We Ordered tickets the morning of the Venue at 5AM. We waited 3 hours and the tickets never showed up. We started calling and the nightmare really began. We got the tickets but it was the last second before the game started. I will never do that again with this company.
Thieves. Crooks. I have contracts stating refunds are given. They would not refund
They offered 120% Then changed it back And just said sorry. We changed our mind.

I have never used this seller before, but I am a Celtic Thunder fan, so I went for it. I have received two e-mails, indicating the seller has the ticket to the December 17,2021 Celtic Thunder concert; that I will receive my ticket two days prior to the concert. The only problem I initially had was not being able to print the e-mails I received from TicketsoOnSale. I was very skeptical about that feature; it really worried me; I did find another way to print the e-mails. I also was able to alternatively print the e-mail from Allianz Global Alliance, the concert protection insurance company. I see the option below to add photos or proof of purchase (optional). I would ro that, but I have absolutely no knowledge how to do so; I am really technologically challenged!
All the tickets featured on their website are on average 5 times the list price, even when the shows are nowhere near sold out. I won't even get into how horrible (nonexistent) the customer service is, but I'm convinced the tickets they're selling on their website for the RIDICULOUS PRICES are bots from Ticketonsale themselves. They buy tickets from every show and jack up the price ten fold and hope that some people fall for the scam.

Never received my tickets and was on hold with them for 40 minutes while they tried to find them. They refused to give me a refund of $160 since I did not receive the tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Almost impossible to get a hold of a live customer service agent. Will not refund my tickets to a concert that was rescheduled for over a year after original date and we can now not attend. They are in essence stealing my money.
This company is sketchy and a pain to deal with. Wish I had never heard of them. Refunds from cancellation is a nightmare to deal with. They want to take your $ but don't want to refund. Worthless company
Bought three tickets and the insurance for the tickets through them and it cost near 600.00 dollars now the event has been canceled and they will not give me a refund only a store credit which I can not use also the insurance we bought refuses to pay up horrible company's would not recommend

I got the expected response. I brought 6 tickets for a birthday gift for my family who came in town but because of COVID. The kiss concert got cancelled. They will not refund my money because of COVID. Plus my family will not be here next year for the concert. So I'm out of the money and again the company won't refund. Plus the concert is rescheduled for next year. I know my family will not be here so at least they could do something about the 4 tickets but no it's a Covid issue.
Your company fracking sucks. Thanks for treating your customers like $#*! and telling them to recoup their money by reselling them. Great, stupid idea but that is not my responsibility. Thank you for stealing my money and frack this company. I will be telling everyone i know and my friends online and tell them to go somewhere else to get tickets. Plus I will always tell it like it is. Your company is a thieving piece of $#*!.
I can't download my tickets yet but I got a confirmation that I paid for them. I hope that when I can download them that it will be easy
