Sorry you guys had a bad experience, next time if and when you get through to customer service ask for Julian, she is the best.
Not easy what so over and couldn't even talk to someone on the phone email only and had to wait for responses
Crooks will not offer a refund. Concert I paid for postponed and then cancelled.
It's not. And if you manage to they are rude and unhelpful
Getting ahold of them via email wasn't hard, but they certainly provide no help.
Not easy at all to get a live person and their queue is non-existent.
