I have purchased several concerts through Ticketmaster and managed to sell them through their website in the past with no problem. With this in mind, I purchased three tickets to see Kane Brown in June 2022 and paid over $300 for the tickets. When I contracted Covid and was unable to attend the concert, I figured I would be able to sell the tickets and recoup some or all of my money. However, there was a glitch in their app where I was unable to add my debit card number or bank account number, and the only way to sell their e-tickets is through their app. Consequently, I was unable to sell the tickets, and I could not find even a single telephone number where I could contact anyone at Ticketmaster, and I lost all of my money. All they provided was an email where they told you they would get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. It took over nine days and two emails from me to receive a generic email response from them explaining how to sell my tickets. They did not address the issue that I had. It would seem they have a two out of five star rating and most consumers say customer service as a major problem. I would agree with that. It seems they're fine until you have a problem and you actually need to talk to somebody at their company. I cannot fathom how a company can be in business and not even provide a telephone number where you can call somebody at their company. It is completely ridiculous. I would not recommend buying tickets at Ticketmaster in the future.

Purchased 2 baseball tickets ($67.16) for a NY Yankee spring training game, or what I thought was being played in Tampa, Fl.after I purchased tickets, I realized the game was for the Yankee Stadium in the Bx, NY, which is not what I wanted. An error on my part, therefore I attempted to contact Ticketmaster through via telephone, forget this thought, nothing but a constant busy signal. Then tried to email, which they did reply, 24 hrs. Later, they refused to refund my purchase, because now, they deal with a 3rd party, which they never reveal while purchasing. Now they suggest I sell the tickets to whoever, through their site, prior to game date. Really! What a joke! I suggest that nobody use ticketmaster site for tickets to any event, worse communication process ever. You'll never get to speak to a human person! I will never recommend anyone to use ticketmaster site! HORRIBLE! All the phone numbers on their site are a recording and were not helpful, at all! Their rating would be a negative 10 but in order to post, you have to select 1 star! Terrible customer service.

Another great experience purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster for recent Bryan Adams concert. Charges are high everywhere. So I'm speaking just from my experiences.

I had an emergency tonight and could not go to the Doobie Brothers concert. Terrell put in for a refund based on an emergency with the promoters. Will I get one? Who knows. But the point is he was very kind when I really was not. I was trying to resell and the promoters cut that option off on Ticket Master. Thank you for caring and all you did.

Give me back my Money
November 10, 2021

I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster in October 16,2020 for the Chicago which was cancelled. The concert was cancelled and we are now at 13 months and I still have not received a refund. You cannot contact anybody by phone for months now. I did get an email to submit for a refund filled out the request and submitted. The email stated that they would call me by October 29 and the refund would be received in 5-7 days. Still no contact. I have tried to email them but unless you have an open event they do not allow this.

So I cannot call them and I cannot email them. My next step is small claims court and posting on every social media reputation platform available. It is only $1,101.35 dollars. It is more about a company that would adopt these policy of no human contact. You have a company that has 6,678 employees and not one phone number that a human being will pick up. Also no published email to contact anybody. Sounds like they do not deal with the public or care about how you treat us.
My email is *******@allstarautomotive.com

I tried to purchase tickets for The Wizard of Oz that I thought was scheduled to take place in Pittsburgh, PA. I ran a search for this show that included the location of Heinz field in Pittsburgh and results came up that looks great. I purchased the tickets but when I received them, the tickets indicated that the show was for The Pittsburgh CLO Orchestra for Broadway show music. I realize that they have a no-refund policy; however, the tickets I purchased didn't match the search results so now we're out over $300. Anyone can see the screenshot I provided below that, unfortunately, I have no way to show Ticketmaster.
There is absolutely no customer service available. When I tried the chat, it was either closed or not available (and yes, this was during their business hours) and my email to them went unanswered. When I tried to call, I was directed back to the website and the chat/email option only. This is absolutely awful, non-existent customer service and makes me wonder what all those extra fees we pay are really for. I will NEVER purchase from them again and cannot believe that there is no customer service available from a company this size.

This web site ticket agent are worst on planet, they charged my credit card give me verified numbers to go to WILL CALL WINDOW to pick up my tickets, and sold tickets to some one else, so i missed the EVENT. Please Never ever purchase tickets from Them. This web site are biggest fraud, they charge highest price for tickets charge your credit card and Does not sent you tickets at all, when you try to talk to Ticketmaster Representative they said that, everything is good to go here are reference number for your tickets and you will have tickets at ticket windows, but later some one else bit higher for your ticket they will sell your tickets to others at higher price, so basically you will miss your event.

Bought tickets to the cavs vs magic game 2-24-24. I found out at arrival I had to transfer tickets to the seat geek app to use. While at the counter getting help from the cavs box office, I was told my tickets were already scanned / used. I then spent ah hour on the phone with ticketmaster. The woman was ZERO help and I was told I would get a call the next day. By now, the game was half over, but we were meeting 12 people from out of town and had to buy new tickets at the box office. 2 hours already wasted.

I didn't get a call back the next day so I called again. I was transferred twice and then another rep told me a case was never even filed the day before. She literally nid nothing at all. New rep was just as bad, but gave me a ticket #. Wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor, zero attempt to help. Their platform allowed a seller to double sell the tickets. Their platform helped them scam me and they will not do anything to help. I will no longer use ticketmaster and I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere. I will have to file a credit card dispute it appears. Stay away from this company for the fact that their service is trash if not for the fact it isn't a safe platform either.

Bought Rolling stones ticket on Ticketmaster the day of sale felt very lucky to get ticket in the first 7 minute before they sold out. (Concert 6/23/25 Milw.) When we got to gate we were told ticket were already scanned and they were taken from us. Ticket Master we learned too late could have called the box office directly but didn't. Next day after 40 minutes 2 calls and lots of transfer they told me they couldn't do anything since the tickets came from there "sister company" TicketsNow which I was told was a resale site, How could ticket bought in first 7 minutes be on a resale site! Ticket Master scammed me and their site is no secure. DO NO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

No tickets delivered.
September 3, 2022

I ordered tickets online and received confirmation that the tickets had been printed and would be mailed "shortly." Ticketmaster also specified that I would receive the tickets in 10-14 days after the purchase, and would recieve email confirmation once they had shipped. It is now a month later and I have no tickets and did not receive a shipment email. I contacted customer service through their portal and was told the tickets had shipped "soon after" the purchase, but the operator could not provide tracking or even a date upon which they shipped. I was further told that if I didn't receive the tickets "two days before the event," I could pick them up at "will-call" at the venue. I specified the tickets were to be mailed. While Ticketmaster was able to tell me the exact date my purchase went through, they cannot confirm when the tickets were shipped, or even if they were shipped at all. I was told that they only handle "ticket issues," and cannot provide information about their "shipping partners." The online operator has completely stopped responding to my inquiries. I'm not confident my tickets will be at the venue based on Ticketmaster's disregard for their own stated protocol, and unwillingness to resolve my issue or even engage.

... which supposedly guaranteed a refund if I was unable to attend the event I purchased tickets for (Dane Cook Tell it Like it Is). This insurance was $16 through a company called Allianz. As luck would have it I got sick and was unable to go (heard it was a horrible show anyway) do had to file a claim to get a refund. Claim was denied, why? Because I didn't have any documentation stating that I went to a doc-n-the-box or saw a doctor! Not everyone runs off to see their GP because they're feeling sick! All further attempts to contact have been ignored (you HAVE to enter your insurance policy number that is issued to you) and there is no option whatsoever on the Tickmaster web site for a refund (the 'help' screen tells you how to navigate to a refund web page but the link is conveniently missing). DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR THEIR FALSE INSURANCE.

These crooks shouldn't be in business anymore, they will certainly not get a dime from me ever from now on. I booked a Rod Stewart show 5 months in advance but realized it conflicted with my vacation time so next day I tried cancelling, well gues what: YOU CAN'T!

Ticketmaster has NO customer service phone number, their chat feature is also AUTOMATED/ROBOT and you WILL NOT SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN FOR WHATEVER REASON! Do not use these crooks unless you want to have nasty surprises. Other people bought tickets for balcony or VIP seats and had to stand for the whole concert. Read other people reviews, these crooks should be put out of business!

My presale code would not work on Ticketmaster. Immediately When general sale opened, all tickets were sold. Immediately after finding out all tickets were sold we googled and found hundreds of tickets available at onlinetickets.com. Tickets with fees of $45 each made the ticket prices over $170 each. Original tickets were $85. These tickets were Ticketmaster tickets. It appears that the crooks are inside the venues, agents for the artist, and/or in Ticketmaster.
This Kid Rock concert ticket sales should have been $297,500 for this small one night event. They double their sales to $595,000. The event was for two nights, meaning resale profits were alone nearly $600,000. Why in the hell isnt there a federal investigation concerning this happening. It happens ALL THE TIME! EVEN IN THE LARGE STADIUM VENUES! FRAUD, RIP OFF, INTERSTATE RACKET! WHY ISNT RICO BEING ENFORCED!

I purchased these three tickets because on the website it says it is a "Home Game" for New Orleans. By following all the instruction, got three tickets. However, it turns out that the game is in KY not in New Orleans, LA.

Called the customer service, 100% sure, that is your fault. Customer services and the manager says, because it is preseason, so the buyer should know that the home game on the website does not mean it happens on Pelicans home arena, New Orleans. The the buyer has the responsibility to read all the agreement on the website.

I argued it is because of the first step on the website says this is a home game. That is why I just follow all the instructions and clicking next steps.

But they are saying that this is not a misleading information but it is a misunderstanding of the buyer. After they ignored their mistake and denied everything, they insisted it is my fault totally. So, yes, it is my fault, I should not use this website at all.

Please be very careful, you need to read all the agreement carefully, do not misunderstand any words, if you want to use this website.

Do not use the email, because there is no email replies, and calling the customer service, Oh, yeah, almost forget, do prepare some emergency medicines in case a heart attack.

It is funny when I write this review, but still think it may help somebody, because what happened to me is something that will happen to you someday, period.

Ticket Refund
March 30, 2020

I chatted with a representative by the name of Alma to get a refund for my tickets. The tickets are for a performance on April 22nd in New York. I requested a refund as the President of the United States extended his Stay at Home policy to extend through the end of April. Ticket Master said they have their own policies and that the policies of the President do not matter. It is not okay if we the general public do what is asked of us to Stay Home and Stay Safe and places like Ticket Master do not follow the procedures implemented by the Government of the United States!
