When I purchased the ticket I paid for the most expensive ticket because I thought I was getting better seats. When I got the ticket it wasn't in my name and it says the ticket was only $32.80. My total was $90.58. All I have is a General Admission ticket. Very frustrating!

Deceptive Pricing

I'm very disappointed in the way tickets are priced on your site. You get all the way to the payment screen before your fees are disclosed. They are off to the side, smaller than the "enter your credit card information" that is right in front of you. So when I didn't see it until after I put my information in and the charge was approved I was very surprised at the cost. I immediately reached out to your company with no help to cancel. Was told too bad, it was disclosed, our company doesn't work that way.

Never helpful, handled COVID issues related to ticket purchases HORRIBLY, had difficulty evening finding my order. Will NEVER use this service again, save your money and buy somewhere else cheaper with much better customer service. If something goes wrong, don't think they will work with you. So disappointed and in a time when things are difficult for everyone it has been frustrating trying to get information and assistance from them about my tickets/concert.

Did Not Receive Tickets
February 4, 2021

I ordered tickets, received no notice of any error. When I didn't receive the emailed tickets with in 10 minutes, I called... I was not contacted as their website states they would do if there was an error. I was then informed that the email was invalid and undeliverable. She said I could give her a different email and they would just have the seller transfer the tickets to the new email. So that is what I did. I waited a bit longer, still no email. I called back. The lady stated that it would take just a bit to get the transfer completed but assured me it would be done with no problem and to just keep checking my email. 3 hours later, no tickets. I called again, and was told, again, to keep checking the email and they were still trying to work with the seller. At no time through this did ANYONE contact me, send me any emails of any kind. Not the seller or the ticket site. The event was that night and started at 7 pm. 7pm came and still no tickets. I did a live chat and was on "hold" for about 20 minutes before being told that the seller was "unable to transfer the tickets to the correct email address we provided". I was told that "the tickets were transferred to the first email that was invalid". That is not possible because when an email is invalid, any message sent to it will immediately bounce back with an "undeliverable" message, so nothing that is attached or sent in that message will be "received" by anyone. Therefore it is my belief that this company is fraudulent and I was a victim of a scam. Also, as noted before, neither the seller or the ticket company sent any notification of any kind to the correct email address provided, nor did they call the valid phone number I provided for them... which they state in their "terms" they will do. So we never received tickets, but have had the money taken, STOLEN, from our credit card. Highly recommend using a reputable ticket purchasing site and staying away from this 3rd party scam site. We have filed a dispute against the charges with our credit card company to try to get our money back. We did not receive the tickets or ANY correspondence from this company, therefore we should not have been charged for them.

I had Rolling Stones tickets for last May. The concert was postponed and then cancelled due to Covid. No refunds and 1 year to use credit. Problem is there are very few events in LA and even in Southern California this year and who knows if the ones they advertise will even happen. I used Ticketmaster to get the tickets and never realized I was using a 3rd party vendor. Ticketmaster gave refunds to people affected by cancellations due to Covid. Not this company. They will make a lot of money off people like me. If I can use the credit I will buy cancellation insurance!

Buyer Beware This site is a complete SCAM
Ruined my experience & time
Purchased what I thought were 4 tickets to a Orlando Magic game at sec 115 for $165 each plus tax and fees came out to $883 total
Somehow after my selection it switched out the seats on me to Nose bleed $17.50 seats to section 203 as high as can get for the same $883 Total. However I got $90 seats total but charged me $883 I don't know how they can even try to Scam People and Get away with it. Please stay away from these Fraudsters. I Had to go to My Amex
To dispute to get my money back

Poor Customer Service

I bought tickets to a local concert in my hometown in February 2020. Three months later I was notified the concert was cancelled but they would give me a credit to use in one year. Great except I have to drive 3 hours away to go since they have no scheduled concerts in my hometown anymore. I called and asked for an extension of time or a refund and was told "Sorry - No". I said I would talk to my credit card company and the guy I was talking to said it won't do any good. I am out $328.76 or I have to spend that amount plus lodging and gas. I am just hoping to get a vaccination so I can travel but who knows when. By the way, you can't talk to anyone, this was all done by chat because they have too many phone calls.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I bought tickets for a Concert being held in May of this year, last year in November or December for my daughter. They state that the concert is "postponed" however it is no longer listed any longer. I was told to "resell" the tickets, for an event that is no longer an event and refused to get me to a manager or supervisor. I have been trying to get a refund since Covid caused the cancellations.

Website is a SCAM

If there was an ability to give 0 stars I would. This site is a SCAM!

I attached their refund policy below. It states "if the even is cancelled we will refund the purchase price or provide credit" I asked for credit back and they are refusing to honor this because of "government shutdowns and them only being a marketplace between sellers and consumers" so "their sellers are not going to be reimbursed".

I filed a claim with my credit card company in which TicketsOnSale responded with a threat in regards to their are willing to provide terms and conditions in which I agreed to upon purchase. My purchase was on Feb 2020 before any shutdowns and their policy stated what I mentioned above so when I purchased I agreed to the said terms and conditions before they changed it...

In addition, you can't get in contact with customer service agents through their phone number on file it just is an automated system that answers questions about the venue and how they "operate". Even with opting to chat live with them online, they only offer the same automated system. When emailing them you get a different person every time. In addition they keep saying that my money cannot be refunded.

So unless you want to waste your money or have a company that always changes their policies to make sure they don't reimburse you, DON'T GO THROUGH THEM! They're not even on any website so I think its a scam and their email is "bolivia time" so who knows where your money goes..
