Use Ticketmaster. Do not use Ticket Center This site will not refund your ticket even if you get insurance. Since the event was postponed not canceled and moved to next year, they will not provide a refund. You are stuck with them, or you will need to sell them the worst experience ever.

Purchased tickets from Tickets-Center.com for a concert which was cancelled due to COVID. They refused to refund the money even though the product was never provided. Sounds like the true definition of fraud. Ticketmaster and others that sold tickets for this event gave full refunds. I will never purchase from this company again and will steer all other potential victims away.,

I would give no stars at all but you had to scroll over one! Concert rescheduled a year out due to covid. Originally stated you could cancel order and now you cannot? Paid for parking as well. I never purchase tickets that state non-refundable. So the venue gets changed on me and I have to live with it. Terrible customer service. If you buy tickets from this company just remember if something happens you will NEVER get your money back. With so many complaints I cannot believe this company has not been hoisted into the spot light for their horrible business practices. Will be contacting BBB.

I was told that because of Covid we could not be refunded our money which is over $2,000! They said they can credit it but has to be used within 18 mths, how can I go to any concert in 18 mths if there are none because of Covid?! These people are the worst and I plan to contact an attorney, go to the media, go to BBB and federal government and absolutely anything else I can think of! They ripped us off during the worst time. Beware people do not use them! I don't even want to give a star at all. They deserve negative stars. They also sent the latest email saying they have no record of us having tickets and they are not affiliated with ticketcenter.com but idiots forgot to take it off at the bottom of email where it clearly says best wishes priority client support for ticket center! Please please don't let these people rip you off and if you are one that has been ripped off please join me in contacting everyone we can!

This company sucks

I purchased tickets for $192.49 and cannot get my money back because concert was cancelled. Originnaly bought through etix which are scammers too. Of all the reviews 85,000 plus must have been written by employees. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Will take care of them through my podcast, internet and review sites as well as state AG to let as many people know what kind of company this is. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Bought rockville tickets for $750 WITH THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE IN CASE A SITUATION ARISES and they refuse to refund me my money even though they sent me an email about how I would have to wait a few weeks. Now they are offering me a credit that I refuse to use because their company scams people. I hope they go out of business to be honest.

I purchased tickets to a baseball game which was then cancelled due to the escalation of COVID-19. I received an email stating I would receive a refund to my credit card. This NEVER happened. Customer service is horrible as you can never contact a human being. Any emails sent to you are from an unmonitored mailbox. Do yourself a favor and if you need tickets to anything don't even think about using them. It was the worst experience of my life.

Purchased tickets through the ticketmaster web site, but was re-directed to this site, unkowningly. My show was postponed and then cancelled due to COVID. Called to get my money back and after navigating their phone system for about 45 minutes, was told that their "store credit" was my refund. I tried to explain that there is nothing else i really want to see that is coming to my area and was basically told, that is just too bad and that tickets-center.com will not refund my money, store credit is the only thing they will do.

Scam!

Do NOT buy tickets from tickets-center.com. They jack up the price to more than double going through the actual venue. Even during the pandemic when the concert date was changed, they will not refund any part of that price. Once you purchase at their inflated rates, you will NOT be able to get your money back or any portion of it for any reason, including a world wide all out pandemic. They should be out of business!

I purchased tickets to a Spring Training Baseball game through a Tickets-Center a ticket resale site.
The event was permanently canceled and they said they were going to refund my purchase in 2-4 weeks back on March 13th. They never refunded my account and the event was never rescheduled. I disputed the charge and they issued a store credit. I have to buy premium tickets to some other event out of town I am not interested in.
They have horrible customer service and there is no one you can call. They have robot chat boxes that don't understand your questions. They are saving cash by issuing phony store credits to events you do not want to go to instead of refunding your money for a non-rescheduled event. I recommend you do not do business with this company.

This is what I revived after waiting since March 2020 and being told I would get a refund once the promoters cancel. Now in July I am being told they can't give me back My money from the Martin Lawrence Lit AF Tour! Everyone has Been affected by Covid 19 and we all need our money with the current economy clement and I see this company is looking out for self-first and NOT its Customers!

Rip Off!

They will not refund the money for tickets to a cancelled event due to Covid 19. When I call and try to speak to customer service my call gets disconnected. They have ripped off a lot of people and should be made to pay!

I bought tickets for a show that was ultimately cancelled due to covid19. Their own policy states refunds are issued if an event is cancelled. They are now refusing this, siting "all sales are final". They are instead issuing a credit voucher that is good for 1 year, with no guarantee that this can be used within that time frame. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but it has been closed due to the "all sales are final" disclosure. They contradict their own policy of issuing refunds if an event is cancelled.

This website is completely ridiculous. They won't give out refunds due to coronavirus, making it seem like they were the only ones impacted. Instead, they give out a credit that you have a certain amount of time to use. Unfortunately, it is very hard for me to get off of work now that I am back because we've had 4 months off and they are saying in fairness to everyone we give a credit. How is that fair if I can't use it? You're basically pocketing my money. You will never have my business again and I will make sure I blast this to everyone I know so they won't be using you either. So sad you can't make one time exceptions for people who also are getting affected by this pandemic due to selfishness.

I was transferred to the Ticket-Center.com website when purchasing tickets at Fort Worth's new $#*!ies Arena. I purchased two tickets for the Men's Basketball Championship for March 13th, 2020. This happened to be the first day that TX was put on lockdown due to the Covid 19 and all sports events were cancelled. I contacted $#*!ies Arena and they informed me that the cost of my tickets would automatically be refunded. So, I patiently waited. On July 9,2020 I followed up with Ticket-Center.com and after 30 minutes of trying to talk to a human being, which was not an option, I was provided a post that refunds were not being made for Covid 19 since Ticket-center is a resale website. Buyer Beware that if you inadvertently get transferred to this site, don't expect any type of customer service or refund if your event is cancelled!

I purchased tickets from Tickets Center in February, but due to current Covid 19, they refuse to honor their guarantee refund on cancelled events. They've offered a credit (expires in 18 months) instead, which is unacceptable. The venue refunded people, as did other reputable ticket brokers.
Their website STILL states they offer 100% money-back guarantee.
TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING!

No Refunds Period

This company cares nothing about customer service. Every other company is giving refunds due to the pandemic, but not this one. The concert I paid extremely too much money for has been rescheduled to 2021 but I cannot go then. According to the band if you are unable to attend the new date you are entitled to a refund. However, apparently because this company is so sketchy and a "resale" company... they do not have to offer refunds. I will NEVER use this company again! BUYER BEWARE!
