I bought new with tags nine west flats and some new to me items. All were packaged wonderfully and arrived in excellent condition, as described. Shipping tool forever but a small price to pay to get quality items at affordable prices:-)

I ordered a pair of jeans. They arrived soon, nicely packed. They are truly just like new, neatly pressed and cleaned, and in perfect condition. The price was sweet of course! I am a longtime thrift shop buyer. By choosing such good clothing to sell, Thredup saves us the tiresome process of going through sometimes gnarly clothes on a rack. Kudos to them!
I love the designer brand clothing that you offer that is either gently used or brand new. The prices are a steal & I love the box & packaging my orders are delivered in. My orders always come quickly which is an added bonus. You have a customer for life!

Sometimes when I click an item I'm taken to the bottom of the page, also you should add in the item description if the item has pockets. I've also noticed some items look black in their photos but are marked grey in the color sort.

Pleasant experience except there is a disount code when i log into my account which states I can get 20% off that day, but when I place the order an error code comes up saying the 20% does not apply to my order. Very disappointing!
ThredUP is such a great estore! There are various ways to configure your search, size, color, garment type, etc. I made three purchases so far and have received two shipments! The clothes have been spot on in their description and size. One skirt was a bit short for my taste but I think with think tights it will look super cute!

I ordered something December 4. It is December 15 with none of my orders. That is a downfall in my eyes. But, the range of prices and options is a plus! I love how I can get deals! We will see about the same quality of the product when I get it.
