No Refund

I bought tickets on the Honda Center website, thinking I was buying form the box office there and somehow ended up with tickets from Ticket-Center. The tickets were for the now twice "rescheduled" James Taylor concert.
I asked for a refund because I will no longer be living in California at that time and they refused.
They suggest I figure out how to sell them to a reseller, surely at a loss.
Total crap.

Shady businesss and support practices. They kept quoting Covid for reason why they cannot refund but promote events during Covid. I purchased 2 tickets from Paleyfest that was supposed to happen during March of 2020 but the event was cancelled due to Covid. I received an email on August 20,2020 notice for a store credit and no mentioned of refunds. Credit is useless for me. I called Tickets Center customer support. I explained there are no other events I want to go to and also because of Covid public events are dangerous. I requested a refund but I was quoted scripted company policy for no refunds. These tickets cost me $400 each which is now making it difficult for me as well. I had a live Chat with Julio and he stated there was a "7 days notice of refund" and since I never responded, it automatically went to store credit. That notice is non existent. I want my total refund of $800 and if possible an apology letter from the company. Also asked for chat transcripts but they cant even provide once a chat is closed.
No customer retention to amend their refund policy in situations like this. Was even opened to negotiate refund fees to be fair to them and customer but no, they kept quoting policy like robots.

Don't buy from them!

Purchased tickets prior to COVID-19 pandemic. Event was canceled but would not refund. Instead lines their pockets with our money and offers an inflated voucher with no cash value, as useful as Monopoly money...

Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire!

We purchased tickets from this "Circus of a Company" (Circus because they're all a bunch of lying clowns) prior to the CoVid pandemic. Their website claims they will refund all your money, "Satisfaction Guaranteed"! But they forget to mention its their SATISFACTION they are talking about!
After hours of phone conversations and false promises of a full refund we received this BS credit. WE DON'T WANT A CREDIT! WE WANT WHAT WAS PROMISED - A FULL REFUND!
Quit hiding behind the excuse of (It's the CoVid's fault! That is why we are not honoring our promise on our website"). It is beginning to appear like a deliberate internet theft!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU'RE A MASOCHIST AND LIKE TO GIVE MONEY AWAY!

I purchased tickets for the Fabulously Comedian Show that was supposed to take place April 17,2020. This event has been Rescheduled Three Times 4/17/2020, 6/28/2020, 1/15/2021. Here comes the fourth email stating the new event day is January 14,2022. This is almost two years out... The event postponed "AGAIN " this is unacceptable, outrageous and UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE. A venue shouldn't be able to keep your funds and continue to postpone. I paid my money to see a show on April 17,2020 that have not taken place. You should be able to get a refund and not this back and forth about policy.
There's other companies that have policies in place they return customers there funds due to COVID-19.
As customers we need to continue to pursue this matter and get this company Ticket-Center to refund our money back we should have rights also. This is unfair... These events that were scheduled before COVID-19 made never take place. So let's not give up take action...

Scammers

They ripped me off for the 2020 Big Ten Wrestling Championships@ Rutgers University. I bought two tickets for the night of the semi-finals. When I arrived, the person scanned my tickets and I was told they were invalid. I went to the ticket window and was told my tickets were "reprinted" prior to the event and AFTER they were sold to me which invalidated my tickets. I was never informed of this or refunded. I had to dispute with Amex who thankfully understood and took my side and refunded me my money. NEVER USE THIS SITE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THEM. Especially right now with the uncertainty with COVID 19. I have purchased tickets through other sites and gotten a refund when the show was canceled. Tickets center refuses to issue a refund and holds your money in a store credit which can't be used right now due to COVID 19. I couldnt even get a live person and had to use the chat feature. I asked for a manager and they said managers and supervisors are not available to talk. Complete scam. If you are going to purchase tickets, use someone else. Their excuse is the their sellers are not getting refunded which is a COMPLETE LIE. If I had bought my Kenny Chesney tickets from ticket master directly, I would have gotten a refund. They are taking advantage of people during this time and just collecting money and holding on to it.

I purchased 3 tickets for a concert in April 2020. Do to Covid-19 and the shut down that concert was postponed until Sept 2020 and then postponed indefinitely. I was told that until the concert was officially cancelled that I would not get a refund. Today that concert was officially cancelled and they said I only get a store credit. No refund for the $453. I have spoken to their overseas customer service several times... don't waste your time. I have now filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

I paid $ 513.15 for tickets to a performance that was eventually cancelled due to covid. No email received to confirm cancellation or refunds. I have sent numerous email, tried phone calls to no avail. How does a company get away with ripping off customers. A scam, a fraud. I hear a possible class action suit might be coming.

Scammers stole my money!

The worst! They refused and haggled over refunding my money after the Larry David event was cancelled, saying it wasn't cancelled (when it was) then refused the refund and made a "credit" in my tickets center account and somehow dodged the chargeback investigation I had my bank do. I don't want a credit, I don't want tickets to anything else and I never buy tickets. Basically I just lost all my money. The only thing left I can do is use the credit for tickets I don't even want for an event I don't want. What a scam company I will never buy from them again.

This year is tough to everyone, we ordered BTS concert tickets from this website, unfortunately, as Covid 19 the concert was cancelled, but until now we didn't get our money back.

Keep in mind, do not order tickets from this website.

Do not use this site

I purchased tickets but they will not give me tickets. The event has been rescheduled the venue is offering refunds but I need tickets. Tickets-center will not release the tickets until closer to the event date and will not refund my money directly. I purchased from this site accidentally be careful make sure you do. Not use customer service is rude and constantly hangs up on me

I could be dead before the performance for which I bought tickets takes place! First off, not sure how I got on Tickets-Center web page rather than the box office for the venue. It was not exactly crystal clear that this was a re-seller. But I bought 4 tickets for a performance that due to Covid-19 was cancelled and has tentatively been reschedule for some time in 2021. Who knows if it will actually take place! I called the theater and they said if they had sold the tickets, they would have refunded. And I tried my credit card provider to no avail. I am pissed and think Tickets-Center sucks.

Concert cancel because of COVID. Never use these guess gaurantee returns and do not even return emails or phone calls. All i got was run around for 5 months. I am out $192.00. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. They suck a big one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are a scam. We purchased tickets for an event that did not occur due to COVID. They won't give us a refund - instead they supposed gave us a CREDIT for a future event. Based on the reviews here, on BBB, and current business conditions how can be sure they will honor a future credit? In fact we have no real evidence that there is a credit or the balance. Besides that - we are in our 70's! This was an anniversary gift to go to the horse races and we can't afford to lose this money - we both have health problems and can be sure we even can attend any future event of any kind. Their policy at the time of purchase stated a refund for cancelled events. This is elder abuse!
