I bought tickets for a Concert being held in May of this year, last year in November or December for my daughter. They state that the concert is "postponed" however it is no longer listed any longer. I was told to "resell" the tickets, for an event that is no longer an event and refused to get me to a manager or supervisor. I have been trying to get a refund since Covid caused the cancellations.
It was easy, great pricing and downloadable tickets were received in seconds. Did not take long at all!
We ordered tickets that were advertised to ship the following day. They didn't and shipped the night before the event and didn't arrive in time. Customer service was horrible. False advertising! Terrible Service! No Refund! Never again.
If there was an ability to give 0 stars I would. This site is a SCAM!
I attached their refund policy below. It states "if the even is cancelled we will refund the purchase price or provide credit" I asked for credit back and they are refusing to honor this because of "government shutdowns and them only being a marketplace between sellers and consumers" so "their sellers are not going to be reimbursed".
I filed a claim with my credit card company in which TicketsOnSale responded with a threat in regards to their are willing to provide terms and conditions in which I agreed to upon purchase. My purchase was on Feb 2020 before any shutdowns and their policy stated what I mentioned above so when I purchased I agreed to the said terms and conditions before they changed it...
In addition, you can't get in contact with customer service agents through their phone number on file it just is an automated system that answers questions about the venue and how they "operate". Even with opting to chat live with them online, they only offer the same automated system. When emailing them you get a different person every time. In addition they keep saying that my money cannot be refunded.
So unless you want to waste your money or have a company that always changes their policies to make sure they don't reimburse you, DON'T GO THROUGH THEM! They're not even on any website so I think its a scam and their email is "bolivia time" so who knows where your money goes..

I purchased tickets@ 9AM yet didn't actually receive the tickets until the next day. The tickets were a fair price and I received what was promised
My experience with them began in March 2020 with the purchase of concert tickets. The pandemic happened and everything was canceled, they decided to change their return policy and deny refunds for store credit. Every event, even new events are being canceled. I called customer service only to be told that I'll just lose my $247.00 if I can't find another event by May 2021. So they will just keep my hard earned money, I asked? Then was hung up on. I proceeded to call back and no one answered. Also every time an event is canceled they state that they will give 120% money back refund. Never happened, they make new rules when it fits for them. Keep your money, Never buy tickets from them.
The tickets on sale website is very user friendly. I used this website for more than one occasion and I have had no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend for your concert needs!
This company refused to refund a purchase despite the fact that a concert was cancelled due to the pandemic. They THEN had the audacity to provide a "coupon" aka "credit" that expires, but will not provide the expiration date AND you have to use the credit over multiple purchases. So apparently I'm to purchase SEVERAL public event tickets during covid to recoup a portion of my funds. They are NOT BBB accredited, have horrible customer service AND have disabled ALL of their social media platforms that still links from their website. HMMM... might that be because you are literally robbing people during a pandemic and promoting unsafe behavior? If you happen to think you are purchasing through ticket master like I did Im sorry you will have to go through this to get your money back. If you haven't PLEASE do not support this horrible company. There are several class action law suits in the works so please this is not just a single case.

Incredibly overpriced, terrible customer service. Suggested I jack up the tickets and resell to someone else since I was taken advantage of. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
We Ordered tickets the morning of the Venue at 5AM. We waited 3 hours and the tickets never showed up. We started calling and the nightmare really began. We got the tickets but it was the last second before the game started. I will never do that again with this company.
