Worst ticket company ever
December 21, 2021

I don't know how these guys are even in business! Clicked on what I thought was the event center link but it turned out to be Tickets-Center which I thought might of been a white label for the event center. I purchased tickets. I found that they charged me 150% over retail which I of course requested a refund a day or two later. They laughed at me on the customer service call and said there was no way they could. Which of course they could they just would rather keep the money than a loyal customer. So basically I was robbed. This company needs to be exposed. Absolute crooked service. I will NEVER buy from this company ever again. Anyone who ever asks will not receive a referral to this company, ever. What an absolute croc.

Do not use this website. You will pay 4 times the cost. They are slow to process your order and customer service is terrible. I tried to get tickets from this site and paid $89. I never received my tickets after an hour of waiting. Tried to contact customer service. Finally after complaining they processed my order. Then I saw the same tickets for $21 on another website. This website is a rip off! Don't check the box that you agree to their terms of service. They will use that against you!

Don't use!

Ordered 4 baseball tickets. They never came and tickets-center asked the seller to resend THREE times and they never delivered. Four hours talking with support over 3 days. It's one hour before the event and they're refusing a refund. They finally realize they were sending me to the wrong app to retrieve the tickets. Absolutely infuriating experience, will never use again.

I Pay over 400 dollars for my tickets they send me the accept tickets link but when I put in my email and password they say it don't match their records I just signed up today and it won't let me reset password I would like to. Get my tickets or my money b6

Bought tickets in Dec 2023 from Tickets-Center.com for Stones concert May 2024 Section & Row were stated but not seat numbers. Challenged TC to document the seats existed. TC stated they do not have the tickets (original seller holds them) but just said "Seller had confirmed my order".
Asked for documentation that tickets existed. TC said tickets not available up to the day before the concert.
Exchanged a dozen emails with TC and mostly got boiler plate replies.
Checked with the official Stones ticket provider seatgeek.com and tickets are available immediately and show location and seat numbers.
Filed complaint with my Visa card late Dec that I suspected fraud. Got a full refund from TC within 3 days. Also Ticket prices and handling fees ($70 per ticket) were way over inflated.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH TC.

If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased 6 theater tickets for almost $1000 and received tickets to a different show. I spent 45 minutes on the phone for them to tell me they didn't make a mistake and their terms say I can't dispute. Do not do business with them!

Booked tickets to Billy Joel concert. Coved 19 happened so they rescheduled and will not refund. Travellers beware. Do not buy through this organisation. At a time when people need money, this company only cares about there own pockets.

My sister has a favorite band and I was able to find her tickets here for Christmas. The tickets said G5 so it appeared to be great seats. Nope. I found out today that means 5 tickets so far sold in general admission. These were two $30 general admission tickets. Actual charge? $163.50. That's $65 per ticket PLUS fees including $7.50 each for shipping... by email. I will NEVER use this company again, not just because it's a rip off, but the fact that the supervisor I spoke with named Khadijah told me "next time be smart enough to read the fine print."

I made a mistake and ordered these tix too quickly. After connecting with customer service within an hour of my mistaken order they would not cancel my order or offer any refund.

Plus their fees are super high!

Scalpers paradise. I spoke to an agent named 'George'. Would not process a refund. Pretty sure it's just one guy buying tickets and scalping people. Not sure how this person sleeps at night. The owner's mother must really find him to be disappointing.

In November 2022 made Lion King reservations at Hollywood Pantages Theater for 3/25/23 show. Received email with "confirmation" number but no "tickets", and was told tickets would be emailed prior to show. It never happened despite our frantic non-stop calls, emails and online chats in the 3 days leading up to the show. Same evasive lies delivered by various 3rd world call-center crooks. We decided to pack up our kids and drive 90 minutes to the theater, where Pantages staff confirmed the seats we had been assigned were under someone else's name and had been used. Heartbreak all around.

Tickets on ticket center are sold at inflated prices. The representatives spew out the same scripted speech no matter who you talk to. If they promise you anything they don't follow through with it. I was promised a partial refund for good customer relations and have spoke to them three times and still not gotten it.

The event I was interested in is now postponed due to the coronavirus which I considered an extenuating circumstance, and they won't been there no refund unless cancellation policy one little bit.

Do not buy from these people. They are a bunch of crooks.

Order #*******. Bought Spring training tickets for my son. Game was cancelled due to Covid19. Tickets-Center told me refund would take about two weeks. Seven weeks later and no refund... they won't even answer emails and have hung up on me three times. Attorney General's Office needs to get involved.

Ticket Center Rip-off

Buyer beware… this is a third-party seller. They are selling Ticket Master's lousy seats and doubling the prices. If you purchase from TicketCenter they never send the tickets… you have to go through a lengthly process of inquiry with them only to find that Ticket Master really holds your tickets and they have doubled the price.

The website made me believe I was buying my tickets directly with the venue. I was overcharged over $100.00 for 6 tickets I could very well have gotten directly with the venue and had a better seat selection. Spoke with customer service before this review and they will not refund my tickets even though I called within 3 min of purchase. Watch your websites or you will be ripped off. Also you must have a smart phone in order to get your tickets. I am older and don't use cell phones. They will not help me and I spent $800.00!

SCAM!

Someone needs to do something about this "company"! IT is a total SCAM. I bought the tickets and immediately called customer service to cancel, which took me several minutes of recordings and a fake chat that I was sent to online, before I got a very unprofessional, sarcastic employee from the Philippines ("Bernard"). They tell you there is no way to cancel your order after only 5 minutes of it being submitted. They talk as if the money is already out of their hands and your only recourse is to try to resell the tickets and scam someone else. Clearly, they are reading from a script that basically says "You've been scammed, but here is how you can prevent being scammed again". He was so disrespectful and raised his voice when I got more upset. I then sent an email and got the very same, scripted, response. The credit card company said they can't do anything either. Still have no seat assignment. Goodbye $300 right at the start of the Holiday season.

Company attaches ticket site to the actual venue appearing as if they are that venue. Then they charge you 3x the amount and you don't even know which seats you are getting.

They will not refund $$$$. Calling their phone number puts you into a loop and you can never talk to anyone. Emails go unanswered. So unless you like being scalped and ripped off, stay far away and pay close attention the Venue's Site so you don't mistakenly pick this company.

Tried to cancel tickets immediately once I realized what was going on, and they never responded.

My tickets were to the Illusionist Broadway at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, CO.

The venue is 6 months away. So this is just a complete scam taking advantage of the Consumer.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $302.

This is the worst company ive ever dealt with they upcharged 175 dollars from what the tickets should have cost when i realized i got ripped off like 10 minutes later they would not refund me i hope u get shut down and im disputing the charges and you don't even deserve 1 star!

Terrible customer service because they have no real power to help with anything. The email link for the ticket transfer didn't work but they couldn't even resend it or contact Ticketmaster to confirm the event. Total waste of time and will never use this service ever again.

Horrible company values. First time purchasing ticket through this site. Thought it was safe as there was a 100% refund policy. Over $700 in NCAA tournament tickets that I've been told for 3 months would be refunded as soon as they get to my purchase. I've been very patient considering what is going on. Now I receive an email saying they have changed their policy and will be giving a credit in lieu of a refund. I don't want your credit. Not planning on going to any events for a long while. Beware of company, is communication and practices.
