They did not refund me due to Covid which was not our fault this happened and the event being cancelled, they gave me a credit with time frame of 6 months or expires and told me pretty much go find another concert when can't go due to Covid! I pushased Motley Crew Def leopard tickets for $854 and after three days I have not received my tickets and they do not respond to my emails. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau do not do business with this company. My order number is ******* They continue to ignore my emails. Stay away! Easy site to maneuver. Although i was nervous That the site said my tickets would be sent by the day before the show. I got my tickets within 24 hours of ordering. Thank gosh because they're for my daughters birthday a month before the show and I wanted to give her a paper stating we have the tickets. I was very pleased with everything.

Purchased Miami Open tickets back in January 2021. Went to TicketsonSale for order status 2 weeks before event and found they had cancelled my purchase. No money was refunded to my credit card, no email was sent with regards to the canellation. After talking with customer service they sent me a credit for the tickets. This was a problem because we are traveling from AZ to go to this event. They found tickets that were further away from the tennis courts and more expensive. I paid 25% more for the tickets and we are sitting 25 rows higher in the venue. They wouldn't waive their transaction fees. Horrible situation caused by TicketsonSale but what can you do (this was a gift) when all they offer is a credit and not a refund. I will never use them again.

I bought 2 tickets for a Halsey concert, and I made the purchase on 01/21/2020. The amount total was $385.21. The concert got moved to 2021, but then eventually cancelled when I got an email on 01/22/2021 saying that. They refused to give me a refund, and gave me store credit instead of $462.25. I didn't want that at the time as I wanted my money back, so I kept trying to file disputes with them, PayPal and my bank with no luck whatsoever. I recently bought 2 tickets for a festival coming up in September using my store credit, but they didn't allow me to spend the $462.25 coupon anymore. I was only given the $385.21 amount to use for the store credit because they changed the amount for me due to the amount of times I tried to make a dispute. I'm very disappointed with the company, and I'm very upset I didn't get the store credit or money back that I deserve.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
