later the tub finally arrived without the cover. The customer service employees were nice but didn't actually accomplish anything, just blamed everything on their third party manufacturer and shipping. Hoping the tub works, would buy again just FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY! 1
