Very simple buy ur tickets somewhere else I hope u read all these bad reviews. They are real! Tried to sell me tickets that were in one section, but gave me some other tickets. Luckily I used a credit card because they wanted to keep my $ for the wrong seats they sent me. Run as far away from this company, the way they stayed in business is by keeping everyone's $ from canceled events due to covid. Wow I thought it was against the law to do things like that during a pandemic?

I googled the Premier Center in Sioux Falls, SD for hockey tickets and clicked on the first site that came up since it looked legitimate and had links all about the center. Bought tickets and happened to see a ticket master price on another site for 30 bucks less per ticket. Literally 90 bucks out the window for absolutely nothing. I don't know how this company stays in business.

Ordered tickets for a Chick Corea Akoustic band performance. Chick since passed away so it can't be rescheduled. Contacted support and said they can't issue a refund. Since Covid might have been an issue so I paid for ticket insurance through Allianz and they refused the claim as well. BUYER BEWARE

Bought tickets to a show just before covid hit and I lost both of my jobs. The show was delayed so I asked for a refund and they said no, I would get tickets to the date it is rescheduled (even though I couldn't go that day) the show ended up being cancelled completely and they still refused to refund me. They said I could have a credit for a future show. Trying to figure out how to redeem it and nobody wants to respond to me! Can't believe a company would act like this during a pandemic! I could have really used that money after I lost my jobs. I basically threw $90 in the trash!

When I purchased the ticket I paid for the most expensive ticket because I thought I was getting better seats. When I got the ticket it wasn't in my name and it says the ticket was only $32.80. My total was $90.58. All I have is a General Admission ticket. Very frustrating!

I'm very disappointed in the way tickets are priced on your site. You get all the way to the payment screen before your fees are disclosed. They are off to the side, smaller than the "enter your credit card information" that is right in front of you. So when I didn't see it until after I put my information in and the charge was approved I was very surprised at the cost. I immediately reached out to your company with no help to cancel. Was told too bad, it was disclosed, our company doesn't work that way.

I ordered tickets, received no notice of any error. When I didn't receive the emailed tickets with in 10 minutes, I called... I was not contacted as their website states they would do if there was an error. I was then informed that the email was invalid and undeliverable. She said I could give her a different email and they would just have the seller transfer the tickets to the new email. So that is what I did. I waited a bit longer, still no email. I called back. The lady stated that it would take just a bit to get the transfer completed but assured me it would be done with no problem and to just keep checking my email. 3 hours later, no tickets. I called again, and was told, again, to keep checking the email and they were still trying to work with the seller. At no time through this did ANYONE contact me, send me any emails of any kind. Not the seller or the ticket site. The event was that night and started at 7 pm. 7pm came and still no tickets. I did a live chat and was on "hold" for about 20 minutes before being told that the seller was "unable to transfer the tickets to the correct email address we provided". I was told that "the tickets were transferred to the first email that was invalid". That is not possible because when an email is invalid, any message sent to it will immediately bounce back with an "undeliverable" message, so nothing that is attached or sent in that message will be "received" by anyone. Therefore it is my belief that this company is fraudulent and I was a victim of a scam. Also, as noted before, neither the seller or the ticket company sent any notification of any kind to the correct email address provided, nor did they call the valid phone number I provided for them... which they state in their "terms" they will do. So we never received tickets, but have had the money taken, STOLEN, from our credit card. Highly recommend using a reputable ticket purchasing site and staying away from this 3rd party scam site. We have filed a dispute against the charges with our credit card company to try to get our money back. We did not receive the tickets or ANY correspondence from this company, therefore we should not have been charged for them.
I had Rolling Stones tickets for last May. The concert was postponed and then cancelled due to Covid. No refunds and 1 year to use credit. Problem is there are very few events in LA and even in Southern California this year and who knows if the ones they advertise will even happen. I used Ticketmaster to get the tickets and never realized I was using a 3rd party vendor. Ticketmaster gave refunds to people affected by cancellations due to Covid. Not this company. They will make a lot of money off people like me. If I can use the credit I will buy cancellation insurance!

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
