We bought 7 tickets to a Columbus Bluejackets game as Christmas presents for our kids (we are now out well over $1000). The game was rescheduled because of a blizzard in Buffalo, who they were playing. We traveled to Columbus in December for the game, but we're unable to travel again for the rescheduled date in April. I called when the game was rescheduled and was told that my only option was to try and resell my tickets on my own. Agent "Neil" said they are not allowed to give their full name (I doubt his name was Neil) and would not let me talk to anyone else. Selling 7 tickets for a game in April for a team out of the playoffs is going to be next to impossible. We live in Western New York and don't even have anyone to give them to.
Do not use!. No refunds, charged in USD even for CAD events, paid 3 x the amount. Very confusing, I thought I was on the Jay's ticket site, I WAS NOT :(
I purchased tickets to a show only to arrive at the venue and there was no show going on. I have called 3 times to request a refund and they continue to tell me they need to confirm with the venue that there was no show. It has been 2 weeks with no resolution.
Do NOT purchase tickets through this site. I purchased (and my credit card was immediately charged for) 2 very expensive tickets a month before show. Day before show, tickets had still not been emailed to me as promised. Contacted Customer Dis-Service, and told, "oh, seller says those tickets aren't available anymore" (but I purchased and was charged for them a month earlier!) Managed to purchase *the last* 2 tix available for the show from Ticketmaster for the next day. Stick w/ Ticketmaster! Avoid Tickets-Center!
I was click baited to this site when trying to purchase legitimate tickets from ticketmaster. Ticket-Center.com added automatic payments to the account I paid from, that I did not know about. When I called PayPal because I suspected I had been scammed, they informed me that automatic payments to Ticket Fullfillment Services had been set up on my account. There is NO need for a company to set up autopayments for a one time purchase and, yes, I declined every spam offer popup that came after the purchase. PayPal was able to cancel the autopayments for me. I called Ticket-Center's customer service and they had no answer for why that was done and I still have not received the tickets I paid way too much for in my ticketmaster account, despite assurances they would be there. I am disputing the charge with PayPal and consider myself scammed.
This is a scam website that makes it look like they are the official booking site, but only resells tickets. They clearly have gotten in trouble and how have to explain what they're doing. No refunds, no exchanges, no help. They didn't even have customer support and ignored all messages until now.
I ordered som tickets off this site and the tickets were good but had a 25% markup on them. Also I was not able to cancel any of the tickets. I don't recommend this site.
I received the worst customer service the call center had absolutely no clue how to handle the situation and just kept saying they were sorry but this is all they could do. Unfortunately due to the blizzard We were unable to make it into Chicago for a show we had purchased tickets for, and they would absolutely not work with us or give us even a respectable person to speak with on the phone that knew what was going on. We lost out on so much money, even though there was no physical way for us to get to Chicago.
I purchased tickets from Tickets Center and realized I picked the wrong dates. I immediately called (within 10 minutes) into their customer service department and spoke to Bernard. He thought he could help me and put me on hold a couple of times before hanging up on me. I called back and spoke to Florence who said their was nothing she could do and when I requested to talk with a supervisor said no. Her suggestion was to sell the tickets. Not a great suggestion because she told me my tickets would arrive two days before the show. No time to sell them and I will probably be stuck. My suggestion is to avoid this organization and find another ticketing service.

The site is a scam...they sell tickets they don't ave access to and at the last minute call and give you inferior seats or tell you they can't provide the tickets at all. The worst ticket sale company ever!
We tried to cancel tickets purchased but will not let you cancel, will not refund funds. You can not speak with anyone, just live chat who could not find my order even thought they took my money and I gave them multiple number. Never received my tickets. Reported to the BBB and my bank. I am working on a fraud claim with my bank. Terrible people
Cannot believe Google lets an absolute scam company show at top of search for corteo Cirque de Soleil tickets. Ticket-center.com sells tickets that they do not own for seats yet unsold by Ticketmaster or anyone else, at over double the fair commercial price. Then they send you an email to transfer your tickets to Ticketmaster. Certainly Ticketmaster could put this scam out of business by refusing all transfers. So Google and Ticketmaster are indirectly supporting a total scam business.
Tickets-center showed up at the top of my search for the event (in my phone's browser). I should have paid closer attention. It turned out that I paid over twice the box office price, and I didn't even get my seat assignment. I thought I was going through a service provider for the theater, but I was actually just a victim of my own carelessness. In the future, I will be much more careful in buying tickets online, and I will never again use Tickets-center.
Be careful with purchasing tickets from Ticket-Center.com. I was looking for tickets to a Christmas event and I found great seats I didn't realize I was sent to a resaler. I mistakenly bought tickets through the Ticket-Center.com website instead of TicketCenter.com. I paid over twice the event price as well as almost triple in convenience fees. My mistake for not paying attention to the hyphen in the link. Expensive lesson but I did see the show I wanted.
This guys deserve to be in jail, this can't be legal. Confusing people and charging 4 times the real price. Someone needs to stop this
This company I feel rerouted me somehow from ticketmaster. They charged more than double for the tickets. I feel completely ripped off. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Could have gotten the same tix for half the price from Ticketmaster-which was the site I THOUGHT i was on. Ticket-center didn't even have guts to put in the paid price/ ticket on the stub-placed a low-ball phony number instead, not even close to the inflated amt.charged. Tried to reach you before writing this review but could only send an email & received no response from that. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Never again will you see my $$$ ticket-center!
Be aware all sales are final. I decided my purchase was a mistake 5 minutes after I submitted my order. Upon contacting this company to cancel my order I was told that was against company policy. All sales are final. For the sake of this one sale they have forfeited any potential sale to me. I think they should revisit this policy.
Purchased front row tickets for event and received almost last row. Company refuses to rectify and hung up on me.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
