Never use this site

We purchased tickets for a July 2020 concert. Due to the Virus BS, the concert was rescheduled till July in 2021. We cannot make that date. They will not issue a refund. We did not purchase tickets for a date in 2021, and will not be able to use them. This isn't our fault. They need to issue a refund but refuse.

Due to COVID, MLB cancelled baseball games. Ticket Center refuses to give money back. They sent an email stating they were changing the policy and only issuing coupons. Shady business. I will never use them again.

This company is a pure scam. They charge three times the going rate for tickets and regardless of the circumstances (COVID-19, for instance) they refuse To refund! Avoid them like the plague!

I brought 3 tickets for a show on July 2,2020, the show got rescheduled to June 21,2021, one of the tickets is for a friend who might not be alive in a year. I should have an option to refund plenty of time to resell the tickets. Never get my business again. I hope you get corona greedy pricks.

I am only giving them a 1 star because I can't give a zero or even negative stars. The game I bought tickets for was cancelled and they stated they could not give me a refund. I bought over tickets that came out to over $300 for a birthday so they they were expensive. The customer service guy was rude and said "there is nothing I can do for you." Unless you want to waste your money don't buy from them!

Took $480 of my money, event was canceled during Covid, was sent an email stating a refund would appear in my bank account in 2 to 4 weeks, then sent an email two months later changing the terms of the contract and stating I would not get a refund but would get a coupon with an expiration date, of which they did not provide. They don't answer their phone. There phone mail loops you around and around. Basically, they took the money and provided nothing. They won't even answer the call. It hurts to be the little person in this world.

I really think this company is some kid with a computer. You cannot get anyone, they won't refund your money on a cancelled concert where Ticketmaster refunded their customers, you get a credit code and the code they give you doesn't work. Stay away. Scam alert!

I bought tickets for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. It was canceled due to COVID19. I received an email stating I would receive a full refund in 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks and one day later I called because I had not received my refund. I was reassured that it was on its way. 2 weeks later I called again. Again, I was told I would receive the refund. A week and a half later I received an email stating I would not get my refund. Supposedly, because they are a third party business that connects buyers and sellers, they simply cannot refund anyone. They offered me a credit that must be used within 18 months. Are we even going to be back to normal by then? Not to mention I have underlying health conditions, and my daughter does too! Also, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo refunded everyone who requested a refund! So if Tickets-Center requested a refund, they should have received it and passed it along! What did this crooked company do with my money?!?!?!?!

I purchased 8 tickets to the Foreigner/Kansas concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. Due to Covid-19 the concert was cancelled. I have tried to get a refund but there is no phone number to call. Only text. They would not answer my question about refunding money. They stated it is their policy to not refund. I asked them to provide something to show where I signed knowing that and they just terminated the text thread,. THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $800 DOLLARS! Not surehow I will get it back but I will contact an attorney. This is wrong BEWARE!

This company refused a refund for a cancelled show. They instead issued me a credit for an upcoming show. The prices for the upcoming events were twice the face value. It was significantly cheaper to buy the tickets direct and not through ticket-center. I will never use this service again.

This company is a total rip off. They sent me an email on March 13th stating they were refunding my 300 plus dollars for the America concert being canceled. Two months later I get another email from Ticket Center stating I will not get my money back it stands as a Credit with an expiration date?...
I can not get anyone in the USA to talk to me I WANT my money back. Instead they have customer service over seas... DO NOT DEAL with this ghost of a company. SHAME ON them

During this pandemic, they will keep you on hold only to direct you to numerous different websites, different numbers. Even if you get insurance on your tickets, you won't be reimbursed during this terrible time in 2020. If, for some reason, you can't attend the event, you won't get reimbursed

I had ordered tickets for the Rodeo that was cancelled, i received and email from them and also spoke to them and was advised i would get a refund. Now they are refusing to send my money back and i was not informed of the change until it was too late for me to dispute the charge with Visa. They are stating i have store credit, i do not want the credit as i do not plan on going to any events. Their excuse is that the sellers may not get their money back which is BS, the rodeo refunded all cancelled events.

Totally fraudulent. Will not honor their refund policy at the time of purchase, EVEN AFTER RECEIVING A REFUND FROM THE VENUE. They are keeping my funds for the tickets, a 400% markup AND the refund from the venue. Totally fraudulent. DO NOTR do business with this company!

My concert was canceled and according to their policy I would receive a full refund. I emailed the company multiple times asking if and when I would receive a full refund. I got told by three separate emails that I would receive a full refund in 2-3 weeks. I then received an email saying I would get "store credit" and that they just changed their policy. They should have given me my full refund because I was told numerous times I would receive a full refund no problem and now I instead I have this store credit. I plan on not using this website no longer for tickets, such a disappointment.
