I purchased two tickets to a concert that turned out to be nosebleed seats for $315. The concert was canceled and rescheduled then canceled again and never rescheduled canceled permanently they just kept all the money. Do not buy tickets from these people they overcharged more than double of what face value of the tickets. Turn around and run don't give them your money they're laughing all the way to the bank.

Even with vivid and a totally cancelled season these thief's refused to refund our money. Kicker is that the venue refunded the purchase price to the original purchaser. I filed a BBB complaint and called my bank to see if I might get a refund from them. BEWARE!

Scam
July 6, 2020

Unlike Ticket Master, this company is refusing to issue a refund for the now canceled Hamilton at the Pantages. It is also impossible to get in touch with a customer service representative (phone message loops back to main menu). I will never again do business with them.

Scammed
July 1, 2020

I bought several tickets to a Brewers game that was never played. I asked for refunds several times and was told to wait. I asked again and was told no refunds, just store credit, but that credit would expire. There's nothing I want to buy. Still no refund. They shouldn't be able to just take your money and deliver nothing. Don't buy from them.

My friend and I bought 3 tickets to see Chris Stapelton for the Rodeo March 2020 which came out to be $200 I received an email on March 11th eight days before our canceled event about receiving a refund that has been processed and should expect it 2-4 weeks later after a month has passed no refund has been made. Two months later on May 19th I received an email about how they changed their policy due to COVID and no refunds will be given, but 18-month store credit. We called them five times and even a live chat. One call we were hung up on and the other ones we couldn't get in contact with anyone. We will be taking legal action and getting our refund and possibly shutting this company down.

Purchased 2 tickets for the O'Reilly 500 from these people for a March race date. The race was postponed and reinstated for July 19th. They cancelled my tickets even though the race will be run and fans will be in the stands. Instead of refunding my money, they issued me a "store credit" which I will never use as the tickets were purchased as a present and I have subsequently purchased something else as a gift.

This company's phone menu takes you in loops that provide no way to speak with a real person. Additionally, they tell you to use their chat, which is automated response and not a human chat.

Be very wary of purchasing anything through this company. As an after thought I checked the price of the tickets I purchased against what Texas Motor Speedway would have charged and note that Ticket Center was 3x's more expensive. Live and learn. I will never use the store credit and in fact i am disputing the charge with my credit card company as well as filing dispute with Texas Attorney General

This Company is UNETHICAL and practices terrible business practices. I bought tickets for a softball game and it was cancelled due to COVID. They sent an email that they were refunding the money, then did not refund the money and 2 months later sent another email stating they have changed their minds and will only issue an in store credit. I contacted them, asked them to do the right thing and stand behind their word to refund my money. They refused to even entertain the idea of a refund. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Very very disappointed that this company does not give refunds when the baseball season is basically cancelled for fans. This selfish greedy behavior is totally unacceptable. And now as of today their solution is a credit. I have explained to them several times that I do not live in Cincinnati, and I was only going to this game because we would be on vacation. A credit does me no good.

This scam website sold concert tickets that were worth $100 for $420. I only bought the tickets because they were sold out from the original venue seller (Showare Access Center) and I knew I had little other chance to see the band (SuperM) live as they likely wouldn't be coming to America often. The site also has a countdown timer on the page where you input credit card info (30 seconds remaining until this seat will not be reserved if you do not finalize the purchase) to rush you into buying a ticket without reading the fine print. My friend got closer seats in the venue than I did for $100. They also refuse to give refunds. A few hours later, Showare Access Center opened up ticket selling again. I highly regret ever visiting this Tickets-Center site.

Due to Covid19 and canceling of all baseball, we could not use the tickets we purchased. We received an email explaining we would be given a refund in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks and no refund, we contacted customer service. We were told it would be a couple more weeks. After never getting a refund we contacted our credit card company about them keeping our money. We finally received a letter from Ticket-Center that we will only be giving a credit for a future event. With no cure for Covid19 anywhere in sight, it will be impossible to go to an event in the near future. According to the letter, the credit expires, but there is no expiration date, so no idea how long we would have to use it. So buyer beware, in times of a global pandemic, they choose to steal your money.

I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing from this company. My concert was cancelled due to COVID. I realize that covid was no ones fault however I wasnt my $176.00 back. I was told i have "store credit". Yeah what that means is I have to find something else before the expiration date on my "store credit" expires or i forfeit the money! Bull crap! I cant even find anything so IF i wanted to go to something I have to spend MORE money to buy another ticket. I got 2 tickets for a reason and all i want is my money back!

This years Hall of Fame game was cancelled and rescheduled for next year (of course. There is one every year). That's how Tickets-Center gets away with not refunding your money. Cause it was rescheduled. Never, never, never purchase tickets from this company. There is no way to even talk to a representative on the phone. Its a scam. Stay away.

After causing me a tremendous amount of anxiety and time this business finally emails me today (6/24/20) stating that they're giving me CREDIT?!?!? I can't believe this! Are you serious! When do you actually think that we're going to be able to start attending events again?!?!? I'm a mother of 3, work full-time and go to school... I don't have a flexible schedule and don't want a CREDIT. I WANT THE REFUND I WAS PROMISED WHEN I RECEIVED THE EMAIL ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF MY EVENT ON 3/11/20! These people are crooks and I'm getting an attorney. BTW google this company and look at their BBB reviews. They have contacted a TON of other people and agreed to refund their money and STILL refuse to refund my money. I hope they feel good robbing a poor family during this difficult time we're facing.

I purchased tickets for an event that was unfortunately cancelled due to the COVID19. They sent me an email stating that they would issue a refund within 2-4 weeks and that was dated 3/11/20. I kept in contact with their customer service who told me that my refund was showing as processing. Then the last time I checked in with them on 4/27/20 I was told that they didn't know when I would get my refund. I then submitted a complaint through BBB which closed administratively today with NO RESOLUTION and they STILL won't issue my refund! I'm in the process of filing a dispute with my the card that I used and hopefully they can help with this issue. Don't trust these crooks with your money!

I purchased two tickets totalling about $450 for Band of Hourses that was in March. Closer to the concert date, i received reschedule notice. Then, shortly thereafter, i received notice from the arts center that concerts were cancelled due to COVID. I received an email from this vendor today telling ME THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND but a credit on their website, even though the website clearly states that they will credit back for cancelled events. Just stole my money and others. My credit card company disputed the transaction and said they will be getting me my money back. This is theft at the most basic level. I will NEVER do business with them again!

BUYER BEWARE!
June 23, 2020

Insanely long story short:
I bought 2 ticket for a play that was scheduled for April. However, COVID-19 shut everything down and the play was rescheduled twice And then eventually cancelled. Before purchasing the tickets I read the "Terms and Conditions" on their webpage which stated "in the event of a cancellation you will be rewarded a full refund, minus the delivery fee.) I then receive an email stating I was rewarded store credit (which I did not want and was told I would receive my actual money back AND it was STILL stated in terms and conditions that I would receive my money back) so I called the company which gave me "the run around" and left me on hold for two and a half hours just to have the "supervisor", Violet, tell me "oh yeah, uh. We just aren't doing that" but I could submit a claim anyway. I called my bank to dispute the charge seeing as they were committing fraud at this point. Once the bank got involved and I was proceeding with legal action they finally sent me an email claiming they've cancelled my store credit and have submitted my claim to be reimbursed. As of now, I still have not received money back, but we will wait and see.
All in all, save yourself the headache and fury of dealing with pure incompetence and buy your tickets elsewhere.

I purchased two tickets totalling about $300 for Allison Krause and that was in February. Closer to the concert date, i received reschedule notice. Then, shortly thereafter, i received notice from the arts center that concerts were cancelled due to COVID and that my refund would be sent back to my bank. I have followed up 3 times. I received an email from this vendor today telling ME THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND but a credit on their website. Just stole my money and others. If may be too late to dispute this via my credit card company but I am trying. Thieves!

Refunds v. coupons
June 22, 2020

I complained to BBB Delaware, who will act on this if they hear from others. Don't let this organization get away with pocketing the money we spent on tickets for events cancelled due to COVID-19. Tickets-center.com is impossible to reach and that is deliberate: our calls, CHATs and emails are all handled by automated processes. The owners of tickets-center.com are having a good laugh, taking advantage of us and the COVID-19 situation.

Bought tickets to Dell Match Play golf event in March 2020. Event canceled due to Covid-19. Called and asked multiple times about a refund. Always told they are processing the refund. NEVER received a refund. In June received a 'coupon' i could use to purchase tickets from their site. I don't want a coupon. I want a REFUND. They just stole my money. Sorry service, always lying about processing my refund. Don't use these guys, there are plenty of ticket resellers that are better.
